Had a temp sensor go bad while on a road trip. The service advisor Shawn went way out of his way to make sure the warranty covered it, and got the vehicle in and out super fast so we could be on our way. The absolute best I've ever been treated by a dealership that wasn't my home dealer. Shawn really put in a ton of effort and went the extra mile to take care of us. Fantastic culture at this dealership.

On my way back from Colorado to MN, and my truck started throwing codes. I can not say enough about the Service Manager there. He took us right in and the service techs fixed the DEF system on my truck. Outstanding, thank you again.

On my way from Iowa to Colorado the check engine light came on. I called the service department to pick their brain and figure out how bad the situation was. I was an hour and a half away and we decided I should stop and see what codes were showing. They looked at the codes, talked about how the truck was running and came up with, it would be safe to continue. They cleared the codes and I went on my way. I made it to Colorado and back to Iowa with no more problems. What we talked about and what they thought was happening seemed to be true. I can t recommend this service department enough. Thank you again.

Blessings to everyone that reads this review I hope your year will be Joyful and productive, I am leaving this 5 Star review for Raelynn due to her outstanding phone Etiquette. I called what I thought was my local social security office however it was not it was instead this car dealership Midway Auto of Kearney Nebraska which is definitely not Jackson Michigan Social security office, anyway it was Raelynn who answered the phone. I speak to many individuals via phone and most are rude and disingenuous but not Raelynn, when I make a call to any business I always begin with a hello how are you today which is most often ignored by the individual that answers the phone as they go straight to how can I help you in a flat uncaring tone, but not Raelynn she not only replied to my Hello and Blessed New Year she reciprocated the sentiment and proceeded to engage with me in a most professional and delightful manner. Thank you Raelynn for being a Wonderific addition to Midway Auto and being the 1st person in 2024 to answer my phone call with very seldom matched Curtious Professionalism. Great hire Midway Auto.

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee for oil change and tire rotation. The service advisors were attentive, kept me informed, and friendly. Also, the cost reasonable.

Not only was my experience fantastic when purchasing my vehicle two years ago, their service department has been amazing ever since. I always take it to Midway for oil change and tire rotation. They are super quick and efficient. Very coat comparable to anyone in town. Hands down the best in Kearney!!

Be very cautious taking your vehicle to Midway for Service. The Service team is rude upon entering. We were told our service would be quick when setting up the appointment, but ended up taking over five hours to fix a fuse issue. When asked about the time issue we were informed an appointment slot does not mean an appointment with a technician for that time. We then sat an extra hour and a half waiting for communication that our vehicle was done, after contacting the service department for a time estimate. The tech stated they lost our contact information and did not attempt to call the number on the account. Overall they do not value your time and treat you like an inconvenience. I would not recommend this dealership.

Kim Bullock is a fantastic sales associate. She genuinely cares about her customers and worked really hard to get our vehicle to us a quickly as possible. She is also thorough and knowledgeable which helped us prepare documents we needed for financing. We had a great experience! The finance person (Dave,I think) was also excellent. He did a great job explaining our options and found us a great match of additional insurance and vehicle coverage that fit well with our budget. I appreciated not feeling pressured into anything.

I just bought a 2014 Chevy Traverse from here. The experience was great until I drove down the road a bit. They informed me that a strut was leaking, but that it wasn't an immediate concern. Every bump in the road I hit drive over, it rattles, noticeably. If they fix this, this review may get better, but, their shop let an obvious repair that they knew about go unattended and that isn't good business.

I honestly can t express the gratitude and respect that I have for this dealership. They went above and beyond their means to fix my car that I bought from them. They were so professional and understanding. They even lent me a loaner car to drive while my car was in their shop. Heath,Darren, and the service guys thank you so much for taking such good care of my car and I. We seriously appreciate y all so much. I will continue to do business them for a long time and recommend them to anyone.

I had a scheduled maintenance on our vehicle and some warranty work. The employees were very helpful. The drive through service area is very nice to be able to get out of the weather. I was able to use the shuttle for both drop off and pick-up and they were very friendly and timely. Great experience and super convenient!

We ordered a 2022 GMC 2500 in August of 2021. This truck is not yet in production. So, our amazing salesman Justin Martin called us in October to tell us that a 2022 GMC 3500 was on its way to your dealership. We were second in line. We were so excited the day Justin called and told us that if we wanted it, it could be ours! He has been amazing to keep us in the loop with literally everything every step of the way! My husband was even able to customize it more before we picked it up. The day we picked it up everything went so smooth! Chelsea in accounting did an amazing job of explaining everything to us every step of the way as well! Your team is so great to deal with! Everyone is so kind and curious. We bought my suburban from there in 2019 and we have been hooked ever since. Now, because of Justin, we are customers for life! Thanks for everything Justin! We love our truck!!!

This was definitely the most pleasant experience that I have had purchasing a new vehicle. Josh, our sales rep went out of his way on numerous occasions to make our experience quick, pleasant and exciting. We traveled a long distance to pick up our vehicle and it was definitely worth it. John was great to deal with and I am sorry can't remember mechanics name but at least they both listen to what I had to say and looked in to it more and got it fixed for sure. They let me know a few other things I am grateful for. They also had a car to fit me needs that I was able to use till mine was done where I live out of town. Thanks again for everything.

Arrived at my appointment that my sales person had set up for me and they couldn t find my reservation. The reservation had been booked for a different day at a different time. After driving an hour to get to this appointment I expressed that I couldn t come back another day. It was decided to come back in an hour and they would squeeze me in: the service staff did what they could to make everything right but did not show good team work and said I should have just scheduled with them that my sales person is not in the service department. I expressed that I was told to contact him as he would ensure that my oil change was free after purchasing my vehicle from Midway. I waited close to an hour for my oil change to be done. The tv in the waiting room also kept showing up with an error on the screen and that was annoying.

Everything was fine in my visit except for the fact you charged me $205 labor and my car was not even in your shop 1 1/2 hours. I guess you charged me labor just to look at the car and that makes no sense but I guess that's the way you make your money and I have no choice. Hope you paid the mechanic well but I know he did not get very much of that $205. Thank you for fixing my car everything was great except your labor charges.

Had a wonderful experience at Midway! Our product specialist, David Ripp, was wonderful! Great communicator, friendly, and personable. The dealership itself was very welcoming and friendly! The general sales manager, Heath, texted me to let me know one of my children had left a coat behind and they would mail it to me. Will definitely return to this dealership when purchasing our next vehicle even though it s 3 hours from home. Worth the trip!

Very helpful staff, even the folks who weren't working with us directly. Good selection of new vehicles. The building was clean and they were able to answer our questions. The two gentlemen we worked with to find an SUV were both patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us! Would definitely recommend Midway for a new vehicle!

We had a great experience. We'd been shopping for a few months and the staff was super great at letting us know when they had anything that might be of interest to our family. At one point they called about a car, but then called back the next day to let us know it wouldn't be available because it didn't pass their inspection process. THIS WAS HUGE to me. To know that they weren't comfortable selling something just to make a sale, and instead making sure we were offered a dependable vehicle. When we finally got out to visit and test drive the vehicle we eventually bought, the staff was amazing and kind. They even offered to wash our current vehicle free of charge, just because! The negotiation was simple and painless. We would buy from them again any time!

Shane was great at getting my Yukon in earlier than scheduled and Liz was AWESOME!!! She got my parts here in half the time and got my Yukon right in to get it fixed. She is super friendly and great at customer service!!!! She deserves a raise. The person who worked on my Yukon did a great job it is working great. Very pleased with the APP and the awesome service.
