Just bought my 2021 red Edge Platinum yesterday! Never thought I d ever drive a Ford but I love my new Edge! Had a great experience going thru the purchase process with Isaiah he s the best! He had all the answers for me along with lots of laughs! Great car! Thanks!

Try an get your vehicle in for a oil change and tire rotation is almost impossible, the website says they open at 7:30, arrived at 7:05 to be early, to find out they opened at 7, and already had a 2 hour wait, called South location and they also had a 2 hour wait, only being open for 10 minutes, and you can't make an appointment. I purchased a coupon book at time of purchasing the vehicle, for over 400.00 and it is almost impossible to use, not happy!!!!!! Since this review Anderson Mazda contacted me and went beyond to make things right, I appreciate the concern and wanting to please the customer, thank youService: Oil change

I had my oil changed in my 2108 Explorer and a week later I had to call a tow truck because of a piece of my vehicle was not completely attached to my vehicle anymore (underneath). The piece was dragging on the ground as I was driving, so I pulled over. After the piece was reattached to my vehicle, I spoke to the service advisor at Anderson about the cost of the tow truck and I felt that it needed to be reimbursed to me, as this was not a result of negligence by me, but of Anderson, during my oil change. The service advisor made the decision that I needed to speak to the service manager, Ryan Lavine. I did speak with Ryan and he was very apologetic and professional when talking with me. He acknowledged that Anderson's service department had failed to securely attach the piece of my vehicle and that he needed to make it right. He said that they would reimburse me for the cost of tow service and said a check was in the mail. True customer service! Sometimes everything is not always perfect, but admitting when a mistake is made and then making it right...that's great customer service! Thanks, Ryan and Anderson.Service: Oil change

Bought my first car from Jared at Anderson Mazda. He was very patient with all my questions, made sure I was comfortable and understood everything, during the entire process.I would recommend coming here, clean building, nice amenities and polite employees.

Bought a used Mazda today and Logan was my salesman. I went here because he also sold my mother a car and her experience was wonderful so I wanted to see for myself. It was the best car buying experience to date, Logan was very friendly and didn't come off as the typical force-things-down-your-throat-style salesman that I've experienced in the past. I was comfortable, everything was explained well, and he was relatable. Would absolutely recommend this lot and Logan to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

Went in and leased a new Mazda 6. Our first time leasing. I was in a hella time crunch, so I got pre approved the day before, and test drove, signed, and drove away in about an hour and a half. Gerson was with me every step of the way. Dude was professional at all times, even when dealing with my "off" personality. These guys earned my business for the future, for sure.

I went in to get my a/c + heater diagnosed and they were unable to figure out the issue, instead guessing that I should spend $450+ on an entirely new a/c + heater unit and try testing it again. I was able to look up a video on YouTube and fix the issue myself in under 5 minutes for free. A last minor issue I had was noticing my front hood was jiggling when driving back because it had not been closed completely after an oil change.After discussion with the owner, he offered a refund/store credit for the diagnostic after expressing my discontent with the service. took my car in once to the south location. came back lit up like a Xmas tree. they were adjusting and detuning my car. service maniger is a punk. take your Mazda to omaha! you will regret it if not. oh and they will do a recall even thou you have told them not to that another shop already had it scheduled and ordered parts.. crooked lift gate shocks and non safety recalls so they get paid not the shop you chose to have the repairs done at.. again avoid mazda of Lincoln!
