Its a dealership, but they are fast and efficient. You pay the price to get the big trucks worked on, but this place accelerated the wait time. Two days and even waited on parts. These guys are good at what they do.Would come back if needed and was close by.Ryan is definitely a good asset to the TEC family.

Very professional mechanics and nice guys working here !Had a clutch linkage replaced here, and they did an awesome job, didn t wait long and the price was fair!Called like 20 shops in the are and everyone told me they are weeks booked! This guys took me right away with no problemBtw they have the best tools on the market, even the heavy duty jacks that wraps around the tire .

Thank you for the good and quick service our truck 03.08.24. Service guy Dustin was so nice and friendly. I would like to see more people like Dustin in Volvo dealers at the service departments.

Just like any other place, they can drag truckers time for as much as they want to make up their hours. Had my differentiator replaced. They told me I gotta wait 5 days for the dilvery of the part. Went inside the shop and it was there on the 2nd day...when asked, they told me they've got it an hour ago...pathetic! Admin people seem quite friendly though...

I would steer clear - communication was poor at best. Led to believe one thing and day after day it became something else took 3 weeks to make a repair. Be careful if you are from out of town and must leave your truck. They would say truck was in the shop and it would be in the yard they will take for a test drive when it is light we were 20 minutes away and it was light .. not 6 hours as they thought. Honest communication is not their forte.

We can't say enough for the customer service and quick replacement of the tensioner pulley, alternator and belts on the 3500 Duramax.Not only was the mechanic Chris top notch, Ryan and Brad were extremely professional and went above & beyond our expectations.Fred of Latham Motorsports &Amy Bower

So far 5 stars, Dan is awesome. Came in for service on a Saturday, Dan made us feel like family gave us tips on places to stay and eat while we wait for repairs on Monday . Really really enjoyed the time he took with us. Very knowledgeable.Day 2, still impressed with the quality of service and care given to us. Was a little concerned at first that our updates on truck service was provided by a third party rather than directly from service but that was corrected when Dan the man himself came and provided us with a clear and concise summary of the issues and concerns. I can t leave this update without saying we had awesome pizza and while walking to our hotel the awesome parts lady saw us and picked us up to take us back to our hotel. I can t say enough about the professionalism of this location.One the road again!! Thank you again Dan the man , Ryan, Maverick, Sue and everyone else who s name is escaping my memory. What could have been a really bad breakdown was such a positive experience because of how you treated us and took care of us.Truly grateful.

All staff is professional there. I went with brand new truck one month old and so difficult to find problem. It was loose ground wire on the right kick panel. Nut was only one thread on. The mechanic removed it, checked it out, installed, torqued nut to oem spec, and reinstalled kick panel. It took him less than couple hours. Also the truck warranty wasn't activated. They took care of this too. I'm impressed of the service I received and really happy with the result. Thank you!

I drive for BMT my truck had issues so I came here for warranty repairs all the staff was friendly and knowledgeable of my 2020 volvo I was in and out within a few hours I well be back if need be....there is one down side the driver lounge is a rating of a 2

Lexington is the best shop I have ever been to. I recommend this shop to anyone traveling through and if you are local. Very thorough in diagnostics and fixing the issues. Mechanics are updated on all aspects of repairs, trained and certified frequently. They always give me courtesy, but most importantly tell you wasn't wrong and what it will take to get you back on the road, know beating around the bush. Special thanks to Dan Strothkamp and the hole crew they deserve 100 stars if I could give it to them. Respect is truly deserved at this dealership.

TEC Equipment -Lexington is at the top of my list for having service taking care of. As far as that goes, I have been to Tec Equipment in Sioux falls and Sioux City. That's right I'm " one of those" I drive a white Volvo.TEC Equipment always has gotten me right in the shop, diagnosed the problem, explained what the issue was. Very good at keeping me updated. Comfortable waiting rooms. Staff treats you great !!My biggest fear is breaking down, If I do I hope to be near TEC Equipment facility.Thanks Amber and everyone at Lexington and TEC Equipment

Both me and my truck had fantastic experience at this location. Great hospitality, professional attitude- I wish all Volvo truck locations were like this one. Mechanics started working on my truck right away, identified issue, fixed it and I hit the road in no time. Special thanx to Dan, Ryan and Jim. Please keep Your quality level as long as You can. This dealer is very good at the practice of stacking where they pull a full warranty truck into their shop and try to run up a 4 or 5000 Bill with a 22 point inspection. They have no parts and couldn't solve a simple regen problem in 2 days. We had to tow the truck back to Mountain west in Utah to get fixed under full warranty. Stay away from this shop for Major issues.

