We have taken multiple vehicles to Speidell over the years and they have always gone above and beyond to help us!A rental mini can got a ding in the passenger side door while eating at fast a fat food restaurant in Oklahoma during a family trip. Speidell was able to remove the dent VERY inexpensively on a tight deadline right before we had to return the rental! Thanks!

Speidell's staff are always professional and friendly. Really good at explaining too. Our car has been in twice for damage by animals moving as a similar rate of speed as us. We recently brought my SUV to Speidell Body Works. It was a really easy, painless process. We were in a fender bender that was not our fault & Cory and his team took great care of us. My car looks perfect & they even went the extra mile on buffing out an area just so it matched better. Highly recommend this business for your body shop needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

You know how you can tell when a business has a lot of fake positive reviews? When nearly all of them are 5 stars. I once saw Google Reviews for a dental office where everyone of their over 500 reviews were all 5 stars. Apparently every patient that had ever gone there had nothing but 5 star experiences. Food for thought when looking at Speidell s reviews.Anyway, in 2016 my car was badly rear ended so Itook my car to Speidell. My car was in their shop for 3 times longer than they estimated, I had problems with the work, my dealership later said my frame was crooked when Speidell claimed it wasn t crooked so they could justify the expensive repairs (rather than just totaling the car so I could move on). And on top of everything they must have used a dirty rag to clean/polish my car and it now had fine scratches all over it. The paint scratches were obvious when I picked the car up, and I told old Todd Speidell himself about it and he claimed that it was this way from the factory (it was not).So in summary, they did expensive repairs to a car that should have been totaled. A car that now I will never be able to re-sell. They took 3 times longer that they should have and always had some lame excuse why they missed the ETA again. They did shoddy repairs and scratched up my paint job. Of course, there was no attempt to make any of this right. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called Speidell Body Works on a Thursday afternoon, and they were able to get me in within 30 minutes to look at my vehicle. While there, they were able to fix my vehicle on the spot (minor cosmetic paint fix), and it looked amazing! I've been going to Speidell's over the course of 14 years, and know that my vehicle will always turn out brand new looking again. They are always a pleasure to work with, as well.Service: Painting

We brought our vehicle (a brand new truck) into Speidell Body Works after an unfortunate accident hitting a deer which significantly damaged a large portion of our truck. To begin with, we were thrilled that they were able to service the vehicle so quickly. We received frequent pictures and updates of our repair process and it was nice to see the care they were taking to pay attention to every detail. From start to finish we were impressed with the work that was done! Definitely will use them again each and ever time we need work done.

We took our car in to Speidell Body Works (South location) to have some scratches buffed and small dents (and one large one ;)) fixed. Our car looks brand new (we never thought it could look that good again!), and the cost was very reasonable. We were so impressed with their communication. They also had the car finished in the time we were quoted. We highly recommend Speidell Body works and will take our cars there in the future when we need additional work done.

I have taken both my car and my fiance's car to Speidell Body Works and both times they did a fantastic job! My car was backed into by my neighbor and my fiance was rear-ended. In both occasions they were able to match the paint perfectly and the cars turned out looking better than when they went into the shop. They went above and beyond with their work and customer service. I would recommend Speidell Body Work to anyone needing work done on their car.

I will forever be taking my vehicles to Speidell repair! I had a minor issue with my car s bumper, and I wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. They looked it over, fixed what was needed, and made sure I was ready to go in the same day! Excellent service and wonderful employees.

Speidell always treats me right. We've had our cars in their multiple times and each time the service is impeccable. Cory is great at walking you through the whole estimate and explains each and every repair necessary, and works hard to get you the best deal. Any time we need any body work done, Speidell is the first and only place we'll need to go.

I had a great experience at Speidell North. Both Paul and Cory were very helpful and answered any/all questions that I had. The results left the car looking better than it did prior to my accident, and it was finished earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend Speidell North to those looking for quality repair work.

I'm lucky because I haven't had to use Speidell's personally but I've sent lots of family and friends there for repairs. I've never heard one complaint. The quality of their repairs and paint matching is excellent and the car always comes back cleaner than when you dropped it off!

