I have know Justin Martin for years he is a hard worker and great salesman. It made our purchase very easy. He worked hard to find all the rebates and goes above and beyond for the customer.

Extremely good experience working with Josh Chapin at Midway. As an out of state customer I had a lot of questions and he responded very timely. Even came to the airport on his day up to pick me up and make sure the car was ready and waiting when I got there. Couldn t be more happy with the entire process.

The shop guys were very helpful and upfront with the problems we were having including the mistake that was made by your company, which was putting on the wrong size tires. Honesty is hard to come by this day and age so it s very refreshing to see. Thank you

After a couple poor experiences, Midway reached out to us and helped us get the right deal for what vehicle we were looking at. I appreciate Midway s effort to right the wrong. Our salesmen Zach Harris did an excellent job helping us.

I had worked with Cameron and he did an above and beyond job. I am a very picky person but he was patient and provided me with exactly what i was looking for. Even though I was a little late arriving, which they knew could happen, they got me in ASAP and my car was done in no time at all. They even got my windshield cleaned & the front carpet floor vaccumed. Everyone there is so pleasant to work with, and the waiting room is very clean & accomodating.

The service manager was able to get Buick to cover some of the cost of repair to my blind spot warning light because it was malfunctioning.

CAMERON IS AMAZING!!! Midway, it is so clear that this guy right here makes your company worth buying from again, I came in after working a 12 hour graveyard shift and hadn t had a vehicle for months. I was referred by a friend she said ask for Cameron he s the best when I got there by chance we ran into each other walking in the door and I knew immediately this was going to be an amazing experience. He treated me like I was at a family gathering. Showed me coffee and all. I told him exactly what I wanted and he didn t hassle or try to sell me anything extra, over my budget,something I didn t want or pressure me he was beyond patient and made buying a new car so simple and I definitely let with a huge smile. Absolutely no complaints from this experience I will be back again for a future visit and sending anyone I can your way cam! We loooovvvveee our new car 10/10

The person in charge of my case did a great job getting things taken care of. I m sure arguing with the service contract company was not enjoyable, but he made sure I was taken care of!My only request would be a bigger loaner vehicle for people with 3rd row seat vehicles. I have kids and it was incredibly difficult to fit them in the loaner I had.

This is the 4th or 5th car I've bought from Midway. We always have a good experience. Our car was being shipped and got here earlier in the month than expected. We enjoyed working with Justin.

Cameron was great to work with. I drove away with exactly what I was looking for, and he continues to provide service after the sale. We bought our last 2 vehicles here. Midway is the only place we go when looking for a vehicle.

Horrible experience. Started with the online app. They get ahold of us telling us we could get a 15000 dollar loan no down payment so we make an appointment go in after waiting for a hour and a half we finally start talking about cars they Have one picked out for us then they ask if we can do 500 down.. and we say ok ya we test drive decide we want the vehicle they start the paperwork then say they can't finish the financing for that vehicle but there's another we can sure get we say no we will wait for the paper work to go threw they ask for 350 to hold the car( the car they still own) for us. Then 2 days later say they can't do it and try panning the other car off on us again. Needless to say horrible service they lied to get us in there and they weren't helpfully at all and they got 350 for a car they still own

Justin was great from start to finish.We looked at several dealership for our vehicle hoping to find one on the lot, but no one had one. Justin was the only sales person from any dealership that followed back up with me and said how can I help get you into the vehicle you want. Because of this we traveled several hours to come see him. From their he ordered the vehicle we dreamed of getting and more.Thanks Justin

Very disappointed .just to get a basic service, scheduled my truck to get a basic service and pick up my truck and twice it wasn t picked up and received no curtesy call would not recommend.
