We got a great used car at a great price and it even came with a full tank of gas. I have never bought a used car that came with a full tank before so that was a nice surprise. Thanks for the great car.The only 1 person for the whole process needs refinement. If he has to keep leaving to talk to the manager about everything, what's the point? It would be better to have two people that specialize in their parts of the process.I give the overall experience an -A. It was definitely much better than the last 2 interactions I had with an Anderson Dealership. But I also have not been back since about 2017 When I left my last 1 Star review for the service department here at the South location.Updated to show the great average fuel economy.

From the moment we entered the lot until we drove off in our new car, Gavin and Kraig made us feel comfortable and treated us wonderful!! No pressure, just friendly helpful service!! They found our car and had it on the lot very quickly-we would highly recommend them and Anderson Ford to everyone! Great experience!!

Perfect! Jon greeted me as soon as I walked in the Service Center. That little bit of customer service goes a long way. He happened to catch me and just the right time as I ve been thinking about upgrading to another vehicle. His attentiveness and proficiency and more importantly, knowledge and kindness were refreshing. I completed the purchase of a vehicle, and I am grateful to Jon for his help thru the process. This is my second purchase through Anderson Ford South where everyone has always been great! Thanks Anderson Ford South!

I walked in and was impressed right away when Gavin Carey opened the door for me. I asked him if I could see the burgundy 2018 used mustang and he knew right away which car I was talking about and he went to get it and I test drove it to see how I liked it to relay to my husband whether I liked it enough for him to come 2 hours to look at . Loved it. Gavin was very friendly and answered all my questions and if he didn t know for sure, he found out. Liked him because there was no high pressure, that totally turns me off and if I don t like and trust the salesman, I will walk away.My husband came down and loved the car and also like the new one inside. We negotiated with Gavin and his supervisor, Allen Gill who we also got very good vibes from and ended up getting the new mustang which we absolutely love!! Thank you both for being great to work with.

I had a great experience with Griffin Everitt at Anderson Ford South purchasing my new Bronco! I was really impressed with the personalized videos he sent introducing himself and of specific Bronco s I was looking at since I was traveling from out of state. He was super patient with me answering all my questions and helped with all the details of my trade in. He helped make the process so smooth and easy. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car!

We worked with Josh Marcelino and he was so patient with us while we decided between the Bronco Sport and the Escape, went with the Escape after several hours of deciding. He also helped us troubleshoot some issues we were having and made it right between some teamwork of him & management. Definitely a good experience and would come back to buy future vehicles.

I have recently purchased two vehicles from Anderson Ford and was treated with incredible courtesy and professionalism. The prices I paid were great and I received a fair value for my trades. Josh, Dylan and Kraig were wonderful people to work with. There s no doubt that I will continue doing business with them. I ve also had great experiences with their service department in the past so I m happy with the entire dealership.

Just purchased a truck a couple months ago. That was the best experience I ve had with a dealer in 30 years. Vehicle is great and customer service is as well. Just had my 1st oil change on the truck and was in and out in no time. Everyone at Anderson Ford has been great. Definitely will come back for future services and/or purchases.

Carlos Alfaro was amazing to work with. He worked to find a car with the price, mileage and mpg to fit our needs. He and his team found the best financing option, and extra protection plan within our price point. He was very professional while also being personable. We highly recommend stopping in and seeing him!

Our salesman Craig was great.I would never buy a car here again.We bought a vehicle and the check engine light came on two days later. It was driven 50 miles.Andersen is not willing to have quality customer service and stand behind their vehicles and do anything about it. They do not have to do anything, but after asking around it is not okay that the check engine light came on two days after it left the lot. So I was hoping by reaching out they would take care of their customers. But I was wrong.