I will start with the lack of communication. I have not heard from this company in 2 months since my car was towed there. They told the insurance company the parts are in stock and should have no problem getting the car done. Here it is 8 weeks later and I am still looking at my car under the tree where it was originally towed 8 weeks ago. Mike told me it would be done on Tuesday September 6th when I stopped in person on August 23rd. Here we are on September 8th and no a call from this company. This is all about customer service and, how they have such a high rating is beyond me. Here is my update, Todd has still not tried to contact me, and my car is still not done over two weeks later. Today is September 27th I seriously doubt that this company cares about their customers. I am a single parent of 2 kids that depend on this car. I've worked as a bodyshop parts manager for Park Place Chevy and Tracy's Bodyshop, I understand the business and during my time I did anything I could to get the parts there and make the customer happy. SMH

I heard a lot of good things about Speidell's. I was t-boned last month and they did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. I couldn't be happier with what they did. I would recommend them to anyone if they were looking for a place to get their vehicle fixed. Nicole and Cory were very awesome to work with. Thank you guys!

I have taken two vehicles so far to Speidell Body Works, and each time I received excellent service. The employees were friendly and knowlegeable. The work was done to my satisfaction, which is important because I believe in quality work. I would hardly recommend either the north or the south store for your repair needs as I have used them both.Mary

I have used Speidell Body Works when my car was hail damaged, when my headlights needed to be polished. Naturally, when my Dad was rear-ended, I sent him to Speidell as well! They are AWESOME!They send pictures that show how your car is being repaired, they call with updates as needed and always are truthful with their estimates.I HIGHLY recommend Speidell Body Works!

I have been to Speidell twice and both times they exceeded my expectations. Matching the paint on vehicles must be one of their specialties because I could not tell the car had been in a crash. My car came back clean on the inside too. I am an insurance agent and have reccommended many of my clients to Speidell and all have been pleased they went there.

I have had the opportunity (unfortunately) to use other Body Shops in Lincoln. What sets Speidell Body Works apart is the efficiency when handling a claim. I had a severe door ding/dent and they were able to fix it immediately. I was a little nervous about matching the paint color but it was perfect and I can honestly say I now can't remember where it was. I would highly recommend them for any of your vehicle repair needs!

We hit a raccoon in our brand new car and took it in to Speidell to get repaired. Blair took charge and had us at ease with the process immediately. We loved getting the online updates about the repairs and Blair also took the time to call on a regular basis to help move things along with our insurance company. Todd exceeded our expectations by taking care of a couple minor dings on the body at no charge just because....wow!! Speidell Bodyworks was spot on with the estimate so there were no surprises. Because we had such a positive experience we won't hesitate to return in the future and have already been recommending Speidell Body Works to everyone we can.

I always take my cars to Speidell's Body Works (south location). I went in (with no appointment) because I had two MINOR door dings on my new car. Speidell's took care of the door dings, and I was in and out of there within minutes. They were fast, friendly, and professional. It was a great experience as staff went above and beyond to fix my minor problem. I will always go to Speidell's and recommend all my friends do the same.

Needed a few scuffs fixed up from some minor door dings on my car. Cory told me to bring it in and he would take a look. I was there 30 minutes later and he had every scuff cleaned up and polished in less than 10 minutes. Customer service was excellent, didn't have to wait, and I will DEFINITELY be using Speidell for anything I need in the future.

Joel and his crew were great to work with... They pay extreme attention to detail and even repaired a couple extra dings for me at no cost. These guys stand behind their work and take pride in what they do. It was nice to receive picture updates on my vehicle as they progressed. Very satisfied with my experience here!

It is the best body shop ever!! I had an accident on my Nissan Murano and they repaired it in a very professional way. Also, the team over there is very professional and friendly. When I returned my vehicle, I could not believe that my vehicle was looking that never been in an accident at all, on the top of that, the car was extremely clean (inside and outside)!! Thank you, Nicole and Corey, you guys are amazing.

We chose Spediell initially because after getting estimates all over Lincoln we found Spediell to be the fairest price. I hit a deer on Christmas Day and had my van back by New Years. They stayed under estimate and went above and beyond in every aspect of auto body repair. Blair was super friendly, respectful, and listened to our wishes on how we wanted our van repaired. We will never get another estimate at another body shop again. You will not find better quality at a reasonable price anywhere else! We were very happy with Speidell.
