We had our check engine light come on our way back east. We had it looked at while we were in Cheyenne however, once we started back on the road it came back on. The truck was not running well so we had to find a place to stop for the night. The website didnt show any available appointments for a week. Joe, the service manager, said they would try to look at the same day. They were gracious and did. Parts had to be ordered and overnighted the part. We are grateful for their help.

Always fast and friendly service. Never any surprises to my bill either they always give me a guesstimate and it's always within a reasonable amount of that estimate. Anytime I call to make an appointment I am always scheduled within a day or two of my phone call. Thank goodness I can count on Plum Creek Motors, it's not just me and the car it's also my kids.

Bought my a vehicle here Luis was the salesman. He did a great job. He kept on checking on me while I waited. Offered me a ride if i needed one. He offered to pick me up once my car was ready. I have bought cars before from them and he is by far the best.

I took my car in for a key fob replacement and faulty sensor. Service dept found a thermostat issue that could have left me stranded and fixed it right up. Delvin in sales showed me some trucks while I waited as I'm in the market and was super great about answering my questions and helping me find a truck that fits. Bottom line: I've purchased here, got work done here, and was always treated well and fairly. Go see the service staff or Delvin, you won't be sorry!

Thank you so much for getting my vehicle fix in time! You guys are amazing! When the other place turned me down (that's where it was bought) I decided to go with you guys. Took it in on Thursday, I was told that it wouldn't be until Saturday or Monday. I got that call on Friday that was ready to go you guys made my day! Awesome service, once again thank you!!

Traveling from Michigan my new 2022 GMC Diesel truck blew a turbo hose. I exited the freeway found myself out of Walmart I googled local dealership now mind you I m driving a GMC and the first thing that came up was heartland Chevrolet in Lexington Nebraska. I called talk to the service guy I m sure he could tell I was a little stressed out he got me in Oh by the way I was pulling a 26 foot boat too. I found a good spot on their property to park the boat I pulled the truck in within minutes they were working on it. Unfortunately there isn t a hose available today I wouldn t get it till next Tuesday. They are going to go to one of the Sister dealerships and take the hose off of another truck bring it to this dealership and install it for me. Does anyone remember this kind of service from a dealership that will likely never see me again General Motors you should be proud this place is awesome they also gave me a truck to drive around town while I wait. Joe from Clarkston Michigan you guys are awesome.

During blizzard like conditions, my cars bumper was packed so full of snow it almost pulled it clean off. I needed a pressure washer to free up the snow and ice build up before it damaged my vehicle. Everywhere was closed and the service manager and a couple young guys offered to help me out. This no doubt saved my vehicle from inevitable damage. The service manager and two young guys believe ones name was Tyler brought over a low pro Jack and cleaned out the snow from the bumper. Without any hesitation the guys were on their hand and knees helping us out. Never been there before but what amazing customer service. After all was said and done asked the manager what I owed. The man refused to take my money! Incredible group of individuals and techs. Highly recommended.

I purchased a vehicle a few months ago. The salesperson was very professional and friendly. I felt like he looked into all the current incentives, had an immense amount of product knowledge on the vehicle and gave me a fair price for my trade. He was very easy to talk to and continues to check in to see how everything is going. The service department should get 6 stars!! Friendly, quick and always looks through over everything. I love that they wash and vacuum my vehicle every time the oil gets changed. Detailing is a reasonable rate and always looks immaculate when they are done.

I was traveling across the country and needed some transmission help quickly. I called Plum Creek Motors and they were quick to get me into the shop and on my way again. Everyone I spoke to was extremely pleasant and genuine. I would suggest this place to anyone in the area or those who are traveling on I-80.

Service departments and tire lube are no good since the past 4 months. Took my truck I bought there to a new place. Salesman on the truck was awesome last year and my truck is great. Will not go back there to service it anymore though. Update: service department manager called attempting to rectify this review which is commendable. Still not returning but he was willing to hear out specifically why I will not return to the lube or his service center. He states he is working on some improvements in both areas. He was polite on the phone.

Shop manager, Joe, is the best!I was visiting relation at the lake a d 260 miles from home when my car started making noises.I pulled into Heartland Chevrolet Buick.They test drove it to diagnose the problem and found that the struts were going bad.They then ordered the parts and had it fixed the next morning.The best shop manager and shop team!

Just want to save a huge thanks to the guys at the plum creek motors quick lube shop. While driving across Nebraska on June 24th, we ended up with a flat tire and every other shop was too busy to even talk to us. The guys in the lube shop went above and beyond all of my expectations. Thank you for getting us back on the road and to our destination on time. Thanks for not treating us like just another number and taking the time out of your day to help a stranded family.

The service department took us in for a look at out truck while we were traveling from the Tetons back to NY. We had a check engine light that turned out to need more attention than we had time for. We'll we made it home. Thanks Heartland for the short notice help.

They were so great and so accommodating when I was in a bind and needed help the most! The service manager was extremely sweet and the gentlemen who stayed late to service my vehicle so I could get back on the road back to Utah I owe so much gratitude and appreciation to! Thank you!

I've always enjoyed working with the sales crew here but we struggle to want to take our vehicles to get serviced there. Pretty mixed experiences with the service department. Can be fairly unorganized at times and communication can be lacking but the work they have done has always seemed to have been good.

Plum Creek motors has been the thd greatest They are by far superior to any car dealership I have ever dealt with. They not only sell you a car. They fjnd you the car right for you. They get you a great deal and great financimg. They have superior service after the sale. Free car washes. Great service department to keep you running at top notch. I like that they give a chance to shop and ard extremly knowledgeable. Thanks Plum Creek.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would..I bought a Chevrolet duramax from them about a week or two ago.When buying a used vehicle from ANY Chevrolet dealership it goes through a used vehicle service inspection . This dealership has not serviced this vehicle since February of 2017!That s four years ago!I had to take my duramax to another dealership for them to look up the information regarding my vehicle!The salesman assured us that the vehicle went through this inspection... which was a lie.Now I m $400 out of pocket because a dealership couldn t do THEIR job!

Buying my vehicle at Plum Creek Motors couldn't have been a better experience. It starts with the sales people opening the door for you. Then they listen to what you're looking for and WHY you're looking for a vehicle with those features. Turns out there may be some other model available that better suits your needs then the one you were originally looking for. Thanks to Scott Hickman for helping me find the right car for me...a GMC Terrain.And thanks to Vic Gomez for the respectful help I am always given when I stop in needing a loaner or just have a question. Vic and his team make sure you know they appreciate your business.

I absolutely love Plum Creek they treat you like your family, great sales reps and fantastic service department. I have been going there for over 10 years now and they are the only place that I feel comfortable buying a vehicle from.

I received great assistance from Dustin Clouse. There was a recall on a part to my Chevy HD. On my arrival to get my car looked by the shop, Dustin met me at the door and walked me back to the area I needed to go. He was very helpful and friendly. When I trade in the future I plan to go Dustin!

I have purchased my last three SUV's (most recent in August 2012) from Chanse Beinke and Plum Creek Motors. The excellent customer service and overall positive experience with Chanse that first time was enough to make me a life long customer. Chanse is so great to work with and continues to go abaove and beyond for me. This third experience has been no different! Easy going, no pressure, positive salesman! The advertised price for my trade was 7 thousand more than I received for it. They didn't even repair or repaint the box like they said it needed. This seems like a lot of profit potential at my expense????
