We had a flat tire, late night, and had six hours to go on our road trip home. They quoted us for free & we re very affordable and straight forward with pricing. The staff we're so hospitable while we waited for our tire replacement! We were given a comfy area with couches and chairs to sit, a tv remote with streaming services to choose from and they even offered us sandwiches! Thank you so much for everything. You all made this so easy and painless.

When we receive a tentative bill based upon what is estimated, the bill is always in that range. They are always very communicative with how the repair schedule is proceeding and will happily elaborate on the maintenance required. We will, and have, recommend 24 Hour Auto Repair for our friends and family.

what I saw at this shop was nothing short of inhuman. God dwells in this shop and through him, an angelic service advisor and technician serve the needs of others to the best of their ability. There is no question that the Holy Spirit is within this playing and there can be no doubt that Carol, David and Russ are doing the will of God. This shop was understanding, compassionate and extremely fair with their prices. They are also extremely understaffed, so if you are a Godly man who is good with cars, I urge you to seek this place out. I pray for this shop, that God relives the burdens of this trio and grows it into a shop worthy of the glorification of God. David and Russ solved my cooling problem with my car and did it for far less than I imagined it would be . You must be pait at this shop because they are so understaffe, but David and Russ are able to accomplish with the tools God gave themIs nothing short of miraculous.

Was leaving town right after Christmas. Repaired my flat tire on Christmas Eve for a very fair price. Super professional. Cannot recommended highly enough.

David was great! The alternator went out on our van as we got to Lincoln on a Saturday evening. This shop was one of a very small handful that were even open on Sunday, and they were able to get our car taken care of in a few hours and get us back on the road. David was very upfront and informative about the issue and the cost.

Dave and Carol at 24 Hour Auto is the only place I will take my vehicle. There is usually a wait to get in, but it's well worth the wait. Sometimes depending on what is wrong they may be able to get you in and you'll have to wait. I've been taking my 2002 Buick Park Avenue there for the last 3 1/2 years. I've always have left very satisfied. It's not always the cheapest or the most expensive. They're prices are always fair. I bought 4 tires several years ago and one had to be replaced cause of a couple of nails and a screw. They were under warranty and they replaced it.Dave, Russ and Carol will do their best to get you in as soon as possible. But there is currently a two to three week wait. It's definitely worth it.Recently I was having an issue with my car and I took it in. I work just up the street from their location, so I camped out on one of their couches and made myself at home. Carol does an excellent job at making the store festive around the holidays. They are on my Christmas list this year!!!!

Shout out to David!!! He s AWESOME SAUCE! This man went above and beyond to help me out with my transmission! Mind you I m from out of state! But coming here felt like home! Place is called 24 hour, online says closes at 10. Get here and told they close at 8. We were not told when we called twice before coming in and calling twice.

While in Lincoln at my son's basketball tournament, I had the fortunate misfortune of getting a flat tire about mile away from the shop. It was well after 10pm and David met me to mount my spare. The next morning he called and was able to squeeze me in between scheduled appointments for a mount and balance. My experience with David was very friendly and fast reliable service.Service: Tires

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We were traveling through Nebraska on our trip to Colorado, when we experienced some major engine trouble near Lincoln. David and his entire staff did an amazing job, and their customer service is above and beyond. They gave me a ride back to the hotel and did their best in finding us transportation to continue our trip, while they worked tirelessly to make sure they had our car finished and ready for us to pick up on our way back through. An absolutely delightful experience, and I would highly recommend them any day.Service: Engine repair

Had air compression issues on the way from Cali to Michigan. They couldn t get us in that day, but called shops in the middle of their busy day for us so we could get into another shop same day and back on the road. They were so helpful to us and our two dogs and let us hang out in their waiting room and made us as comfortable as possible.

The tech was knowledgeable about the errors made by a previous mechanic so he repaired my truck to best of their ability and tried to keep the price within reason.

My check engine light came on as my daughter and I were driving thru town. David helped us out and went out of his way to help us and fixed it quick so we could get on the road again. His rates were way lower than I'm used to and I would definitely come back! Very grateful!

