I had my 2005 Itasca in for front end alignment a few weeks ago and I am back from a long trip along the gulf coast. The mechanic was very meticulous and strived to make this thing go straight down the road. Thanks to his diligence and skill, my RV handled great. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the steering wheel being centered and not making a continuous left turn. I think I still had muscle memory from when it pulled to the right so much that it took a little time to feel relaxed and to let the coach go down the center of the road without fighting it. Even driving in the wind was a breeze. Anthony gave me a deal on the service because of the difficulty experienced but the mechanic did a very good job and I would like to Thank him for putting customer service first and for his expertise in front end alignment. I am driving with one or two fingers and one hand most of the time, unbelievable from what it was when I brought it in. I dropped my boat/trailer off in the morning to have them align my boat trailer axle. They got the job done and I won't have to worry about abnormal tire wear any longer. I would highly recommend their great service & work.

My husband brings in his tow truck to get a few things fixed. Two weeks later they had not even looked at. He asked them why they said they didn't get to it. They need to have customer service retraining. If this is how they treat their customers its a wonder they are still in business.

I always read negative reviews for businesses and it makes me angry. These guys are the best of the best. They have saved me countless dollars over the years. There staff is very knowledgeable and can get you going. I've been doing business with them for years and will continue to!!!

ITP was great to work with! Purchased a new "used" HD Pickup. The dealer we purchased the truck from did not touch the truck, it needed several services, and was needing some diagnostics done. We called the service center and they worked us in the next morning at 8:00 AM. We were only in town for one day, and they made it great. The manager Adam, made sure we were taken care of during the service. Coffee, TV, free WIFI and a comfy waiting area. They explained everything done to our truck and some suggestions for the future. Great guys to work with!! We will be making the 5 hour drive to have them do all of our service/maintenance work from now on! Thank you ITP team!! The Chevy is running like a beast!!

I wouldn't recommend this service for repairs , drove 50 miles total run , on invoice sad 90 miles ! they ware fixing the air line on trailer for 30 minutes , got charged for 1.5 hours ! RIP OFF service providers .....Didn't even call for invoice , have to wait till night to get invoice ,,, customer service 0. Be alert on this guys ...... BAD EXPERIENCE !!!!!

The guys at Inland Truck Service are fantastic, they bent over backwards to help me out with alignment on my 2014 R3500 that nobody else could due. Dave is the best!

I've been going here for service for several years. Quality parts were installed every time. Had one issue, one time and they fixed it right away, no worries at all.

I had my freightliner truck with some free play in drive shaft u joint, i got the quote from freightliner diller it was close to 3000.00 for the brand new drive shaft from the train to the drive axle.I showed the truck to the service advisor DAVE he said yes we can replace the U-Joint it will cost you from 300.00 to 600.00They pulled it out and said they dont have the U-Joint for the truck and it will cost memore than 3000.00 to get it ordered and replaced it in just about one week.i told them to put it back together and they did and i was charged$390.00 for wasting my time!!!!Suck!!

These guys are great!!! I broke down outside of Lincoln called Volvo got nowhere with them called here and they had everything I needed at a fair rate with quick service
