I just want to say the gentleman I had assist me today with towing my car is awesome. Very very kind, showed compassion for the situation while still doing his job professionally. He went above and beyond today and I couldn't be more grateful for his kindness. I wish I had gotten his name. I hope he knows what a difference he made in my day.

Brandon and the whole team am here are outstanding. Professional, kind and helpful. We need towing help frequently in the snowy seasons, and they are the best. Hands down. Highly recommend!

They helped us out when we were in a tough situation.Our car started misfiring on a trip through Nebraska, the day before the holidays. They were able to squeeze us in and fix the problem. We were back on the road in a few hours. Our car made it through the mountains with no problem.We are very appreciative that they were able to help us out quickly and professionally.

I was on my way from Minnesota to Denver and stopped in Kearney. After stop, vehicle would not start. This is late in the day on a Thursday. After calling many shops that told me next week, this place was recommended. I called and they came to get my car, gave me a loaner to get around in town and with my situation said they would take a look first thing in the morning. It seemed to be a fuel pump and I feel many places would have just put on a new fuel pump. They diagnosed a power supply problem and got that properly repaired and I was back on my way by 10:00 that morning. So very thankful for their service and understanding of the situation. They did all the could for me. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Driver showed up in time and notified me of when he got to pickup location and when he left abs when he arrived at destination. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs for this job. They came in under there bidded price to do the job. I would highly recommend them for all your Towing needs and I personally will use them again.Service: Special vehicle towing

ABOVE AND BEYOND!Absolutely amazing experience! No one likes to be broke down while traveling! But add a trailer with two Belgian horses and it gets really complicated and potentially frustrating!The great folks at Kearney Towing and Repair assisted us in every aspect of our unique dilemma, as well as our repair needs.In a day when quality of both service and products seem to have plummeted, this team creatively located parts, made the repairs, and got us going safely down the road again!Can t say enough good about them!

This company helped me out when I had a oil leak in my truck passing through on a Sunday. Brad came out and had me back on the road in no time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough about how amazing they treated us. My ex-wife blew a tire on her utility trailer on the interstate, after hours, with no spare. I called them, and within an hour, they loaded the trailer on a flatbed and took it to their secure bullpen. The next morning, they put 2 new tires on the trailer and got her back on the road. The truth is, they could have taken advantage and charged me twice what they did. They actually cared about her safety and went above and beyond to help. The world needs more people like these folks and I feel terrible that I can't remember the names of the lady I talked to that night or the man who called me 1st thing the next morning and took care of everything. If I could give 100 stars, I would.

Off road experience due to snow and ice. Suburban towing Harley D 3 bike trailer. Amazing service back driving down the road in less than 2 hours. Tires and Wheels fixed Shoulder Side. These men know what Emergency Service and Repair is about. Thank You....

Brandon picked us up on Interstate 80 with a flat tire and spare that would not drop. He hauled the four of us (and 2 dogs) to Big O Tire in Kearney. Brandon was efficient, professional and kind. We were traveling through Kearney when we noticed our travel trailers leaf spring on on side had broken and the trailer was sagging. We called a few places but had no luck until we called this shop. They worked us in, upgraded the springs and got us on our way in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable cost.

I can't begin to thank Ryan and Travis. Broke down Monday night and Travis towed our rv to their shop so I could find a tire. Took 2 days to get it and the whole time they were all amazing. Let is borrow a shop car to get supplies in town then when the tire came in the mounted and fixed it for 65$ rarely do we find companies that care about the little guy. But they do. Car broke down this morning on a cross country drive. I called for the tow at 7:30 am and they had me on my way by 11:30.They had to tow, diagnose, order parts and fix the car and they did it in a few hours. The service was fantastic!Thanks!Services: Battery service, Engine repair

