My dad has had a business for 20 years and bought a part from them for the first time and it turned out to be the wrong part and bad and he said he would refund my father the money. When I took the part in to get a refund, he told me he couldn t give me the refund due to the plug being cut from it being the wrong part. They also acted as if they had no clue what we were saying.

Awesome place. I live in Ottawa, Canada about an hour from the U.S. border. I needed a part for my Bimmer that would have cost $650 for a rebuilt one. I found Elbrus Auto Parts on-line, and they had the part I needed with only 20k miles on it for $225, with free shipping inside the U.S. I had it shipped to a mail outlet in Ogdensburg, NY, and went and picked it up 2 days later, and it is working just fine on my car today. Sergei at Elbrus actually expedited the order and shipped it the same day, even though I placed the order in the early afternoon. Even with paying the duty, I saved over $300. Would highly recommend them.

They responded to my message on Sunday within 10 minutes. They also promised to ship first thing early in the morning two days shipping with Fedex.My car is broken and they promised to ship the fuel pump ASAP to help out.
