Really great experience with everyone at A1. The guys I dealt with knew what they were doing, got everything handled really quickly, and made it easy to have the work done on my car I needed. Since we have only one car, it was important for me to get my car back the same day, and was able to drop it off, get to work, and come back before the end of the day to pick it up. Kendall is a great guy and someone you should feel good about giving your business to. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again!

My experience at A1 Auto was amazing! We needed brake pad and rotor replacement. Also our radiator coolant needed flushed. They also addressed other questions I had. Polite, informative, and timely!A1 Auto is a place I recommend to family and friends.

I was looking for honest and reasonably priced auto care after many years of leasing and only going to a dealer. The guys at A1 were great! They did great work, applied online coupons without me asking, and gave me a fancy heart chocolate as I went out the door! Might be my best valentine. lol. I ll definitely return for regular auto care and maintenance! Thx!

I had an incredible experience with A1!! My friend recommended A1 because they do such excellent work and are transparent and fair with prices. I spoke primarily with Curt, who was very helpful and kind over the phone and in-person. As someone who knows nothing about cars, it always feels risky to take my car to shops because there's always the fear of being ripped off or not being able to check the quality of work. The price for the services I wanted (oil change and tire rotation) was available on the website and confirmed when I went in ($40 with a coupon available on the website until the end of March). The total came to the exact amount I was expecting--no hidden fees or extra costs. My service came with a free inspection (happy surprise!) that checked for things like my lights, air filter, transmission/washer fluid, etc. Curt came out and let me know everything looked in order except for streaking from my wiper blades (which had been an issue for months but I was too lazy to get it fixed lol) and told me the exact price it would be to fix. I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes with everything in perfect order. It was such a weight off my shoulders to have excellent car service at the exact price I was expecting. Thank you A1!P.S. another added bonus--I got in a minor car accident on the way to my appointment, and they were very flexible with helping me get in when I could later in the day despite not being able to make my scheduled time. They truly go above and beyond. 10/10 experience. :)

Incredible service. I was told it would take two weeks to get my car worked on at other shops. A1 had my vehicle back to me in a day. Great service and a competitive price. Thanks so much for getting me back on the road!

A1 Automotive provided a fantastic experience. I took my car in for a busted vacuum line and they shared a few other items that needed attention. At no point did they pressure to fix anything so no need to fear there. Turn around time was super fast got my car back the next day running just like new. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any repairs and maintenance!

Running a dealership and having experienced all types of repair shops, A-1 Automotive is hands down the best in town. Might honestly be the best in the state and I m willing to bet on it. Knowledgeable staff and mechanics, who all look happy to be working. Quick repairs with fair pricing! From loaner cars to delivering treats to show appreciation, they truly make you feel special. You will not find another repair shop that is so well rounded and customer-oriented. This is a 5-star review for a business that I genuinely say deserves it.

It was a great experience. From the time I walked in the door they treated my fairly and kindly. The work was done Amazingly and quickly. I would highly recommend A1 Automotive. Honest and professional. I will be back. They were fair and friendly. Love this shop.

The staff at A-1 were super kind and professional getting our car in, diagnosed and fixed way faster than was predicted. They said the staff moved some projects around and stayed late last night and came in early today to get us back on the road. We are from out of town and could not recommend A-1 enough.

You will not find a better shop than A-1 Auto. They knock it out of the park in every category!Booking: available online. Easily accessible. Appt times are honored. You will not go & wait past your scheduled time. Your service is handled timely.Service: Communicative & honest. Helpful. They will answer any questions & make suggestions if needed, but I have also been told, Your car looks great! . They re not searching for things to charge you for.Customer service: Absolutely unmatched! They genuinely value your business & show their appreciation! They go above & beyond. They do the little things so well - hand written thank you cards.There is no place better to do business. I ve had nothing less than 5 star service every time!