I was on my way out of Lincoln, headed for Chicago so I had an 8 hour drive in front of me. I realized shortly before my departure that I had a screw in my tire, and it was minutes from being flat. No one else in the city would help me, Firestone completely ignored me, Walmart told me it would be a 5-7 hour wait and I was desperate.I called 24 Hour Auto Repair and spoke with Carol. She was extremely helpful and understanding, told me that if I could be there ASAP, they would patch my tire. I raced across town and they ended up fixing my tire within an hour. He also checked all the fluids in my car, as well as the pressure of the rest of the tires. They were nice, friendly, helpful and I'm so happy I found them. They saved me having to stay in Lincoln an additional night, which was huge. I'm so grateful for them and can't recommend them enough. It's so frustrating to have a tire issue, and they treated me like family in making sure I would be safe for my journey.THANK YOU 24 HOUR AUTO REPAIR!!!!Service: Tires

I have a student attending UNL who had car trouble (water pump failure followed by a torn serpentine belt), and used AAA to take the vehicle to 24 Hour Repair. David was very responsive and worked to ensure he ordered the parts we preferred and kept us up to date on parts, delays and anything else he encountered, such as replacing the factory BMW pully on the vehicle (which was plastic) with a metal one. All in all, we are very satisfied with the work, which also came in under the estimated price. Highly recommended.

Not only did they get my car all fixed up for me, I was there and witnessed them helping this young lady that came in off the street looking for wifi and a ride. The staff was incredibly kind to her and let her use the wifi, sit in the AC, and even gave her a ride to where she needed to go out of the goodness of their heart. I was so impressed by their kindness and by the way they went above and beyond not just for me as the customer but also for someone they didn't have to help. I called them on an early Sunday morning because there weren't many auto shops opened on Sundays. Called them back on Monday to see how progress on my car was and they told me I should get a call by Tuesday letting me know.....it's Friday. They've had my car for almost 6 days, which is ridiculous for a 24 hour shop that was looking at my car. Literally got fed up to the point of taking it to where I usually go. I wouldn't recommend their service for others at all.

I had a great experience with 24 Hour Auto, they accommodated me, even though it was very close to closing time. They even offered me a ride home which was very nice and thoughtful. They contacted me in a timely fashion, regarding the work that I would need, to get my car up and running. They had it all done in less than 48 hours, considering it was the weekend. Dave, Carol and Jeff were very courteous, knowledgeable and polite, in my dealings with them, not to mention affordable. I would highly recommend that you give 24 Hour Auto a try, you will not be disappointed.

David and Carol at 24 Hour Auto Repair were amazing! I was traveling through Lincoln from Colorado on my way to Iowa and my car was having trouble. They squeezed me in their very busy schedule to look at it and fix what needs to be fixed. They went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Also, their lobby, waiting area and bathroom are so clean and beautiful. I felt so cared for, like I was their only customer. I highly recommend this auto shop! Thank you David and Carol... My car died 470 miles from home. Called AAA and had the car towed here through them. David and his staff are true professionals and their kindness is unmatched. From the tow by Skips Towing and the repairs by this shop,just a great experience resulting from a breakdown. Thank you so much to all involved

Highly recommend. They are life savers! My husband and I broke down on a Sunday with a radiator leak. They were open even on Sunday, and started working on my car as soon as they were able. They helped me to find places to spend the day, as well as hotels around in case we needed to stay the night. They were able to find a radiator, even drove out to Omaha to get it, when all the other auto shops told me they may not be able to find one until Monday or Tuesday. They repaired my car all in the same day! We were able to get back on the road that night, and continue our drive to upstate New York. Really above and beyond service. Dave is the best!

