I was away from home for about half a year, and I was set on getting a new vehicle. I went to the midway auto outlet in Kearney, and Hailey greeted me outside! I told her what I was looking for and what my price was! I was looking for a newer truck, the first truck she showed me was the one I picked! She showed me around the truck, told me about the safety features, and we took it for a test drive! I really enjoyed it! So we came back and signed the papers, later we talked to Dave, in financial, and figured out a plan! Both Hailey and Dave were super friendly and patient and I haven t bought a vehicle with such confidence! Thanks a lot!! Great vehicles, great company, great employees!

Was in a few weeks ago just shopping around and Hailey was able to show me all my options, go into depth why each vehicle was great, and treated us very nice. She took us out on a couple test drives and informed me on all the little extras you get and all the safety features of each vehicle. Well done with your new sales woman, midway!

Jason Carrol was so great to work with! Honesty goes a long way. He was amazing. He made our 1st car experience one we won't forget! Thank you Mr. CarrollNever did get the car though, after wasting all most 8 hours at Midway. Being told congratulations you got the loan by the manager, only to be told a hour later sorry you did not get the loan! We left with out the car and my niece was upset after having false hope. Definitely was a first time car experience my Niece and I won't forget.Good Luck!

3 yrs ago my then fiance and I went to look into buying a car . We got pre approved over the phone since we live in Hastings and didn't want to waste a trip.I can't remember the sales person but he was great . Not pushy and very helpful. We wanted a jeep ,or suv / crossover .They did have a nice jeep available and I liked it alot, but my fiance wanted a few more features like electric windows etc. We decided to go home and talk about it and both agreed to look to something else. A few days later we got a call and was told they had a nice suv for us . When we got there they showed us a 2007 ford edge . We loved everything about it . Especially the auto start and seat warmers. We finished the paperwork and drove our new car home that day.We have had no issues with the car whatsoever. Everything still works like it should and we are hoping we can find a truck that we will love as much as our first edge .

My husband and I were very happy with Midway. We had seen a vehicle we were interested in online. Adam Hernandez helped us with our test drive and also worked hard for us to get the price we wanted for our trade. We really liked Adam and would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Adam!

My initial review was rather poor due to my initial experience being rather poor... however, the dealership did step up and offered to take a look at the vehicle I had just purchased. All necessary repairs were made by the service team at no additional cost to myself, and I was even offered a courtesy vehicle to drive in the interim. They even dropped my vehicle back off at my house and returned the courtesy vehicle when repairs were finished. Jason in sales and Chris in service were the saving points of this dealership and I am very appreciative of them both. Thank you for turning this around. If this level of service and care had been employed when my issues had first been reported, I would have happily given this dealership a 5 star rating.

Traveled from Lubbock, TX to Kearney, NE to purchase a truck. Jason Carroll was my salesman, and I must say he does his job extremely well. He treated me very well and the purchase went very smooth. The vehicle was everything Jason said it was. Midway Auto Outlet is a top-notch dealership.

Sam was great! Met me at the door I told him what I looked at online and wanted to test drive. He got the vehicle we drove it. I loved it and the financial guys Chad especially who got the best term for me was great. I had a great experience went home with the car I wanted and needed.

I bought my very first car from Midway, which was an extremely long process as I haven't had much history to work with. A lot of sympathy goes to those who made it possible for me; Austin and Casen were patient enough to work with me and figure things out so that I was able to own! I rate Midway 10/10 for honest, devoted, and determined employees! I won't go anywhere else!

Milthon Castaneda was an extremely helpful gentleman while working with my husband, Gene, and me. He explained things completely before we bought the car as is. Since it was my birthday, he not only wished me happy birthday while we were there, but later, I found a note from him stating that he hoped that I would love this Aurora like I loved my '99. And the cherry on the cake was his promise that I could get free car washes for life! All in all, a very nice guy and a good salesman. I give him five stars!!

You can tell that this company really values their customers. I had a few encounters with different employees and they all said hello and asked if I needed help! Adam H. was the salesman the day I bought my car, he took the time to ask specific questions about what I wanted in a vehicle. He provided me with numerous options, even though it was cold and very windy he never complained when i asked to see another car! I will be referring anyone looking for a car to you guys! Very Very impressed! Thank you Adam for helping me find the perfect car for my family and I!!

I had the pleasure of working with Jason Carrol when I was looking at getting a new car. Very helpful, polite, and funny. Brendon and Milthon both helped me with the purchase. They were both very courteous and helpful, and explained everything I needed to know. It's nice to see young men who are just starting out, but have so much enthusiasm. It seems that you (Midway) are teaching them well. In any case, they made the sale enjoyable and were patient while we talked back and forth with management to agree on a price.This was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car over the past nearly 50 years.Bob Wallace - Kearney

We had been looking for a used car with lower miles for our daughter to head off to college. Adam Hernandez did a fantastic job keeping us posted on anything new on the lot. He would email us links and check in to keep us in the loop. He always hussled and in the end helped us find a great car! Thanks Adam.

