I learned of this place because of a sound quality competition that was hosted there and when I arrived, I noticed they had a very tidy showroom. I had never competed before and wanted to find out where I stood with my 3-year build. I met some awesome people and received some excellent advice. Two months went by and I scheduled a professional tuning session using the JL Audio Max measurement tool and JL Audio's tuning software, piloted by a certified technician. Needless to say, the difference was astounding! My car has a factory provision for a center channel speaker and now I feel that it's not really needed! Brandon who tuned my car is JL Max certified and really knows his stuff! He let me A/B compare my old tune with his and I wondered how I ever listened to mine! Everyone I interacted with here was very nice and helpful. There are several other audio shops that aren't as welcoming. I will refrain from naming them. This new technology from JL Audio has only been available for 2 years, as of this review and the way I see it, having this performed is just part of the list of upgrades in a custom sound system. There's NO WAY I would ever have a system that wasn't tuned using JL Max and a knowledgeable technician! There aren't many shops that have this amazing tool, so if you're passionate about sound, give these guys a visit!

I called before going in to see what services they provided. Ive been there once with my other half because he is going to have them install some equipment. I purchased an amp/speakers elsewhere and they were installed but clearly professionally because SHANE diagnosed my problem instantly! He is such a wonderful person to take me in last minute. He even called me to let me know he was ready to check out my car. He didn t charge me an arm and leg either! I will be going back!!! Thanks SHANE, you rock!!

I went in and had speakers put on my bike here. They are top notch. Everyone was super awesome and Brandon went out of his way to make sure I got what I paid for. Will definitely go back to have speakers put on my wifes can am

Excellent shop to work with. Had them install a remote start on my truck and speakers and amp in my car. Quality of work is top notch. Have good idea of what you want going in and do some research as it is apparent the tech-s are paid on commission.

I m very particular about music quality but wasn t sure how to get the sound I wanted from my Jeep. Brandon helped me determine the perfect fit based on my priorities and budget. He even got my installation done on the same day! I couldn t be happier. With the amount of time I spend driving, this is actually life changing. I m so glad I heard about this shop!

This was my second stop. Shayne was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He helped me pick out the right head unit and a great set of matching speakers. He was very up front about the pricing and gave me a great quote. Shayne didn't try to sell me something I don't need or to push anything extra on me. I am saving up and will be back in to make the purchase. It was a great experience!One year and a new car later I finally came by for some upgrades. The new car had a decent factory setup but lacked power. Shayne recommended a nice Rockford sub and the system sounds AWESOME! Great work on the install too!

HORRIBLE AND AGGRESSIVE STAFF. One guy just cut a wiring harness out of my car without permission from me, (all the while, he had this Awful Demeaning Attitude like I had something hooked up incorrectly).... this was the harness for my trailer lights. They worked flawlessly until they were cut out by this maniac. I was treated like I was a problem for existing, for being in the shop. It was very awkward...I had to bring the car back 4 times for them to get it running PARTIALLY correctly. They handed it back the first time and my reverse camera was not working, so knows why... they got hand prints all over my freshly washed and waxed paint. Very insulting.... the car would die over and over due to the remote starter creating a parasitic drain. They struggled to track it down and acted like it they couldn't find it when I'd run the car back into them. I was always VERY NERVOUS to leave my car with them especially after the guy cut out my trailer hitch lights WITH NO PERMISSION FROM ME and a HUGE CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER. It was embarrassing for the shop... maybe it would be better if they cared enough to pay attention to what they were doing. This place made me very uncomfortable....I still think my battery would die if I parked it without a drip charger... like at a air port.... that'd be a great place to have the alarm go dead and have the battery not start the car up after a long flight. I can't even count how many times they tried to blame my car, which ran flawlessly before they messed with it.... now I have a sick feeling in my stomach when I think of this store.....And my 10.1 inch touch screen radio stopped working after the last time I was in...I can only assume the face got pulled off and tossed onto the floor......I felt a lot of Hate here.

This is where you go to get your brand new JL Audio equipment in Lincoln. They do a professional job installing and answering questions. I have not had same positive experience with other car audio stores locally. So this is the spot.

I love Autosounds. I have had them do audio work on my Ford Ranger multiple times, and every time, my expectations have been far surpassed.The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are also very willing to work with you, be it budget or time constraints, they'll find a way to get you the sound system of your dreams.I would happily and confidently recommend Autosounds to anyone looking to have any kind of audio work done on their vehicle.

