Broke down and helped me find the problem and in the parking lot with YouTube and a few tools got a new battery and alternator and was out of there in about an hour Rodolfo was super knowledgeable about everything!

Tanner helped me try to fix what seemed to be a blown dust. It was freezing outside. He didn't have a coat. He worked through his lunch break. The staff is so kind. I appreciate your help so much. They went out of their way to help me.

Had a great experience here today! I called and Sarah told me they could check my battery and replace if needed. Upon arrival she was super helpful and knowledgeable. She worked my battery replacement into helping other customers seamlessly as she was the only worker. Would definitely go back!

I was at the 85th street store about a month ago and will continue to go back. I needed a headlamp replaced. Justin helped me find what I needed and I asked if it was hard to replace. He said he would go outside and do it for me! I have always had excellent customer service every time I need something for my car. Thank you Justin for your help and excellent customer service! This store has the BEST employees by far. Highly recommend!

Sarah and Kelly were fantastic! Took my car in to get help with the check engine light. Sarah preformed all the tests, helped me select the best battery for my car and even installed it for me. Had a really great experience thanks to these ladies, will absolutely be coming back !

Had the paint that I needed. Store is always in good shape and the staff is willing to help out. It does seem that they are understaffed right now like so many places but the crew worked to get customers out the door as quickly as they could.

They weren't very busy when i stopped at 3p on a Tuesday. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They assisted me in locating the correct parts for the exact year, make and model of my truck. And they had what I needed in stock. I would definitely shop here again...

OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES! Had an issue with my car due to the cold and these guys were tremendously helpful and understanding! While I was there, the coldest day(s) in many years, these guys were going out testing vehicles and batteries and still be so nice and courteous despite being out in deadly temperatures. They were much more knowledgeable than other parts stores I've been to. I will always use this store for any parts I need and will recommend them to everyone!

I stop by on Monday after I call about part then when I arrive at 8:50 pm and the door closed . Waist my time and my car stuck on lift

I went in looking for Start Your Engines fuel treatment after the AutoZone website said it was in stock at this location. The woman at the front desk was rude and told me she didn t have it. Low and behold, it was right there in the front isle after I looked myself. I chose this location even though it was in stock at a lower price at the Walmart next door. I won t be doing that again.

This is the AutoZone in Lincoln to go to Great customer service will go above and beyond to get you what you need. And the lady managing the store is awesome!!!

I just left this autozone. I'm driving across country and have been having car issues. I stopped 3 other places that were unable to help me. Then I got to this autozone. Matt helped me and was incredible. He came and checked under the hood and was immediately able to see a problem and fixed it. Crossing our fingers that this was the problem, but even if it wasn't be was amazing! Thank you, Matt!

I don t recommend autozone on 85th in Lincoln ... at 5:30 on 7/11/20 the two guys working were rude, the guy didn t wanna help me find the right battery connection or where it was located in the store, he was more worried about going to the gas station. He actually left b4 my questions were even answered then the guy that checked me out dropped my handful of change on the floor and didn t say anything but there you go, so I picked my change back up .... zero stars if I could

Tried to by there oil and filters deal then thay want to charge u more if thay offer you that deal it should be for all not just sirten ones and then charge you more can by it cheaper some where ells

I was formally upset due to some service technical issues I didnt think would be resolved however they fixed the issue at hand and I'm very pleased with the outcome life is stressful without your vehicle so I'm glad things got fixed and I will now continue coming to auto zone for affordable good car parts and good service!
