I had the best experience at Anderson Mazda. I worked with Buddy and I don t have enough good words to say about him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car for my needs. I felt he had my best interests in mind and wasn t pushy or aggressive whatsoever. I definitely recommend Anderson Mazda to anyone who may be looking for a car!

Don t waste your time anywhere else! Anderson Mazda will take care of you and not jerk you around! Ask for Buddy! You won t regret it! He s super nice and helpful. We love our new car!

I made an appointment on Monday for Thursday. When I got there, they were expecting me and completed all maintenance work in one hour while I waited. Coffe and a breakfast bar were available and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I like the video they give me of the car inspection.

I had a great experience with Anderson Mazda of Lincoln. I originally leased my vehicle and decided I d like to buy it. Buddy and Robert helped me through the steps and had my best interest at heart. They were very clear and patient throughout the process. I appreciate all their time and hard work. Will be recommending this dealership to my other Mazda friends.

I stopped in without an appointment because my car battery was barely turning over. They checked it and told me I had the original battery which was 8 years old! They were very busy but assured me they could work me in.Within half and hour I was on my way! PLUS they filled my windshield wiper fluid! Very professional and friendly service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went around the beginning of October and they told me I had a couple tires at 4/32 that needed to be replaced (conveniently when they were running their buy 3 get 1 free promo). Had my regular mechanic take a look and he said they were fine so we didn t change my tires. Just went back on Monday 1/22 and they said all of my tires were at either 6/32 or 7/32- big difference from the last reading given that none of my tires were changed! I went on Monday to get my trans fluid flushed and left with $4500 in recommended repairs because they said my radiator was leaking coolant and that there was a code for my heater core . They recommended a $400 coolant back flush to try, otherwise the radiator replacement was over $900 and a heater core was $2400. They also tried to recommend I get my spark plugs replaced for over $300, but I JUST had my spark plugs replaced a month ago. Had they actually looked at the spark plugs, they would have seen they were brand new. I took my car to Doc s Auto for a second opinion and they found that my radiator was completely full and not leaking WHATSOEVER and there was no code indicating I d need my heater core replaced. I had an engine light on for a random blip that came from my engine coolant temp sensor and the light cleared when they cleared the codes.To sum it up, they tried to recommend over $4500 in work that was completely unnecessary. This was all after they offered me $1000 for a trade in a couple months ago because I supposedly have over $7000 in hail damage. I drive a 2013 CX-5, there s no way anyone would be putting $7000 of body work into that car. They would ve turned around and sold it as is(: Needless to say, I m absolutely livid and will not be giving these guys my business anymore. I don t know what they were trying to pull, but this place does nothing short of shady business. Steer clear- you re better off driving out of town if you need dealership work done!

If you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle at Anderson, please make sure to have a third party inspect the car before purchase! Otherwise, I would look at another dealership. Less than three weeks after purchasing my vehicle, my brakes failed and resulted in an accident. Luckily it was minor, but if I was going any faster, it could have ended up in a major collision, possibly with injuries. After the accident I took the car to another Mazda dealership and the technician said this vehicle should have never been pre-owned certified. The technician indicated there was heavy rust and it looked like the rust had been covered with black paint to hide it. I have video support available from this technician showcasing the rust and paint. I notified Anderson and they couldn't provide adequate answers as to why there was so much rust or why there was black paint. My family has purchased from Anderson on several occasions, but moving forward we will take our business elsewhere.

I was very happy with how well they handled my situation. They ran their codes and tested the battery and replaced it within an hour. The video the technician took to explain everything they did mad it even more enjoyable. He explained everything.

I had been in the market for a new vehicle for several months and could never strike up a good deal. Then I went to Anderson Mazda of Lincoln Nebraska and got treated right. They have top notch staff and they will make sure to get you a vehicle you love at a price you don't hate.

Anderson Mazda of Lincoln is a great dealership. I recently bought a 2024 Mazda3 Sedan as my first car, and this was a great dealership to buy from. Maks was very kind and answered all my questions in full detail. I highly recommend this dealership. I also enjoy driving this car immensely!

Truly the easiest and most satisfying experience anyone could ever go through when it comes to making such a big financial decision. Buddy and Robert took such great care of us. It s obvious that at Anderson Mazda their focus is taking care of the customers first; we did not feel haggled with nor did we feel pushed into decision making from start to finish. We couldn t be more grateful to have chosen a vehicle with them!

I went in for just a basic oil change late in the afternoon. I knew my tires on my 2020 CX-5 were nearing the end of their life. They had a good deal on tires and were able to mount and balance them in only about an hour. Saved me a lot of time and I didn't need to go elsewhere for tires. Service advisor, Kyle Rentschler was great!

Very nice lounge area to wait for your car oil change. They send you a quick video of your tires, brakes, filters to show their status. A bit more expensive, but worth it. Oh, they started vacuuming the interior too! Thanks

Amanda Jordan was very helpful. Willing to answer any questions & anticipated some of them. She was thoughtful to any needs we had & was willing to work within our timeframes for test driving & checking on what stock was on hand for us to look at. Everyone we talked with, Amanda, Henry, Robert and a nice young man that I'm afraid I don't remember his name were very accommodating. We'll be recommending Lincoln Mazda to our friends & family. On a cross country journey, our Mazda broke down on I-80 in Lincoln. Fortunately we were only several miles from Anderson Mazda. They quickly assessed the situation and told us the news that the repair would take two days. Kyle made sure the parts were overnighted and the work was completed on schedule and on price. We have arrived in California with gratitude for Kyle and his team at Anderson Mazda.