Would highly recommend AutoSounds. I considered other places that do car audio among other custom vehicle work, but decided I'd much rather have someone specialized in audio doing the work. Very happy with the job AutoSounds did on my truck. Everything looked very clean and professional, sounds great, and was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Shayne was extremely helpful and accommodating through the whole process.

I've been coming to Autosounds for years and have never been disappointed in their work. Shane has always done right by me and now my son too. Everyone in the shop knows their stuff. Would highly recommend these guys for all your audio needs!

You would think spending $675 to get an auto start on your car would get you some respect and great customer service. However, that is not the case I was completely ignored dropping off my car was much better than picking it up because I was knowledged dropping off my automobile. However, I didn t get a phone call saying my car was done, when asked if I had download the app, I looked at him and said what app because no one spoke to me about what app to download or given any instruction, and when a man walked in I was completely ignored. They gave me my keys, and that was it, so Any work I would ve had done by them. No thanks I ll pass because spending my my hard earned money doesn t get me any respect then you don t deserve my hard earned money

They have a great knowledge of the radios and equipment they sell. Describe to them what kind of sound you are looking for and they can tell you what to buy to get it!

Will review again after installation is complete.***Update***After having my system for about six months now, I have to say, it was quality advice and workmanship. I've had exactly zero issues and the system sounds great. Definate recommend!!

I took my car in thinking I needed a whole new stereo; turned out to be just a fuse. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and the bill was less than $50! The staff was very fast and friendly. I will go back to them in the future. I will recommend them to everyone I know. VERY SATISFIED!

Let's start off with customer service. We all know this has been in decline, let's be honest more often then not we are not as satisfied as we would like in these times. It's companies like this one, though that remind us what quality in service means and not just in the products they sell. Never once was I given anything other than offered . No slip ups, nothing "came up " I told them what I wanted and I was delivered what I asked for. Nothing extra. I Wasn't asked to sign up for any silly rewards program or anything even remotely deviant from what I came in for In the first place. I had two speakers replaced and going back for the other two in the future. from my experience these folks know this business like the back of their hands. Even though my needs were relatively simple, the focus of my review is about their communication, knowledge, top notch customer service and speedy and professional service. Just skip best Best Buy . You won't be sorry.

These guys are amazing. Brought my wife s car in to have a remote start installed for a Christmas gift and was told it would take 4+ hours to have it done. Well I was concerned cause I had my 5 yr old and we live 30 miles from Lincoln and had nowhere to go. After we left for a walk to target the man behind the counter was very concerned about our situation. He had all his guys on this project to get it done super fast. It took them just about an hour to get her car done. When I got that call saying they was done I was super pleased! We will always take our car here for those needs just for what they did! Very happy with the product and their professionalism! Thanks again guys and Merry Christmas from the Derr s!!

I called before leaving work to see if they could take a look at my radio before they closed and Brandon answered and had no problem taking a look at it. It only took less than 10 minutes for my radio to start back up again. I really appreciate not only getting my radio to work but he was very professional of doing his job, efficient of getting it all taken care of, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for good experience and incredible products!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. It was going to be really expensive to put a new stereo system, and they worked with me on other options that were available.Their scheduling was 2 weeks out, but I feel like that's a testament to the quality of work they do.

If you live in the Lincoln area and are looking for audio work on your car this is the place to go. Had them swap a stock head unit on a Honda HRV for a unit that had CarPlay a couple of months ago, they had a fair price and had great service. A few weeks ago the unit was acting up and they fixed it free of charge.

Guys were great, however initially told me it was a busy day but I could stop by late afternoon to look at some stereo options, and schedule something out. Fast forward to my visit get a stereo picked out and they are able to get it all installed same day in under an hour for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with this service

Yesterday I took my new truck in for a remote start that works great. It even has the app that I can use! These guys know there business very well. Very neat and hid every wire. Ive seen these guys work on other project and same quality of work. I will do business with this company again. Great work guys!!!!!!UpdateWeeks later my auto start works perfectly.Yesterday I had an after market radio installed and also very pleased. These guys have all my steering wheel controls working and radio sounds great. Its like Christmas came early. Im not a radio guy but these guys were able to figure out my wiring with no problem. Not 1 stratch on my new vehicles dash or panels. These are my go to guys!!!! Thanks again guys!

If you want true quality this is the place to go. I dealt with Brandon it was very thorough explaining the options I had and kept it right in my budget. The results exceeded my expectations. I will be bringing my family's other three cars in this year.
