was in the middle of nebraska 500 miles from home with no spare and had a flat. these guys got me in last minute and had me on my way in 20 mins or less. very compassionate, kind, and respectful. would recommend to anyone finding themselves in the area. and very well might go back just to get the other three tires.

Purchased a new used vehicle and had a soft tire the next day. Went down to the shop and they fit me right in. Very friendly and fast service.

Have always came here to get my car worked on 10+ years. Some staff is the same that I ve known for awhile and are friendly Mr. Josh Boomhower!!! but new ones not so much!

Fired no reason.Was hired on October 13th and was doing very great at my job but suddenly there was no jobs for me, was fired/laid off December 1st for "no work". Went back on December 12th to return my uniforms and found that the lot was completely full of cars for work, I confronted the Manager, Brian Divis, and nothing was said from him. Very unprofessional. There is also a lot of underhanded things going on there. The assistant manager, Cesar, attempted to steal two brand new Napa brand jacks. One of the tire guys did an oil change in my bay while I wasnt there, left a mess, stole a filter and oil. Behind the store is basically a junkyard with the assistant managers cars. The assistant manager was also scamming people put of used tires and wheels, bought $15 tire and wheel combo of off someone and turned around and sold it for $700. The assistant manager also takes advantage over the fact that most of the shop couldnt speak spanish, costed me work and hours by telling the people he knew that my work wasnt exceptional, I told them I wasn't certified when they hired me, so they knew, I was also just trained on how to use the alignment machine, I always had a fully green sheet when I rolled the vehicle out of my bay, but the assistant manager said that I wasnt checking the vehicles good enough, because I wasnt selling parts, when they vehicles were new or newer and didn't need new parts yet, and/or complaining I took to long when they handed me a rust caked piece of junk. This place sucks and is like I said earlier, very unprofessional. They are putting up a front for the customers while the shop is falling apart, 90% of the shop dislikes the new management and gets in vocal altercations with him. It is the same with the assistant manager, i have gotten in a vocal altercation with him too. He is a very nit-picking guy, and is always over your shoulder.

Polite ,honest I feel ,thanks for getting me in on Saturday morning to reseal 2 tires on my truck now I don't have to worry about waking up in the morning with a flat tire

What a great experience the manager, the master mechanic, and the tires technicians on they really rocked it they were very personable thay all went the extra mile for me and I am grateful to have them so close to my house they're the new place for me thank you to T.O .Haas of Lexington

I was able to get same day service, so that was great. The service itself was good.Customer service engagement was friendly but slower. I have a Tire package I pay for monthly, so if I have a repair, or tire replacement, a claim can be submitted and I don t pay for it,. When approached by it, the service man did not like the process and said, it s not worth the phone call time and the repair is only $25.I chose not to be difficult through it. He is right, it s not a lot, but when paying a monthly subscription, this is the reason for return investment. I did the process myself and it was 5 minutes. It wasn t worth making a customer feel bad about it.So, for those of you, who have the same type of subscription or something similar, this place is not going to be helpful in that process. However, they have good auto service and reasonable fees, so I would not discourage you from going there.

I needed a spare for my trailer. They had what I needed, and at a great price. Even though they were busy I was only there a brief time! Will definitely be back when I need new tires!!!!

Out of every place we could have gotten tires in Lexington NE, TO Haas was the only ones to help us. Everyone else told us to call someone else. We are heading back to Florida and needed two tires.
