It's super difficult to get in. Call them early in the morning in order to reserve a spot. You won't lock in a spot until you are physically in the store. They did a good job fixing my tire and making sure the other ones are good, too.

I was 3rd in line for a simple tire patch and have been here for over 3 and 1/2hrs. They did a car they was the same model as mine that hadn t even checked in. They work on that car before mine thinking it was mine. The manager Braxton wouldn t make it right at all.

I got an oils change and got tired on two different days. There was 2 cars ahead of me getting my oils changed and it took 3 hours for me and the person ahead of me! 3 HOURS!! Which I chose to use them for my tires. Bigger mistake. They told me what size of tire my car had, I didn t check cause they told me they is what a tech put in their system the last time I was there, so I picked my tires and set the appointment. Appointment comes around and they said it was going to be awhile. I asked them how long it would take and they told me a hour. 2 hours later and it s still not done, and they didn t even have the tires that I needed cause they told me I gave them the wrong size and they only had 2! very disappointedServices: Tires, Oil change

I've been coming here for 6+ years for oil changes, but today was the best customer service yet! The guys seemed to take their jobs seriously, and they had me in and out in under 45 minutes. Great experience!

Pulled over on a gravel road to let a guy pass and sliced open one of my rear tires. Limped into town (the beauty of a dually) and headed to the Walmart. It was 5 pm on a Friday and they were still open. Unfortunately, they didn t have a tire that would fit my truck but they called around and found me a place that did. Great customer service. I do appreciate it.place that could fix it but could not do it until today. The best time for a flat is about 4:30 on a Friday.Good thing I travel with most of my gear.

Went in 2 buy 2 tires yo be mounted & balanced! They said 2 to 3 hours! I went back aftet 3 and a half hours still not done! Had to leave they said another 2 hours. Then they sent me to customer service! They didnt help any! Back to tire center! Only gave me a 6 dollar discount discount! Hire more help please

What is going on here? Took my car at 7 because that s what the sign and online says for hours, get there and (rude) lady at the counter tells me they don t open until 9. I had my wife with my 2 month old out in the car waiting to pick me up. I said ok I ll just leave you my keys I just need an oil change, rude lady at the desk tells me no, I have to be checked in at 9 with the tablet. You are a multi billion dollar corporation, either pay people to have your hours as it says they are or at least change the hours on your sign and online. Figure it out, this place is a joke.

It is rare these days to see a kind act. My twin sister and I experienced just that today from the team in the Auto Care Center/Oil Department at Walmart Kearney. Words cannot express the gratitude we both feel that they were there to assist us. With the bad storm this evening we were allowed to wait in the oil department with all of our groceries and this time our Memorial Day flowers. Normally we would hustle out but with those we had to wait. Our car was parked a ways outside. After a time the beautiful gal at the desk told us we are going to pull your vehicle in to load it. We were both shocked...because again a kind act to two complete strangers is beyond. They didn't just pull our car in but helped us load it...it was a line of passing all of our groceries. These kind souls chose to help two girls that will never forget it. Again, we are so blessed and thankful but they deserve so much more than just a thank you. Indviduals like this are what make this community so special. They are the ones that truly make a difference in the world. at Walmart Kearney.

Had a small nail causing a slow leak in my tire. They found it and fixed it. And they told me how long it would be before they could get to repair my tire. The estimate as right on time. A job well done, thank you.

Very fast and very kind! Ryan helped me out and had such a positive attitude so early in the morning. I was thankful to get in and have my tire replaced the day before Thanksgiving and for a very reasonable price.

My experience was good. Everyone was nice. I understand with the weather and temperatures that things are very backed up. The only thing I had trouble with was the four and one half hour wait for tires. But I totally understand. You all were good to me.

I called about getting new tires for my vehicle, was told there was a sale starting that Friday and I could wait and purchase then if I wanted. The first half of Friday I called numerous times, no one answered the service desk phone. Finally got someone to answer, he checked and said they did have my size in stock, and said to come in or buy online so they could get them picked and then I could call back and schedule time to have them put on. I ordered online right away, order confirmation said they'd be picked by 5pm that day. As of Saturday morning, status online said "delayed." Called all day Saturday and no one answered the phone. Called walmarts number and they just kept transferring me back to the service desk where no one answered. As of Monday, still delayed, called the store and they told me to call 800 number since I ordered online. Called 800 number, they put me on hold while they contacted the store, got back on and said the tires are now out of stock. I canceled the order and will go somewhere else and pay more to lose this headache. So disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication. You get what you pay for I guess.

