We were traveling from WI and woke up with a dead battery. Got our vehicle jumped and went their to have our battery tested. The associate was very helpful. Our battery was good and he wished us a safe trip! Very helpful! Their employees really do care!

Third O Reilly on our road trip (different issue each time). O Reilly always seems to be the most knowledgeable and helpful, and this store was no exception. They did everything they could to help us figure out the problem, loaned us tools, and gave excellent shop recs.

Just stood at the desk with no one waiting in front of me for almost 10 minutes . About to walk out , someone finally comes up and asks if I needed help. I mentioned how long I was waiting with no help and no one infront of me. Didn t acknowledge the situation, didn t offer an apology, Nothing. just responded that s interesting. As 2 more people emerge from the back.

Thanks go out to Luke. Very good customer service. Easy to communicate my problem and help me solve it. He installed my battery while I waited. I always go to O'Reilly because of their customer service.

One minute after closing time I called and asked them to stay open so I could pick up the part. I drove thirty minutes and they wouldn t answer the phone. Very disappointed and won t use your business anymore.

I need a new battery for my car key fob and I had been needing new wipers for the car, since the old ones were pretty much trash. The store was busy when I arrived and it was a bit of a wait but the nice, young man who helped me out did a terrific job with replacing the battery and the wipers! I would have given the whole experience a 5 except the store had a less then stellar funky oder. I know parts stores are smelly but this one being close to highway, interstate down the road see alot of foot traffic im assuming and its hard to keep a place daisy fresh with this much traffic. Overall I would use again if needed.

The employees at O'Reilly Auto Parts are great. They are friendly, they listen well, and go complete out of their way to get or to suggest what you need. I always have a good experience there and the parts I've bought have always functioned properly.

Closed on me while I was sitting in my vehicle discussing what all parts I needed to get without even asking me if I needed anything si was sitting right by the front door. When I tried the front door and knocked they ignored me so I went to call them on phone and that's when I noticed they locked up 3 min. early well they then let me in i got the on thing i needed it was $32 all I had was a $100 dollar bill they said they didn't have change so I because money in drawers had already been put away. Well if they hadn't locked up before designated time it would of been still in drawer.

O'Reilly's just lost my business! Broke down 11miles from the store and they wouldn't deliver even though they deliver. Now I'm stuck 250 miles from home on Christmas Eve. Thank you O'Reilly's!

Staff here will go the extra mile to help if they can. They understand when your frustrated and just need the part/tool to get your vehicle going again. They will do everything in their power to help you out. They seem to know their stuff, unlike some other auto part stores.

Polite, efficient & knowledgeable staff. Prices are competitive and have good stock. Clean neat store. Often have ended up here to find what I need after checking other stores. Will start here in the future!

I have an RV breakdown near Lexington. If you need parts and don't know much about parts, Talk to Jeffrey at O'Reilly. He not only got some of the parts I needed, but make recommendations to find out of date parts. Thanks Jeffrey.

Number one store locatiin in America as far as I'm concerned. Management got me taken care of on my cross country trip on hard to get parts for my 16 Silverado. OUTSTANDING!
