We were moving across the country and had a break down. Some friends highly recommended this shop. They were able to get us in that day and did a phenomenal job. Very fair price and great quality work too!! Thank you so so much!!! Would definitely recommend and use them again. I would give many more stars if it was possible!

My family and I have been using C and M Auto for as long as I can remember on several different vehicles and Gnoc is always very helpful and knowledgeable. He s honest, on time and very good at communicating. The other mechanics there do a great job diagnosing any problems that I ve had in the past and do their best to do so in a timely manner. Hours are more than fair and they will work you on their schedule as quickly as they can. Would highly recommend going here over any other mechanic shop.3/26/24 - took my car in for a bad starter late at night and they were able to have my car done by 10:30am the next day. Highly recommend C&M! The Ngoc family is trustworthy and skilled and fair-priced. We brought our 2013 Tundra to them for maintenance and repair when we lived in town. Even now that we've moved out of state, when we are driving through, we take the truck back to them for any work that needs to get done. Dominic came to my stranded vehicle (after hours, on a Saturday) to do a diagnostics test. He was able to diagnose and present a solution before my 6+ hour drive back to Minnesota. My vehicle is running great! My daughter and her husband will be using C & M Auto Repair for all of their needs going forward! C and M auto is extremely trustworthy. I ve been ripped off by other auto service shops around town and am so relieved to have found this place! They are honest, affordable, professional, and passionate about helping their customers and the Lincoln community. They will never try to sell you something you don t need. My dad was traveling from WI to CA and his hummer h3 died a couple of miles from the shop. I called the shop and told them that my dad was traveling alone, speaks very little English, his phone is only working on wifi, he is stranded and needs his truck repaired asap. They said to tow it over and they checked it right away. Within minutes they've diagnosed the problem and started repairing right away. Car was repaired by closing time. And after closing up shop, the owner, Ngoc and his son, Dominic took my dad to a phone store to repair his phone as well. Took 2 hrs to get the phone repaired and they were there helping all along. Until all said and done, my dad was finally back on the road. C & M Auto was my dad's life saver. I will never forget this shop's owner & son, and what they have done to help, was above & beyond. I couldn't imagine what my dad would've done without these guys. Thank you so much, C & M Auto Repair.

BEST MECHANIC IN TOWN! Would recommend C&M Auto to everyone looking for a fast, cheap, and reliable fix to ANY mechanical issue! Ngoc and Dom are very intelligent about fixing cars and will be down-to-earth with their customers!

Well I can't say my experience was very pleasant. I broke down only 1.5 miles away from this business, I'm not from here so I didn't know any places to take my vehicle, based on reviews I picked this place. They wouldn't even have me tow it there or even look at it. Dissappointing...

This is my new go-to mechanic shop! They are SO honest, quick, and very affordable. It's getting harder to find a mechanic with integrity these days, but these guys were awesome (and funny)! They fixed my window regulator issue within 2 hours of calling one Saturday morning for next-to-nothing, and provided a free window detail! Top notch service... Gnoc is a friggin car wizard. And a genuinely good, friendly, funny person. He is a model for the industry and someone I'd trust with just about anything. An example: my car would weirdly shake at varying speeds. I had taken it to and spoke to 3-4 mechanics who incorrectly diagnosed it. I kid you not, within 20 seconds of my first phone conversation with Gnoc, he knew exactly what it was. He proceeded to fix it at an extremely reasonable price. I cannot recommend him or this repair shop more highly.

I found Ngoc s shop many years ago on a recommendation form a friend of my son. I have taken all my auto repairing jobs to him ever since. I could not be happier that Ngoc s son is now joining the business because I know who to call as long as I live here. I have just moved to Lincoln and my in- laws recommend this place to me because they have used it for many years. on my first visit I had great experience with them. he is Honest and professional. The job done on time and the price is fair and reasonable. The second time my car stopped working in supersaver parking and after towing it to his garage , somehow, the car stars working and he did not charge me a penny and told me it was an alarm problem.100% I would recommend this garage to anyone.

After being quoted an outrageous amount to fix my car, I was extremely grateful Ngoc is as honest as they come! As a single parent on a tight budget, he was able to have my car fixed within 2 days and was very reasonable in price. My family has used C & M Auto before and has never been disappointed!!

Gnoc (pronounced knock) runs the show and has a good sense of humor. He seems to know quite a bit about vehicles and he doesn't overcharge on his repairs. He is usually busy but I will always call him first with any of our vehicle repairs.

Ngoc is the most knowledgeable and honest mechanic I have ever been to. I was on vacation from Minnesota and my the wheel bearing was making a horrible noise and I called around looking for a repair shop on short notice to fix my truck. No one was able to get me in until the following week. I contacted C&M and he told me to bring down right away. He knew what the problem was right away. Gave me several options and put in a used part and got me and my family on my way. We were even surprised as how little the parts and labor cost. Highly recommended and very easy to work with, and even a great sense of humor.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Owner is a "car surgeon" who can tell what's wrong with cars by it's sound! Genius! And they've never tried convincing me that I need something fixed on my car if it didn't need it. They are fair in price and never take advantage of people. Overall, this place is top notch!

Every time I've come here they're the best. I trust Ngoc to fix it well and at the best price, he's not gonna lie or try to make money off of you. And he'll go above and beyond to take care of you. Top notch guy.

My car took a beating on both front fenders, suspension was trashed, essentially totalled. Was recommended to take it here, and Ngoc helped tremendously. We discussed options for repair. He took the time to look for used parts and expressed honestly that some of the parts needed would have to be new due to supply. He fixed it up in a few days and it looked and drove brand new for a price much lower than your typical shop. He looks for ways to help keep the cost down, such as using used parts (in my case the fenders and some of the suspension) and working quickly.I tell anyone who'll listen to go to Ngoc. Honest local mechanic and he does great work. All of my vehicles go to him for repairs.

I am not from Lincoln and looked on Google for a place near me that had great reviews. There is a reason why C&M has all five stars. It is a small ma and pa place. The owner Ngoc, took care of everything I needed on my Nissan Murano. Quality work at an unbeatable price with a quick turnaround with a smile! I would recommend him to anyone!

I have used C&M Auto for number of years. All of our family vehicles (15+) are serviced here. Many of my co-workers are loving it. Ngoc is honest, experience (20+ years in the career), and his price is unbeatable....He will tell you how much it will cost in advance so no surprises here.

Ngoc may take a little longer on average than Jiffy Lube etc, but the quality of work and knowledge he brings is worth the wait. He is the best mechanic around these parts.

Where do I start. First, a legit honest mechanic. Will never try to sell you unnecessary repairs or maintenance. Second, excellent work with very fair prices for labor and parts. I have a 1996 Camry so I've spent the better part of a decade making all the routine repairs-timing belt, fuel pump, shocks & struts, etc. All of that was very daunting until I got connected with C&M. Getting close to 200k miles and thanks to Noc I know she has it in her.

We drove to Lincoln from Pennsylvania to move our son home. We planned to leave Lincoln on Memorial Day but my son's car died. We happened to be driving by C&M and noticed their main garage door was open. My wife called and was told they are closed for the holiday and just came in to catch up on work. After sharing our circumstance, we were asked to swing by and pickup the owner and he'd go with us to look at our car. He went with my wife and I and diagnosed the problem and helped get the car started. Couldn't have been happier with his willingness to help on a holiday.
