This place is Amazing!!!We purchased a camper from another Camping World location. We had a few issues. The worst was no keys for the exterior compartments or the toy hauler door. That dealership told us it was our problem.We took one of the locks to the Lincoln Camping World three months later to see if they could help. WOW!Eric and AJ were AMAZING! We left the lock with them. They took it to the lock smith, and then mailed the key to us. Work was done in a timely fashion, and communication was out standing through the process. We will be using this place for any and all future needs.

Todd was seriously the best salesman I have ever worked with. He was upfront and honest with us. We didn't feel pressured or like he was trying to up sell us. He made it a very comfortable experience for all of us, including our four year old daughter. While I can't speak on the rest of the sales team, I can say that I would recommend Todd again and again. He worked hard with us to get us into something that works for our family. I cannot praise him enough.Financing was frustrating, like it is literally everywhere, but Jacob made the process as painless as possible and made sure we got what we wanted, when we wanted it, and for what we were comfortable with. We were able to work out a deal that was really good.We had good communication with everyone on the team.

Really nice store and location. Everyone was friendly and I/we never felt any pressure from sales. Gave us plenty of time to make final decisions on our own. We purchased the RV we wanted and got a great price. Our experience is a 5 star! Thanks Trevor, Quincy, and Vicki!

We stopped by to get some parts for our motorhome ,and asked the service dept about our slide out issues ,Eric and Tyler came out to take a look for us ,and offered their advice .They went above and beyond ,were super friendly ,polite and professional..and were even kind to our traveling pets we so appreciated them !!thank you ,Dave and daphne

If I could give it less than one star I would! This place is a joke. We bought a camper back in February 2023 with an extended warranty and towing coverage. In June we had to replace the jacks due to them bent and rusted, we had numerous electrical issues including the fridge fuse blowing 5x including while on a camping trip. This is not an easy fix because the fridge has to be removed every time the fuse is replaced. The icing on the cake was while coming home from Table Rock lake the siding buckled and completely peeled off the side of the camper. We were stranded on the side of the interstate by Kansas City. When we called customer service we were told the towing coverage only covered one mile and it would be $800 to tow it to the KC camping world 20miles away. We ended up screwing the siding back together and towing it to our Lincoln store. the Lincoln store held our camper from August until September promising they d take care of it. They did not. We called and went in on multiple occasions asking the status and even contacted corporate but got the run around each time! Finally we tried to turn the camper into our insurance but our insurance company said it s a defect in the camper, not an insurance coverage issue. So back to trying to get camping world to take care of their customer- they are not! This business is joke! They are car salesmen and that is all. They won t take care of you. They sell you junk and wash their hands of you after! Photos of their quality camper is attached. This is still the condition it is in- well worse cause they left it out in the elements from August- September. Still no help from them! Save yourself and avoid camping world at all costs!

I bought a Coleman bunkhouse camper from this location and was so pleased from the time I called in to inquire to the time I drove my brand new camper off the lot! I dealt with Reno and Royce. They were extremely helpful and worked very well with me figuring out my needs. I can't say enough wonderful things about this locations. They beat Council Bluffs pricing on the same unit by 1000's of dollars!!. The guys in the shop are even incredibly amazing! Tyler was extremely helpful made sure I understood everything about my camper bumper to bumper!Royce's customer service is outstanding! Reno's follow through again outstanding! If you are in the market to buy .. this is where you should do it!I was treated like a VIP and got the very best price!

This review is about Brent Harold, salesman at Camping World, Lincoln. I stopped at the Lincoln location in Oct 2023 in search of a different fifth wheel RV. I was introduced to Brent and after a short discussion we went to the lot to look at inventory. None of the units in stock were what we were looking for, but Brent wrote down what we wanted, and over the next couple months, he stayed in touch with emails and a couple calls to discuss units from other locations that might work. Brent is courteous, focused on what we want, rather than trying to sell whatever they want to move, and is professional in every way. We recommend Brent and will look to him again the next time we are ready to update our RV.

