Very rude and unprofessional manager. I called this location (2744 S 9th) and asked about receiving services, the rep was very rude and so I asked to talk to the manager and was told that the manager did not feel like talking. Literally said that. Then when I said we can call the corporate office, the manager got on the phone and said he didn t have the number and to go online to find it. Then he proceeded to hang up on me. I will not be taking my business there. This is the location at 2744 S 9th.

Clean place with well mannered and very helpful people! Helped me get what I needed and get out! Didn t try to dro me a bunch of extra stuff I didn t want or anything and decent prices!

Joanne Didier, Parts Sales Manager, went above and beyond to help me today. I came in needing new wiper blades for my '06 Grand Caravan. Jo left aside her other work, cheerfully saying "Customers come first!"She respectfully offered me options and recommendations for my small purchase, without any pressure at all. Then she came out and installed the wipers for me, in negative wind chills.On top of all this, when a couple of other customers came in behind me, Jo insistently called for help from other employees to make sure everyone was taken care of.I can't say enough good things about Joanne and this store, and I'm very glad I came in. Thank you!!!

After an associate, Max, left helping another customer just to sell me the incorrect battery, and not return to help the customers who were there before me, the associate had to get a manager to help change my battery. While the manager, who's name I did not catch, (bilingual guy who was super nice and very helpful) was helping me, and while the shop was quite busy, Max just left. I'm leaving 4 starts for the manager who was hussling to cover the other employee and the customers she left stranded just to leave.

Jo is the WO-MAN! Thank goodness for kind people like her in this world. She was beyond very helpful and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I was able to get what I needed (Y'ALL: before 5PM on a FRIDAY!!!) I highly recommend you come to THIS AutoZone before any others. LOOK NO FURTHER!!

It was right there on my way home. Got some carb cleaner and it was in stock, sure enough it was a quality product left my carburator looking dirt free

Chloe was a major help in me finding the battery I needed after mine died. She was able to arrange for pick up and Layne took it from there. The kindest person ever and an even bigger help.Very knowledgeable. I ll definitely come back for all my auto needs!

Dave and Dennis were absolutely amazing. Both of them are outstanding. Dave was super helpful on the phone, and Dennis did an incredible job changing out the battery in my vehicle. He was very thorough and conscientious the entire time, and Dave was an expert on his knowledge of the store and its processes.

Absolutely the worst customer service I ve experienced. First Experience I was told they didn t have the item I was looking for off the internet. Come to find out it was behind the counter the whole time.. Second experience I went to the counter, where there was a lady working, and got totally ignored. So I asked if there is anyone working here and I get an eye roll.. I ll never step foot in there again. To the lady that works there, if you don t like your job find something else

I came to AutoZone with some concerns about my battery. Dennis was happy to help and answered all of my questions. After testing my battery and purchasing a new one, he helped me install my new one. Dennis was very friendly and provided great customer service. I will be returning to this AutoZone specifically because of Dennis! He deserves recognition.

Really really bad website. Impossible to place an order on it. Also, phone customer service leaves alot to be desired. It's almost like the employees don't know anything about automobiles.

I went there to ask if can upgrade my toyota corolla 2000 headlightand i was not sure if its possibe cuz i was told somewhere else it wouldn't, and it would cost 100 bukcs then i found this guy here his name is Hussein he seems like he knows a lot of stuff in the store he helped me change my headlights. It was freezing but this guy was so patient and helpfull. thanks to this nice peoble

The young lady assisting me was very knowledgeable. She replaced the batteries in my key fobs and showed me how to start my keyless car even if my key fobs are completely dead.

a huge shout-out to the workers at the 9th and 56th street locations in Lincoln for helping me diagnose my starting problems. They were extremely helpful and saved me a lot of time and anxiety on busy memorial day weekend. They did battery/alternator tests to help diagnose problem and located a battery and changed it for me right away. Thanks Chloe, Joanne & Andy. sorry if I misspell names. I apologize if I wasn't in the best of moods, but very much appreciate the on-the-spot time and help!! I have a new found appreciation for all the help you provide free of charge.

Driving from bama to Utah , got stuck here in NE, may not be able to fix the car but an employee by the name of Chloe knows her stuff and went extra miles to help, wow and the other gentleman stayed in the cold to help someone else for a long time when he didn't , great staff keep them
