Took my GMC Sierra 2500 in here for service/maintenance and these guys found a few issues that needed to be addressed. I was extremely appreciative of the detailed breakdown of the issues and proposed fixes, especially the accompanying pictures. Their process of presenting the fixes and getting your approval for them line-by-line is really smooth, convenient, and transparent. Their prices are fair, the work was good, and the people were great! Thanks!

I love this place and can't recommend it enough! Not only do they work fast and efficiently, but they take care of the customer like you were a family member. For years I've had our cars serviced at the dealerships, it was just routine. But dissatisfaction with the local dealer led me to search for someone to do my Subaru brakes. They'd done good work before, it's just that I was frustrated trying to get it scheduled online, and even on the phone. I found 6 to 6 and thought I'd try you.I was impressed with how you communicated with me, reminders of my appointment, emails and texts, call about something of concern, call about keeping the car overnight, greeting when I came in . . . I teach business communications at Nebraska Wesleyan, I'll use 6 to 6 as a good example.I was impressed with your facility. The reception room was clean and tidy, no junk scattered around, as I glanced through the interior doors it looked like things were well organized. That says a great deal about your leadership and employees . . . people who care.Finally, your thank you note today, to which I am replying, puts a great big exclamation point behind that word "impressed!"I'll be back! 6 to 6 did a fantastic job fixing my Charger's AC! Brought in my car after a few weeks of suffering in the summer heat without air conditioning and they were able to fix it up like new. It took disassembling the whole dashboard to get to the components that needed replacing, but they stuck with it and now it's back to normal. While they were at it, they found and fixed a problem with my wheel rim, and even routed my dash cam cord better underneath the paneling to give it a clean look. Dean as I shared my thoughts with Brian your automated phone system absolutely sucks it s not hands-free at least on my hand. I ve gotta wait for the prompt depressed one or two to talk to somebody however it s hands-free on your end. I can t just call the number and have somebody pick up the phone, even though they are standing behind the counter, ready to answer it service is going right out the window why you re saying at Walmart in Costco are getting rid of the self checkouts just my thought you asked for my opinion

It is hard to find a great auto shop, but this is the BEST I have ever found! The staff is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The prices are good and they work with you get a time that will work with my schedule. I have been here several times and each time the problem was fixed quickly and correctly! I decided to use 6 to 6 based on my husbands experience. It paid off. Eric was responsive to my appointment request for a brake check. They honored my requested appointment time. I took the Subaru in, Brian assisted me and explained the process, and they did a thorough job. They emailed all the findings for approval, with pictures. Who knew? I think the prices were fair, they even gave me a loaner car for the day. I am very appreciative of the wonderful customer service. Great Job!!! Wow! Brian and Eric are the best. I was having issues with my car and initially thought it was my transmission so I spent some time calling around to find that most of the transmission shops were booked for weeks. So I thought I'll just see if maybe it's something else. I had went to 6 to 6 a couple years ago and was given some honest answers and always appreciated that. I dropped my car off and within a few hours found out my catalytic converter failed. Eric called the dealership and was told it was under warranty unfortunately when I took it to the dealership they said it was not. No fault of Eric's at all (that is a whole other story). I thought it was an extra step Eric did not need to take but so appreciated it. I was quoted repair would be $3200 at the dealership and at 6 to 6 it was about 1/4 of the cost. Bryan listened to my ranting about the dealership when I called to see what I could do. They are quick to get you in as well as getting repairs done. Everything goes so smooth with them from calling to schedule, getting the repairs or service done, and them explaining what was done. They are honest, kind, know their stuff, and never try to sell you something you don't need. I am so glad I found them. In my opinion you need a good mechanic you can trust just as much as you need a good doctor.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

They sent a fast and detailed statement of recommended repairs based on a thorough diagnostic, , provided a good loaner car, and had the work done in a timely manner by the end of the day. Every one was courteous and pleasant.

I lined up an oil change for my daughter attending unl. The guys were super easy to work with on my end and my daughter told me everyone was super nice to her. Work was done timely. This is going to be our place to go to from now on

Easily the BEST mechanic shop I've ever been to, Brian was very helpful and the way they handled my needs was top tier in a professional manner. The work on my car was done in appropriate time, I'm from out of state and was giving a loaner vehicle to accommodate me which was a big plus. Recieved nothing but Great service from 6 to 6 Auto Service

I have used them twice now. One an emergency and they were the first to get back with me. Their inspection was thorough. The work was done promptly and the prices were reasonable. I really appreciated their customer service: communication was excellent and they treated my daughter properly when they insisted on giving her a ride back to school instead of walking. Dean and his people are all amazing. Best experience I've had with auto mechanics. The prices are amazingly fair and affordable, their work is good, their customer service is fantastic, going so far as giving me a ride home after dropping off my car for day-long work, and picking me up when it was time to pick up the car. I didn't think anyone still did that!I recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. I won't go anywhere else.Service: Auto maintenance

Great experience every time. 6 to 6 gets jobs done right, extremely reasonable in discussing what needs doing, documenting the problems, and in general being great mechanics. And they go above and beyond when something doesn't turn out right. They've helped me *immensely* in keeping my Honda on the road over the last few years (on a tight budget) and making it drive better than ever. Best mechanic by far-I've never had 1 issue with them. They are so nice, great communication and do great work. We ve been using 6to6 for about a year for our fleet. Brian does a good job of taking care of us and getting us back on the road efficiently. I really appreciate their inspection and estimate process. It makes it very easy to choose the repairs and/or maintenance that you d like to have done based on their recommendations.
