Hand an emergency problem with my Passat on a cross country drive right outside of Kearney. They found a part, and fixed it in a couple hours. This was not a small problem. Reasonably priced, especially for emergency service. Loved these guys!!!!

My subaru had a panic attack of lights after a hot cocoa got spilled in the parking brake. They cleaned it up so fast and had us on our way in 10 minutes. Thank you so much. They were very kind.

These guys made every other Auto shop I ve been to look bad!!! They fixed my ball joint and replaced my axel in a matter of minutes. It took longer for the lady at Walmart to get my tires out of the back of the store then it did for this family to fix my car. Really impressed with this family owned business, they did in 20 minutes what previous mechanics have taken days to do. My son and I were driving to Colorado for my future son-in-law's stag when our van broke down in Lexington. It was late in the evening, so I called Aaron the following morning. I thought it was going to be a huge bill and turned out to be not much at all.We were driving back to Omaha, and he met us at his shop on a Sunday afternoon so we could pick it up and head home. This place is wonderful, Aaron diagnosed my issue immediately, sadly it was my transmission. They were able to order one from Missouri to get me back on the road in a few days even though they had a pretty full schedule. If only they were closer to where I live 1000 miles away.

Aaron helped us out by reading our check engine light and getting us hooked up with a service group that could handle our unusual repair. Sounds simple, but he saved us from being stranded for days on our way home. Great service.

These guys are literally something out of a dream. They finished my car wicked fast, were super communicative and all around were a 10 star. Props to Aaron the mechanic for being so communicative and doing such honest and fast work at an amazing price. Trust me on this, TAKE YOUR VOLKSWAGEN HERE!! Absolutely trust this crew no matter what, I will be back for anything I need done just to support the company.

These guys were amazing. They run a family business. Got to met their dad who started it all and what a pleasant guy. Adam And aaron helped me on separate days. Took a day or so to get the part in. We join the ranks of another I-80 success story! Thank you to the staff for helping us in a pinch with our VW. Great folks work here with kindness I wish still existed across our country. Esp to the best bitch one could ask for at 8am on a Monday . She knows what we mean ;)

My stepdad took his car in and they were suppose to fix the leak and the car kept on having the same problem it would heat up. We called to see if they could come to get the car in Grand Island because we test drove it and it started heating up and they were so rude so unprofessional telling us that it could be any hose and they don't know that it was the hose they fixed. They said they were not going to waste their time with us and wanted us to take it with the tow truck my stepdad paid over $900 to fix the leak and not just to change a hose but to fix the car and they couldn't even do that. They don't know what they are doing and then when you pay you pretty much get a kick in the butt and hope they never see you again

These guys were amazingly nice! Had issues with my passat and had it towed here. Mechanics came out almost right away and checked things out and had an estimate for me in no time. Didn't end up repairing it (total engine loss sadly) but these guys were endlessly helpful and nice through the whole thing.

Our Land Rover broke down on a cross country drive- and lucky for us Precision Auto was a mile away. They expedited shipping a Land Rover part overnight from Denver- drove my family and our luggage to a hotel, told us a great dinner spot, picked up the part at UPS at 6am!!!, and had us on the road by 10am the next morning. I wish these guys were in my home town- I d use them every time.Service: Engine repair

Traveling Michigan to Utah- Volvo broke down at a truck stop near Kearney. Had it towed to Precision--they diagnosed, ordered parts for, and repaired some serious problems that would have destroyed the car if we had ignored them.Honest, kind, and skilled mechanics. Had our back in a pinch--grateful for their hard work! Would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. After going to another shop that gave me a heart-stopping quote on an A/C repair, I took a recommendation to go here.I called, described the problem, and they had the parts delivered before I even brought my Honda in.Fixed it for less than half the first shop's estimate, in less time, and found a brake issue the first shop missed.The first shop was either incompetent, or running a scam.These guys are a family of experts, honest, and friendly.

This place was way over priced. After taking my 1999 my Mercedes ML320 in to have a Power Steering pump replaced. It was found that the Water Pump also needed replaced along with the serpentine belt. This was a $1,471.68 job. I called around and found that I could have had all this done at half the cost. Great work but overpriced!

Cv axle broke on the interstate 900 miles from home. They had me back on the road the next morning before 11 and even gave us a ride to our hotel. Awesome people awesome price.

Our VW Passat broke down on a Saturday afternoon while traveling home from Colorado to Eau Claire. Precision was not open until Monday morning and we contacted them at 8 a.m. then. They quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered necessary parts, and we were on our way home by 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Thank you, Precision mechanics!

I had an oil leak with my BMW and went to three different places including the BMW dealership,but non of them could tell where the oil leak is from. Some of them even misdiagnosed. Then my bmw friend told me to come here, so I did. The technician here took a look at my car, and instantly found out where the leak was from. Now my car is running with absolutely no problem thanks to them.

Precision's work for me was a replaced/milled head, rings and more on a VW 04 Jetta TDI along with egr work/pipe. It has been about 2 years since they did the work. Still going as a commuter car with 50+mpg. The cost estimates ahead of the work was on par with the final bill. Overall, they were direct with assessment and cost.

Another place messed up my hood latch after an oil change. Precision import repair bailed me out. I had a 3 hour drive home. I highly recommend them.

Excellent shop for foreign cars. We drive from Grand Island because there is nobody here that can even change oil on our car.