We brought our car in for repair I was told it would be $1,600 . Which I understand since it was going to be all the routers and all the upper arm to the tires but after that when the guy called me he mentioned something about me needing new tires I agreed had him call my husband the price went to $1,950. We paid $1000 to get the car started this was a whole month before Fourth of July our car was finally done about three days ago it took them that long to fix her car and they kept telling us it would be done Friday and every Friday they kept saying it wasn t ready yet so next Friday and they had us like that until it was finally done we were annoyed and stressed but we didn t care we wanted our car when we went in to pay the $950 we have left to pay they said that we had to pay $2000 more they are such rip offs they change the brakes I didn t even know they were changing they didn t even tell me how much they were charging me for those brakes we obviously didn t want to pay for that but we had to get a car out but please don t go to those people they are going to rob you blind take forever to fix your car and they act as if they do nothing wrong it s a horrible horrible place to go to I paid more to fix my car than what it really is worth!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I would highly recommend 24 Hour Auto Repair to anyone who has car issues. Being 22 and currently still in college I was a little anxious about taking my baby, a 2009 Pontiac G6, in for a quote. I called ahead to see if they had time to look at my car and give me a quote on the repairs that needed done, and I was told to come on in (I would recommend setting up an appointment or consider it if you are crunched for time). While I was waiting for the news on my car, I lounged in their homey waiting room. After a little more than an hour, I was brought out to my car, with complimentary coffee in hand, and informed that nearly all my car issues were easy fixes. They corrected all of my car issues at an extremely reasonable price and even took the time to call in a worker from a local body shop (TOUCHUPS INC.) to quote me on the paint damage that was done to my car. The price I was quoted shocked me, in a good way. It was half of what I was expecting to pay. When everything was said and done I walked away 100% happy I went to 24 Hour Auto Repair instead of anywhere else. They are personable and reasonable people to work with. I am proud to say that I will be going to them any time I have car troubles. If you are looking for friendly, comfortable, and affordable auto repair 24 Hour Auto Repair is all of that and more, but don t take my word for it. Next time you have car trouble check them out. You will be happy you did.

They are great I was in Nebraska visiting family from Kansas and they returned my call and figured out away to get my car in and fixed the same day so I could get home safely thank you for the great service!!!!

I blew a tire at 730pm. Tow truck came within 45 minutes. They called right away with what could be done and made it happen while working with me on what I wanted. They had my cat back to me later that night. Great business and highly recommend to any one who needs a vehicle worked on.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had to write a review after the wonderful experience I had here. Over the weekend my car started making an alarming grinding sound when accelerating. I felt I needed to get it in to be looked at soon but only a handful of places were open so I took a chance on this place. The receptionist first told me it'd probably be a week until they could get me in. Then one of the mechanics heard our conversation and said he could take a quick look at it now just to see if it was anything serious. He ended up identifying and taking care of the issue (a loose part) right then and did not charge me the fee for a diagnostic because it was a quick and simple fix. I really appreciated that they squeezed me in even though they were busy, and that this mechanic took the time to drive my car around and look at it to identify the problem so I could be on my way. These folks are great. I have used them for years and they are very good and always treat you fairly. I do a lot of my own work but their pricing is so fair I'll sometimes just let them do it so I don't have to get cold and dirty. Highly recommended.

We are so grateful to have found David and his expert team of people!! We bought a 2003 Honda Accord and this place fixed and made it safe for the road. They also take care of my 2011 Dodge Caravan. We will not take our vehicles anywhere else because we can trust these guys. We recommend this place to anyone with a problematic vehicle. David will figure it out!! Thanks to Carol in the office also. She is amazing at customer service! Thanks to 24 Hour Auto we are safe on the road!

I don t know anything about car repairs but have trusted and taken my car here for years. I was quoted over $1000 for labor. My friend who does know about cars quickly realized I was being taken advantage of. I asked them to take my car off of the lift and that we were on the way to get it. When I got there it was still on the lift and they were suddenly trying to barter with me. We came with a flatbed and as we were loading the car I realized I had a big dent in the back of my car. This whole process of me trying to get my car back into my possession took a long time and I called to ask if someone could come out to look at the damage on my car. I was told they were too busy so I asked if there was a cell phone number I could text the damage on my car to. I was given a cell number which I texted the photos to and off we went to the car parts store with a mechanic friend. My car was fixed in less than an hour and it was less than $100 for the part. I was out the towing and diagnostic costs and I have no idea how many thousands of dollars I ve been taken advantage of over the years. I always thought they were very nice people and I trusted them. I received a call saying the damage wasn t possible and there was no apology when I explained how little time my car needed to actual be repaired and how the part was a lot less expensive. He was very argumentative on the phone and I had planned on calling the non emergency police to make a report about the damage to my car. I did not want to deal with the stress as I had a lot going on in my personal life so I did not file a report. This happened this summer and I didn t want to write a review while feeling emotional. This is many months later and it s been on my mind. I worry for others that take there car there and felt it was fair to leave this review. I am someone that has only written positive reviews. I started taking my car there because they are open 24/7 and because they offer free towing if you get your car repaired there. Being in a bind at times made me think this was worth it but I was so wrong.