Let me tell y all something about Ford, in general.so I don t know about you ll but for me (Anderson Ford of Lincoln South) has a huge credit for that while they are a equal part of Ford so it is a big credit for themHowever if you didn t buy one of Ford vehicles and then if a stu d hit your car, it wouldn t be a life saver the way Ford does,I been through a disaster because of someone hit me on the road and if it wasn t a Ford ( Ford Explorer), I believe and I know, now l won t be able to write this REVIEW.Anderson Ford didn t pay me to say this and on the contrary they did a business with me selling vehicle to me but it wasn t just a car, it was Ford life saver.Big thanksAnd big special thanks to Luke

Derek was professional and courteous he seemed very knowledgeable of the product even tho he hasn't worked there a long timeThe back and forth negotiations of purchasing a vehicle is always a process but in the end we were satisfied with result we were well informed of all processes involved. We are a returning Anderson customer that was purchasing a new vehicle. Another easy purchase. Our sales person, Cody Ryan did an excellent job of listening to our wants and getting us the right vehicle. Our request's were pretty specific. They didn t have the particular vehicle we wanted on their lot. But Cody found the right vehicle at one of their other locations and it was delivered in just a couple of hours. The whole process was efficient, low pressure, friendly and courteous. It was an excellent and pleasant buying experience.We highly recommend Anderson Ford for a new vehicle purchase or post sale service needs.

Got a bed liner for my truck and was finished by end of day. I let them know I was going to be running a bit late so I had paid the bill via card online and they left the keys under the floor mat. Overall a pretty good experience. I feel like with the money spent on this job getting done they would have washed up the truck a bit. But I was wrong. Bed of the truck still had dirty footprints of someone else walking all over it.

The process was straightforward, and they were transparent about the car's history. I just bought a used Ford expedition from a new salesman Griffin and he was very helpful in asking me questions on what I was looking for because I wasn t exactly sure then he showed me this. I fell in love with it. The buying process was absolutely fabulous. All my questions were answered we went round and round, it was a fun experience. There was still a noise to the vehicle when I picked this up Griffin was off and Luke was there going to help me I did not really enjoy that experience when I picked up the vehicle for the first time it was kind of like picking up a UPS box , but that s OK. I made a note that the sound was still there called Griffin the next day and he said everything up brought the vehicle in. They checked it all out. Have to set the radio up. Help me set the door key up overall number one I m ranting about the great service. I got there. Good job and thank you so much .

Had a great experience buying the truck, but am not impressed with the service department. I took it in for some recall work not long after I got it and they had me sitting in the waiting area for a couple hours until someone finally checked in and realized I d been waiting since they said it would be quick. Figured I d give them another chance and scheduled some more recall work and wanted them to check on an oil leak on the rear transfer case. Was told they couldn t guarantee a loaner vehicle but if I called the evening before service they should be able to work it out. Did just that, was told they wouldn t have one. I said that wouldn t work and if they didn t have one I guess I d have to cancel my appointment if there wasn t anything we could do. The associate said that s fine, he d just cancel it. No offer of helping me find a different time or anything. Guess I ll just stay closer to home for service.

Worst experience ever buying a car! I will never buy a car from them again. The whole process was horrible. They put in no effort in trying to get me the vehicle. I felt like I was doing everything myself. They added fees at the end that they didn t tell me about. The sales rep didn t seem to even know what he was doing. Then as soon as I left the parking lot with the vehicle the gas light went on. You would think buying a new vehicle they would give you a full gas tank. The manager Jared was of no help either. I do NOT recommend buying from Anderson Ford.

Brought in my vehicle for power train issues twice. The first time their transmission expert definitely knew the problem for $1500. Second visit and another $1000, they just took a guess at the what the cause was. Neither fix did anything for the underlying problem, and now they supposedly need to tear apart the whole transmission to fix it. Who knows if they re even looking in the right place.I can get that kind of diagnosing ability at a Meineke or a Jiffy Lube. Save your money and just go to a local shop, the troubleshooting abilities here aren t worth the premium price you pay.

Deb and I had a very memorable experience at Anderson Ford of Lincoln South when purchasing our new 2023 Ford -150. Griffin Everitt, our sales guide/agent, and Allen Gill, manager, patiently answered all of our questions regarding the additional upgrades, the Ford pass incentive points, and the financing rebate. These incentives in addition to a very fair trade-in amount resulted in a very fair purchase price. The technician did not alert me that during the inspection my engine filter failed. I just happened to check the link I was sent when I first arrived and saw that it failed. I had to walk into the service area and ask for it to be replaced. I also have the tires rotated every time I get the oil changed. I ve never had to request this before so I assumed they were being rotated but they did not get done. Also, when I was paying, the service guy did not go over any of the service paperwork with me to tell me what things needed to be serviced or replaced in the future as they have done in the past. was very disappointed in my overall experience.