It took them 4 hrs the first time to fix 1 tire on husband's car. We ended up leaving. We came back again and we dropped it off our car again and told them to call us. After 5 hours, tried calling. No answer. So we went down there and it has been done since 2! They didn't call us or anything. I need to get my tire fixed but I will go somewhere else. It's too bad because I paid for road hazard. But it's not worth it.

Had our oil change here for the past 3 or 4 years, okay so far. We always make sure to be there like 7 am and usually it's an hour wait. No bad experience so far! Helpful staff!

In getting my oil changed, I had informed the gal that came out to get the information that I wanted me tires rotated also. I told her that, since I bought the tires there, I should have FREE tire rotation. (I was charged $10 for it.) The cashier said that, after it was paid for, she didn't know how to refund the $10.I had also told the information gal that my mileage was 190,322. Afterwards, while I was driving home, I happened to look up & the next oil change is due @112,322!

They are always really busy in this department, but somehow stay pleasant and do good work. And some of the people they have to deal with, I give them much credit for being patient with difficult customers.

Went in to get a routine oil change, received a call about 3 hours later that my truck had been scraped alongside the exterior brick wall of the building. Still had to pay for the oil change, and currently dealing with auto body shops getting quotes to fix the damage. The assistant manager was helpful with the situation, however for driving a vehicle 30 feet this should not have happened. I have a witness stating they watched it all happen and they seemed careless when driving it. UNACCEPTABLE. LAST time I deal with walmart, PERIOD.

They had five people at the counter with 10 people in line and only one person being helped. We were in li e for 15 minutes before anyone else got helped, and then that person only checked one person out and walked away. We ended up in li e for over 25 min.

I've been so angry since!!! the day I decided to purchase new tires from kearney walmart they didnt have 4 of the tires I wanted and the salesman tried talking me into settling for a set of cheap basic tires for my saburban.i said no I'll wait till the ones I want come in.i then had to buy the 3 in stock first and keep them with me in my saburban all week till the 4th arrived.no big deal I thought least I'm getting the ones I want..the 4th tire came and i paid for it along with 4 new tire pressure sensors and for them to be mounted and all. Spent about 850.00 total and few days later I went to check tire pressure as they havnt worked in so long and it now showed front 2 tires at 35 lbs yeay.. but the back to sensors were not reading...i took it in and had to wait all day for it to get in and said screw it came a diff day and they manager said the sensors were broke! And said the front two were broke when it was the back two that wernt reading..I said well u guys just installed all new sensors with my new tires and he just said oh..and proceeded to say well u have 2 broken ones.they asked me to show a recipt as if they dont keep records of work orders done there yea right.the lady pulled up one of my receipts and as long as it took her I feel she did something to my recipt to take off the sensors I know dam well I asked and paid for I remember they were around 49 bucks or so a piece! They all looked at me and basically shrugged and were just waiting till I left. A friend told me the guys here in kearney are idiots there and are known for breaking your sensors during installation and not fixing it..gee thanx. I'm furious about it. And dont even want to shop there anymore because everytime I do I just want to visit the tire shop and throw a fit and see how many times they shrugg there shoulders.

Very nice people but have no hustle at all. They take their sweet time. Took 2 hours to finish up an oil change with only a few cars ahead of mine.

I was quoted a wait time of 2 hours for a tire repair. Waited over 3 hours before being told it wasn't even started and it would be an additional 2 hour wait. Complete lack of customer service or care for their customers. Ended up leaving to a competitor for a 45 minute wait.

I had an oil change done and it wasnt done right and when I told them about it the mechanic supervisor said "well you should've gone with someone else." And I told him if that's how he wants to represent his company and said yea and just shrugged his shoulders, really bad service, would not reccomend to anybody!

Employees are more interested in one another than doing their jobs. One star, but can I apply to get paid to take 3 hours to socialize instead of doing a 20 minute job?

I'm going to assume the garage area does there work well, I didn't make it that far But, the employees behind the counter need some customer service training. I went somewhere else for new tire installation

In the past I have always received great customer service, this time customer service was bad and manager was rude. He is overwhelming cause employees don't show up to work employees he has doesn't do a good job. Hoping my next visit will be better.

Got my special order tires cheaper then Big O Tires and had done within half mount and cost 60 dollars less with warranty road hazard that they would of covered that Big O Tires refused to uphold the manufacturer warranty and the warranty I paid extra for now to call the manufacturer of the Tires and let them know Big O Tires doesn't follow manufactuers warranty or their own