I want to thank Reno for GREAT customer service. Also, Quincy and the camping world staff for helping my partner and I go through our first (Retailer) experience. We got the camper we wanted at a great price and they went out of their way to ensure a pleasurable experience. Also, today is Saturday, and our finance approval came later in the afternoon because of banking hours. Gave us a call while we were at lunch and since we live 1.5 hours away allowed us to come back and finish processing. Because of this, we were able to take the camper home today instead of make another weekend trip to pick it up! VERY THOUGHTFUL. We will be back for ALL our camping needs!!

My salesman was Wade Darnall and he was so patient with me. He have answered 1000 questions and each trailer that he showed me got better and better for me. Unfortunately we did not make a deal today but I look forward to working with him tomorrow. I have faith he s going to find me the perfect camper.

Absolutely amazing experience at camping world. I stopped in just for information on campers and to my suprise I ran into Vicki. She was extremely helpful and showed me features on a camper they had out. And for all of the mechanical questions Nick and all the info they were truly amazing to deal with

The sales representative and price were great. Communication was quick but confusing at times because it wasn't always clear who was sending text messages or that there was coordination going on among elements of the team--finance, sales, service. It is certainly a very nice store with great people to work with in person.

My family and I are traveling the country and we went to Utah to have some electrical work done on our RV. We are in the middle of renovating an rv we bought off of Facebook market, we needed to purchase a 12v refrigerator and Decided to get it from the local camping world in Utah since we were in the area. My husband and I thought we could be able to install it ourselves, unfortunately we lack electrical skills. So just looking at the work that we would possibly have to do we decide maybe it s best we go to the professionals. Again, we are traveling so we were a few states over from the original camping world we bought the fridge from. But we decided let s call this Camping World in Lincoln and see if they can take us. They were able to get us in asap, they did the work under 2-3 hours. They had a lounge area and had crayons for my toddlers to run around in as we waited. We have our fridge installed now and we are going back home to Ct.

Camping World (Service/Maintenance) is TOO busy!Too busy to answer calls!Too busy to call back!Too busy to schedule service.Too busy to get things correct the first time!Too busy for their clientsIt took 13 weeks to get a slide-out part. Guess what? They were Too busy to schedule me to actually fix the RV..Bewildering.Marcus Lemonis (likely does not own an RV) might have been good on CNBC. But. He must be TOO BUSY as the CEO of Camping World. Call me Marcus, I have solutions forRussell

We had a refrigerator that stopped working on a cross country trip. The trailer was a Grand Design XLS 17MKE and it was new. We called the Grand Design dealer in Lincoln and the first thing they asked was "did you buy it from us". We did not and he wasn't ancious to help us out. We called Camping World in Lincoln and I talked to Tyler there and he was so incredibly helpful. He said bring it in. We did and they got right on it and found the problem and the charge was extremely fair. I can't recommend them high enough. They are the greatest. Tyler is the greatest also.

Purchased our camper in September. Told to come back in December for warranty and any issues. Rather than look in their files they asked us for VIN number. No record of part I ordered in September for damage done by one of their many stickers. Was told I should have used a blow dryer to remove it! Not allowed to talk direct with service employee working on our camper. The lack of communication between departments is unreal. Susan in service was as helpful as possible. Going to cancel our service plan and go somewhere else.

When I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman named Tristan Boutdy. I'll say that Tristan seemed very welcoming and upbeat, he had great customer service skills. Overall I had a great experience and this individual makes me want to return just for the smiles of the rest of the staff too. Very good. On top of that their store is very organized and clean

We purchased an RV trailer from Camping world Lincoln location. We were lucky to have a great non-pressure sales person Reno. He found us the perfect trailer for our needs and made sure we had everything we needed as first time owners to have a successful experience from start to finish. We will be a return customer.
