I had a very positive experience with this repair shop. The communication was good and the repairs were done in a timely manner. They even detailed the interior of the car! Would definitely use them again if I need body work done.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! No communication from them. They had my car for almost 30 days. I had to keep calling them ( most the time no one answered) to see what was happening with the car. Every time I called they would tell me..SHOULD be done end of the week called again should be done middle of next week called again..they had to order parts maybe done next week..called again.. should be done first of next week. What a joke there are. AVOID this place.

My husband and I were traveling from Washington to Ohio and Husker made us feel at home! We were traveling down i80 when we discovered a nail in our tire. Husker took us in immediately as we were passing through without an appointment. The waiting area was very clean and welcoming. Our service was quick and easy. The mechanic and Stephanie we very nice and accommodating. Thank you!

Husker Auto Group is the only service center my insurance approved for claim assessments in Lincoln but in the future, I will have repairs done elsewhere.Poor communication and held services for an extra day to receive a part only to claim two days later it was the wrong one! It was estimated my car would be ready in 4 or 5 business days but it ended up being 8 days. I barely made it out of the parking lot before I realized only the cosmetic damage was addressed (a knocking sound when turning and going over bumps). I returned the car immediately.Back at the body shop, I explained to the gentlemen a lot of work was recently put into my car and it is imperative the car is safe for my job because I transport children. Thirty minutes after looking at it, the mechanic returns to show me a picture on his phone, saying the work previously done "didn't look new or recent" and I should address it with the other repair shop.Then he and another gentleman made it a point to show me the previous estimate I was given to show there was nothing mechanical on the list Then he and the other gentleman tell me there is nothing they can do until the insurance rep takes another look.The possibility of mechanical damage was one of the first things I mentioned to the insurance rep when he looked at the car! He said the shop would update me once they "get it apart and can take a closer look" but as I stated earlier communication was poor - the only updates I received were regarding the part that had been ordered and sent back. I contacted them several times, asking if additional damage had been discovered, each time they said "No, we haven't found anything." I got the same answer this morning when I arrived for pick up.Husker Auto Group did set me up with a rental car a week after the initial intake of my vehicle, but this morning I was sent off in my (still damaged) car, with the statement, "Yeah, I'm pretty sure its safe to drive."My insurance company has been notified of this and assure me it will be dealt with on Monday morning.I will not be returning to Husker Auto Group for any services in the future.

Amber, Josh and Matt are Incredible! They were understanding and Amazing. My bmw returned to me beyond my expectations and I m very thankful! They are professional and kept me up to date with all changes. They called me each week and anytime I called always answered my questions.I will always go to this place as long as im in the area and if I ever need service. Highly unprofessional place. Even with an appointment they had me waiting for 45 mins and when they did finally come out to me the adjuster asked "what do I want?" As if I was inconveniencing him for having him do his job. Then proceeded to tell me that the rock chips (which were highly extensive) would "buff out." Initial said it would only cost roughly $1800. After taking it to spidell's for a second opinion it was determined that there was over $9000 worth of damage. I hope I never have the misfortune of having to work with them again.

Took my Mercedes for repair and instead of fixing it, they hit the drivers door and caused another damage to my car. They also seem to slam the doors to the point there was cracks on trims. So unprofessional and rude. The WORST Mercedes repair place on earth. I don't recommended it at all.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!I brought in my 2013 Subaru Outback to get a small dent above the driver's side fender replaced. Not only was the communication horrible, no one every called to update me on my vehicle and when I called they seemed annoyed and bothered. When I did finally pick up my car after being told it had to go through 2 odd hours of "Quality Control" I found paint all over the driver's side window, clearly this was missed during those 2 hours...an associate was kind enough to scrape the remaining paint off my window only to put a huge scratch in it in the process.When I finally arrived home I double checked the power locks and windows on the drivers side only to find they did not work, I then had to drive all the way back out there to have them re-hooked up. CLEARLY another thing missed during QC time. I also just realized upon further inspection that there is white specks of what I can only guess is primer all over the hood of my car, I will now have to pay out of my own pocket to have it repainted, BUT SURE AS HELL WILL NOT BE TAKING IT BACK TO HUSKER AUTO COLLISION. Do not go here, find a better establishment!

My car was suppose to just get estimate and they did work with no authorization and do a very poor job pits in paint runs in paint debris in paint took back said they could buff out ended up painting more of my car and doing bad job at that am back for 3rd time have had my car almost 2weeks don't get calls nothing said they were paying for rental but they took 400 out of my account when say something it's ok no it's not I waste my time to fix stuff husker should have have asked husker to stop working on my car they won't it's a joke to them have asked to speak to General manager not happening always Matt from collision center QC is to make sure it is done right and no problems but you try to talk to them and they walk away I will never be returning there or would i give them another dollar of my money just do what you choose to do and take some pride in it this was my car until the out more scratches dents there is overspent all over my car the list goes on and on