On Jun 18th (Friday) i arrived at Lexington Volvo location str8 from the road. I had a massive coolant loss that TA couldn t fix. Right upon arrival I was greeted by the gentleman named Dan. Omg, he was suuuuper polite and helpful. I believe a former truck driver too! He understood me and he managed to put my truck into the shop right away. Later on I was helped by a lovely lady Amber. She was also very polite and professional, I was amazed the way they treated me. My truck had a issue with a radiator, plus they found many other things during the inspection. To make a long story short they put 3 Tech s to work on my truck just so they could finish faster and I can go back on the road ASAP and I don t wait untill the Monday. This people truly understood my situation and needs. During my wait they checked up on me multiple times in drivers lounge to see if I needed anything. They absolutely went extra mile to finish everything on time and to accommodate me. This was an absolute best experience with Volvo I ever had, and I would come back to this location anytime. As a business owner I truly appreciate employees like them. If I could rate 1 to 10, they all deserve 11! Big thank you! Also 3 techs I don t know all the names, one of them was Mavrick they were awesome! Managing skills 10+, Knowledge 10+, Communication 10+, Friendliness 10+! Thank you Dan, Amber, Mavrick and 2 other techs <3 Sergio

My truck came in with one issue. Then several other issues were discovered during diagnostics. They fixed all problems without hesitation and kept me informed the entire time. They even did my PM and fixed several more issues. Each day they picked me up and dropped me off at a near by hotel.I interacted with the entire staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly.Even though I was down for a week. I enjoyed my stay with the Volvo team. I would definitely recommend this Location and return myself.

I had a tire blow out yesterday, causing damage to my 2021 Volvo Truck. Stopped at Volvo in Lexington, NE. Dan and his crew of mechanics were really helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate your help with dealing with the warranty issues and helping me with the Bridgestone tire problems. Great service and professionalism!

Many thanks to Volvo Trucks of Lexington.I had a problem with my transmission and I thought that will spend there for at least one week.Fortunately the guys were very professional and they had my transmission in stock, so everything took only two days including the diagnostic.Will highly recommend.Regards, truck driver from Canada

Best shop I've ever used. They take the time to diagnose the problem/s to the best of their ability, then do their best to fix the actual problem, rather than just change parts and hope for the best... like soooooo many others.Bobby and Amber deserve a raise, followed immediately by a cash bonus.

BEST IN THE NATION!!!I am in trucking business since 1997.. and i have visited most of the dealerships and private shops for service and repairs, as well as warranty repairs. This shop beats all of them. Absolute best mechanics, awesome management and staff. If you breakdown 1000 miles away... try to make it there. You will be treated like a family. Once again, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!

Restores my faith in humanity, traveling west on I 80 and my generator is spitting up oil through the dip stick tube and for 60 miles and dizens of calls no one has time or doesnt work on generators until i saw a volvo sign in lexington nebraska and pulled off the interstate on a whim. I asked the manager at TEC if he could have a guy look at it today and i would pay what ever expidited he desired. He pulled a guy off a project and had me pull it right in and cleaned the pvc valve so my crancase was breathing and tightened my dip stick and done. Would not allow me to pay them anything, nothing and i tried even to by them some pizzas, nope, just stop by when your this way again and give us a chance to do your service...wow incredible and unheard of these days...thankyou sooooo much it was also a pleasure visiting with you while they serviced my rig. Im from Washington and usually i dont really like to go to a dealership for repairs but these guys were really professional and very nice. Mechanics are really good and they take time to properly diagnose your truck. I was really pleased with service they provided to me and i will definitely mark this place for future repairs or maintenance for my truck.

I blew a hose in Lexington. I was able to limp to the shop and literally parked it right in the middle of the driveway because my truck was buzzing hot.. the staff promptly came to my rescue I had me a new hose and got me out of there in about 15 minutes.. certainly saved the day for me! Extremely helpful and friendly staff, a pleasure to deal with! They kidded me about my parking job, but they were only doing so in good fun!Overall,a positive experience. Thank you Volvo of Lexington.

Dan & his team are very down to earth and incredibly respectful to their customers. Their competence level is phenomenal when it comes to servicing trucks. They DO NOT handle rentals, nor scrapers as one review states. I work here. The latest reviews that are trickling in are a result of a spammer. Still awaiting Google to remove them. Please reference the real reviews prior to September 11th.

One of the best dealer visit experiences in my years of driving. Every dealership should model their customer service after this dealer. I even thought the manager was the owner because of the personalized attention. And, Bobby, the mechanic is excellent at what he does!

Dan and his Crew of employees did an amazing job, everything was done quick and professionally, Maverick was quick to diagnose and find the issue that was causing my Semi to derate, parts were ordered and arrived quickly. Was back on the road in no time.

Wish they were closer, I'd use them for all my service needs. If you need work on your D13 or Cummins, I highly recommend. I got a check engine light so made an unscheduled stop here. Lucky for me they weren't real busy. Tech hooked the computer up, AHI Doser valve. They got me into a bay to further diagnose before replacing and found valve to be good. Further diagnoses found the 7th injector bad. Replaced it, regen, and I was out of there 4 hours total. Not often you get out of a truck dealership for less than originally thought. Great group of people, thanks to everyone involved.

Bad costumer service, just 3 mechanics working on trucks, 2 days for a simple DEF problem. These days everybody is blaming the coronavirus for the way they are conducting their business but the way you talk to the costumers have nothing to do with COVID-19. The manager got mad at me and told me to get my stuffs and go to a hotel room because I ask him how long would take the repair. As a truck drivers we work on time and since i was loaded i need to let the dispatcher know to reschedule the appointment. I think as a costumer i have the right to know the repair timing without getting anybody uncomfortable.