As much as I want to say I liked having my car serviced at A1, many problems have arisen since I brought it them.When I originally took my car to them, the problem was fixed but I got a second opinion afterwards and was told I had to have been charged over $300 an hour for labor. I find that a bit pricey, but I m not an expert. I was told the invoice was absolutely bogus and they charged me over $1000 more than needed.My car has experienced even more problems since taking it to them. I now have problems with suspension, which they fixed last time. They also informed us of a false problem with my car and wanted us to pay over $1500 dollars for something that was quoted at less than $1000 at a several different shops. It turns out, it was never a problem to begin with.They are timely and I appreciate that, but getting it done timely is not worth the over charging and how they some how screwed up my car more.

A1 Automotive is by far the most REPUTABLE repair shop in Lincoln Nebraska. They believe in honesty, integrity, passion and the utmost PRIDE in your ride. I will not let anyone besides me work on my vehicles. They are the BEST because their PROOF IS IN THEIR PERFORMANCE. They treat all customers more than fair and their prices cannot be beat!!!

Curt and Troy have been a wonderful help while I navigate through my car's problems. Ranging from an oil change to fixing my engine everyone here is great at their work and I am so grateful to this company for all of their generosity and kindness.

My daughter had problems with her car braking system and needed it looked at with bad weather moving in the area. I called A-1and they said they would take a look at it that afternoon and would let me on what they found. They inform you of the problems, let you know the costs and let you decide what you want done before doing it. Daughter has never went into a garage and felt like they listened to her without making her feel stupid until she talked to A-1! Unbelievable customer service! There were no hidden costs and price was acceptable. They had the work done by first thing the next morning. I highly recommend A-1 Automotive Auto Repair for you vehicle repairs!

Made contact with A1 Automotive as I was told by another auto shop I needed to replace Rear Main Seal. A1 diagnosed it a different issue, did the repair and saved me considerable money. I asked if they could repair another issue with turn signal/ hazard light and they repaired this as well.Very professional, courteous, and efficient.

Made my appointment the Wednesday prior. Dropped the vehicle off at 7:30am. Called around 1pm and they still hadn t looked at the vehicle. Showed up at 4:35pm and they said they would only be able to diagnose the issues today IF a bay opened up. Will not be coming back. Waste of my time.

Amazing service!!! I had a tire blow out on my way to work and was able to get my car towed from work to A1. They had my tires replaced before the work day was over, and I was able to pick up my car after hours and have it in time for work the next day!Special should out to Troy for being super helpful and getting my car serviced quickly!

I will scream from the rooftops about A1 Automotive.They were kind, professional, and thorough. All of the staff I interacted with was friendly and answered every question I had. Walked me step by step thru everything. Got me a loaner vehicle without me even asking for one when they had my car for a few days!Will 100% be making this my regular shop from now on.

They are incredibly untrustworthy. I took my Toyota Highlander in for an oil change because I got a coupon in the mail. During the oil change, they broke the oil cap that goes around the oil filter which is something newer Toyota's have and they put it on me to charge it for 60 dollars - saying whoever did the oil change last screwed it on too tight and they had to break it off to get it off. And they claimed that this happens quite frequently. I thought this was strange so I called the Toyota dealership asking if it truly does happen often and they said no, that hasn't happened for us. Not only did this happen, they tried to offer me a 150 dollar diagnostic test to find out what the oil change light and the low tire pressure light were. So when I called them out for the broken oil cap and told him that Toyota said this doesn't happen, he claimed that he has a guy who works on Toyota's who says the contrary. So it all was a bold face lie because if they had a guy who knew so much about Toyota's, they would know what the warning lights meant and not offer me a diagnostic test. He seemed very rehearsed in his lies as if he does this often - so do not go here if you don't plan on spending extra money for something that they screwed up.

A-1 is a great repair shop and as honest and transparent as you can wish for.They did a pre-purchase inspection for us on a used vehicle.If you need major repairs or just an oil change for your car, these guys are highly recommended!

My buddy recommended me this auto shop after having a terrible experience with a more known shop and the staff are professional, and patient! Very good people who listened to my concerns and made me feel like I was in good hands. I d strongly recommend this shop!
