Our experience was AMAZING. Parts man Guy and corporate Victor were amazing in their customer service. Needing to get a vehicle drivable to get home after a family emergency . They made sure to get us parts quickly and a discount was provided. I am beyond grateful with their kindness and eagerness to help in the best way they could. I highly recommend this part store and I really can't express enough how much this experience touched me.

Couldn t have had a better experience! Customer service was prompt and helpful. Victor was extremely knowledgeable, and with the assistance of an onboard diagnostic tool, he was able to determine the problem with my car, and then had in stock the items I needed to fix it. Thank you!

What a difference great employees makes!Victor was able to help us find a battery issue (with a brand new battery) and also tested the alternator and starter.Great service and help!

I came in to check and charge my battery and Victor did an amazing job. It only took about an hour and a half to charge and after he made sure to check the battery two more times and run a check on the alternator just to make sure nothing is wrong with my charging. Highly recommend

Stopped in to check if my battery needed replaced after dashboard started flashing. Victor helped charge my battery and tested my car to find out that I needed a new alternator. He was very helpful and very communicative.

I bought a die hard battery 2 years ago. And had to get a new one today. I did get 1 for free because the warranty is 4 years. The service was fast and easy.

Very Helpful Manager and Employee's. Great specials on Mobile 1 oil change material. My go to store for sure. And I stay needing car parts. And They Rent Tools For Free. got this pulley puller on rent. Very Helpful. Thanks

Online service in-store pickup was great. I had no problems getting my task accomplished. I prefer this auto parts store over any others, even though some others are good too. Quality parts and friendly staff. Now if only they'd add a way to teleport there!

Since they first opened and purchased two parts they where good to me and great knowledge, plus they price match, they instantly got my return business!! AND I HAVENT GOTTEN THE WRONG PART GIVEN TO ME! Unlike a couple other places! I m a customer forever, even got my pops to go and he s a lifer too!! Auto parts are so very important to us! So thanks!

The gentleman was very professional and helpful. He assisted my needs almost as immediately as I walked into the store. The young gentleman showed me a very useful bolt measuring cheatsheet to assist my needs even further. Thanks a bunch! You all are awesome

I purchased rear light bulbs. When I inquired on assistance in replacing the bulbs the guy told me We don't help with for liability reasons , then turned and walked away.Firstly, there are several mentions on Google and on-page reviews that Advance Auto does help with replacing bulbs, especially when the purchase was at Advance Auto.Secondly, I have purchased lights several times in the past from advance auto parts, and have always received assistance and replacing them.Thirdly, poor example of demonstrating exemplary customer service!

Walked in, had a quick question about coolant, as the person at the front desk and he completely ignored me. The second person in the store walked away not wanting to do any work. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will only go to AutoZone down the street from now on where they actually care about customers.

I walk in to this store and my friend and i are not greeted with a welcome.my friend had to use the bathroom and was being denied access to the restroom as the manager said the bathroom was not for public use. My friend is a senior citizen that has a medical condition and has to use the restroom at frequent times. After arguing with the guy for a while he finally let him use the restroom.First strike you did not greet us.second strike you were very rude.third strike you did not tell us to have a nice day.How did you ever get the job if your not out to help people. Nathan the manager needs to have a review about this incident.I have been a long term customer but now I'm taking my business elsewhere. This is what happens when you hire people that have no idea how to properly greet a customer and help a customer.

Troy was very professional and knowledgeable I gave him the make model and year of my car he quickly gave me the price, informed me the part was in Kansas City but he could order it and have it by the next morning for pick up! I think all auto parts employees should be as polite and informed as him I definitely will make Advance Auto my Number 1 place to go for future parts needs!!!

Knowledgeable, helpful and knew what I was looking for without acting like I didn't know what I was asking for because they had no idea as so common with these youngsters that wouldn't know a carburetor if they saw it and have never rebuilt anything in their life and probably never will as the closest they will ever get to being a mechanic is a parts replacer.

I was overcharged and the customer service was poor, also seemed like the help was not so knowledgeable. Definitely not coming to this location again!
