Let's not talk about the printer ...I drove from Lincoln Nebraska and so NOT regret it!!! Best and most honest dealership I've been to in a longgg time !! I will definitely be back in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place with awesome communication....

Nate is great to work with. Took care of the bad starter on my old truck quickly, pointed out a couple of other things.Didn't try to oversell. Very fair pricing. Would recommend to anyone that needs a good technician.

Absolutely the best place to go to for help with your vehicle! Susan and Darcy helped me so much with my warranty and understanding the entire process! Awesome service! Great people! I showed up with a leaking tire (no appointment) and they squeezed me in to get it fixed! I can t tell you what a relief that was. I was already stressed about being late to work. I know from previous experience, that they do very good work and it s work I can trust. Thank you again for fixing my tire and getting me back on the road!!! My family will be coming back to Apollo!

If you want trustworthy, honest people who are great mechanics, Nate and Shannon are the guys for you. They will give you great work with honest answers and recommendations and they don t try to over sell like the dealerships do. I will not take my cars anywhere else. I trust Nate Burns to work on all of my vehicles. I always have. I also trust Nate to work on my elderly parents vehicles. I know Nate is honest, trustworthy, and runs his business with integrity. Nate and his brother, Shannon, are guys that simply WILL NOT jerk you around. They will explain, clearly, what your vehicle needs. You will get great, on-time service from Apollo. These guys are the real deal and will fix your vehicle right the first time.

Nate and Shannon took extraordinary care of my son's car and we couldn't be more thankful for their top-notch, friendly customer service! They quickly, accurately, and affordably fixed three issues...and my son is safer and back on the road thanks to their care and expertise. Their location is very convenient! While no one gets excited about having to go to a mechanic :) this neighborly business could almost change your mind about that. Two thumbs WAY UP!! I'm always unsure about going to new mechanics but Nate was amazing to deal with. He fixed my truck before schedule and at a reasonable price for the major issue that was wrong with my truck. He is upfront with everything he is going to do and makes sure you know what is going on too. Him and his staff are very friendly and relatable people to talk to. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Apollo Auto is a great place to have your auto repaired if you want an honest diagnosis. They will not tell you, you need things done that are not necessary at the time. The owner is excellent at letting you know what needs to be done down the road in priority for you to decide when you want to invest in it. Nate Burns, owner operator is as honest as they come and will provide you the best quality service and a satisfaction guarantee! Stop letting other repair shops shove things down your throat without question. Stop by and see Nate and get an honest answer for an honest price!

This was literally the best customer service experience I've had in a long, long time. Nate and his staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to explain everything to me in detail. I highly recommend Apollo Automotive and will be going back for all of my automotive service needs!

I have not had an occasion to need my car worked on yet, but I can attest to Nate's character since I have known him for over 45 years. Nate is one of the kindest, honest, most genuine people I know. He has such a caring heart and you'd be hard pressed to find someone that didn't love him. Also, Nate has been working on cars almost his entire life and his knowledge and expertise in auto mechanics are bar none. You could never go wrong by taking your vehicle to Nate at Apollo Automotive Services.

Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Purchased 4 new tires, and unfortunately a few days later got a screw in my tire that couldn t be repaired. We worked out a deal on a new tire, and they were very understanding of the situation. Highly recommend doing business with them!!

Friday 01.07.22 I was travelling and needed to get back on the road home to Texas and most shops around here are not open on the weekend. I would have been stranded for a min of 2-3 extra days. So I need the check engine light situation dealt with so I could start home. They got me on the road and I made it home safely with no issues. Thank you guys.It is beyond obvious why this is a 5-star automotive shop. There are not enough words to describe the experience. These gentlemen are the TRUTH. I researched for 2.5 hrs before deciding on a shop and I got it right! I know a lil bout cars, I listen to my gut, and my BS meter is always on and pretty accurate. No alarm bells with them :). They are top notch professionals that are: knowledgeable, honest, fair, and friendly. I really had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend them without hesitation.I'm an observer, so it was not just my personal experience with them that I based my review on. Shannon interacts amazingly with other customer and vendors in a professional ginuine way that builds relationships and makes you want to engage with this business. Apollo is the best auto shop in Lincoln. The entire staff is great, Nate has been our mechanic for 20 years. For those people who are looking for a trusted/honest/great mechanic, this is your place. I would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this automotive shop for all your auto needs. They are professional, honest and their prices are the best in town. We were so happy with the work they did on my husband's truck we took in our car to be serviced. They took time on a day they weren't open to help fix my heater. We will not go anywhere else. Thanks for treating us so good Nate and Shannon. Top notch service.

Found out about Apollo through by brother in law. I asked them if they could do a car inspection before I bought it and they worked me in. I was due for complete fluid change and spark plugs on my 2011 Expedition, they did a great job! Ready for another 100,000 miles. Be sure to give them a call for any work you need done.

I have known Nate and Shannon for most of my life and I trust only them for my vehicles. They re honest and have been mechanics for as long as I ve known them and there is nothing they can t fix.