They did great with selling me my truck but when I got into a accident I went to them to have it redone. When I got it back I realized they forgot to put 4 bolts back in to hold my bed down and when I tried to make an appointment to get it fixed they would never call me back so I had to do it myself. Then they also forgot to put the bolt back in that holds my hitch up and I realized that after the trailer I was pulling bent the hitch straight down and the trailer went into the back end of my truck. I would not recommend them to even someone I dislike.

Very pleased with the service at Midway especially from Jeremiah. I called every auto place in town and he was the only one that took that time to have a conversation longer then 2 minutes over the phone. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. If your looking for a car talk to Jeremiah!

Check you paperwork before leaving the dealership. When we bought our car the finance manager didn t tell us that if we added any of their so called warranties and stuff like that our loan would go up a lot it went from a 19,999 car to a 30,000 dollar loan and I freaked out on them and they said they can only go take a few things off because the loan was already done. It took it down 5 grand we are just now starting to pay the initial price of the car off and we have had the car for almost 3 years. The employees of midway auto are more worried about padding their own pockets BEWARE and watch you paper work don t do the service contracts either we had issues a few months after we bought the car and the claimed it wasn t covered under their service contract but since we were over a 100 miles on the factory warranty my husband called Chevrolet and they said they would pay for it but within a few hours later it so conveniently was covered under midways service contract .

Worse service I have ever had at any dealer!! Both salesperson and sales manager made comments on a truck we were trying to trade in that our truck belongs at another dealership and not in their town of Kearney because it is lifted with wheels. Would give the 0 star if possible. Salesperson even tried to be funny by making a racial comment,(I guess he must of forgot he was on the clock)but im not into that. It was my first time going there looking for a truck and definitely never returning there again!!!

They sold the car I was in the process of buying out from under me. We had most of the paperwork done we just had a couple things that we had to get from them and they had informed they were still working on the car. Well the day we were supposed to go up there and get it finished and get our car they call and tell us they had sold it. They sold it the same day I was supposed to go get it. I m furious that I wasted so much time and effort for nothing. My services will be taken else where from now on.

Buyer Beware! We purchased a used foreign vehicle. Really looked good, no dings, no scratches. Take it to a high pressure car wash and look again . . not so good anymore. Washed off the dealer hide-all polish.Also, had the vehicle up in the air and there was a film of oil on the oil pan. The mechanic said it was spilled when they changed the oil. Then he said, Oh, no, we put a new valve cover gasket on and it was all done incorrectly. It had the wrong oil and the wrong gas.No, good recommendations; not even half a star.

My wife and I had a great first experience at Midway. Our saleman was not pushy and really worked hard to help us find what we were looking for. The only thing we didn't like was the auto care package that was suppose to help with water spots ( now I think you see more water spots). Also they pushed extended warranty package on us every different way till we said yes. So as we found the vehicle we liked there was couple small things wrong, but they said they would fix it (also this was a certified pre-own with bumper to bumper for 6 months). So we signed the paper work and were told it would be done in a couple of days (only took them a week). As we had it for a couple of days found something else wrong, told them what it was going to take to fix it so they could order the part. We set up a time to take it to them and was told it would just take a few min. Once we go there we find out they ordered the wrong part and it took them over a week to get the part and fix it before we got it back. As we finally got it back for only a couple of days the first problem came back up again. They had it for almost 2 weeks this time. Got it back and still the same problem. So we asked if we could trade it off, due to the growing lost of problems. They said of course and would work with us bc they understood. So we went up to look at vehicles and asked how much we were going to lose out on it (thinking maybe a couple hundred dollars) they told us around $3700. We were kinda in shock considering we only put 1500 miles on it and half those were going back and forth to get worked on. The only good reason we got for why it was so much, was bc we had some work done (which is under their bumper to bumper warranty they offer). As you can tell we didn't exchange for a different vehicle and left. As we walked away we were told that they will talk with someone and get back to us. It now has been a week and NO word. I feel like they will do whatever than can to make a sale and not follow through with there words. I am very disappointed and will not be returning in the future.

So the salesman and the manager was very arrogant and judgemental. I made a very fair offer on a vehicle I know has been on the lot for awhile and was ready to buy, and was immediately shot down with out any discussion. Guess we will take our hard earned money elsewhere as they obviously don't want to do business with anyone.

We really enjoyed working with Brendon at Midway. He was able to help get us the deal we wanted on our car. We will definitely do business there again in the future!