I had a Wheel Bearing that went out and did a bunch of other damage when I was in the middle of nowhere, about an hour from Kearney. I got ahold of Kearney Towing via AAA and they sent a guy right out to pick up my truck and tow back to their Shop.They quoted me a fair price to fix all of the broken areas and got me back on the road all in a matter of a couple days!!! I had a Rockstar Experience with Kearney Towing.My car overheated and we needed a tow to the nearest Town.AAA connected us with Kearney Towing and they came to get us in record time on a Sunday Evening. Brandon is the real hero of the story too. He was super professional and kind. He dropped us off at our Hotel and let us know when he dropped our car off at the repair shop. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had the unfortunate luck of running out of gas about 16 miles from Kearney. Not being from the area we were quite stressed. Found this company on Google and gave them a call. The driver was there in 30 minutes at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday night to deliver the fuel and then followed us to the next station just in case we had any other issues. We couldn't have been more pleased with the fast, friendly service we received. Hopefully we never have to use them again but I will highly recommend them to anyone that finds themselves in the same situation!Service: Fuel delivery

I broke down on I-80 at dusk. The truck traffic was very heavy and it was scary. Trent came to my rescue and expertly towed my car to their service center. The next day, even though they were super busy, they went over my car thoroughly and got me back on the road. This traveler recommends them highly. They were so nice, too, which I appreciated being so far from home.Service: Car towing

After sliding into an extremely deep ditch, they were able to not only remove my car from trouble, but also, they did so without any damage to my car. I cannot overstate how good their service was, and Trent, the person who helped us, was absolutely amazing.

These guys are fantastic. They were at my vehicle getting it hooked up to the tow truck in under 20min. The belt pulley system went out on my Ford Explorer. They towed it to their shop(where they fixed it the next morning) then dropped us off at our hotel for the night. They chose a hotel that was close to restaurants so we could get a bite to eat. They called us the next morning and said it would only take an hour to fix and that we could continue on our journey. They even picked us up from our hotel the next morning. Their endless communication and generosity is greatly appreciated for tired travelers. The price was very affordable. Thank you Brandon, Ryan, and team! Highly Recommend! Workers were extremely professional, considerate, and helpful. Very reasonable tow prices and honest quotes. On a trip to Colorado, my car broke down on the highway. Our tow truck driver, Brandon, was efficient, prompt, and friendly. Once we arrived at the shop, Trevor greeted us and expedited our diagnostic because we were traveling and in a bind. They allow two days of storage without pay, which was helpful for me to call family and figure out what to do. When I needed to haul my car back home, the owner, Ryan, was willing to do anything to lend a hand. Wonderful service! When I didn't know what to do, they provided suggestions and answers, and it made a very stressful situation into a manageable and good experience.Service: Car towing

Kearney Towing and Auto Repair helped me when my car broke down along I-80. They gave me a tow to the shop and worked really hard to get me back on the road. Very kind, friendly, and professional staff. Would highly recommend!

Their tow truck driver Travis was incredible! Our truck broke down towing our 5th wheel about 25 miles from Kearney on I-80 and he was towing us within 20 minutes of being notified. It was 97 degrees outside, the highway was merging into 1 lane and we had hoped to make it to Omaha for the night. Travis took us to the RV park to let us set up our camper with air so our dog could stay, dropped our truck off at the auto repair shop and then dropped us off so we could rent a car. I cannot say enough about Kearney towing and repair and Travis. I hope to never break down again or need their service but I would never hesitate if it did happen. Thank you so much Travis for your kindness and compassion.

Had a bearing go out on a long trip across I-80 at night and my truck wasn't drivable. They were courteous and understanding and arrived quickly to tow it to their shop. The next day they got it repaired by lunchtime and checked with me before replacing additional parts that were damaged. Highly recommend if you have vehicle troubles in the area.

We had to be towed off the side of I 80 and our driver JOSH was quick, safe and friendly! He was great with our kids (3&6) and had knowledge of the area for a place to stay and where to get fixed and saved us on not going to the closest town which didn t have a hotel. I can t say enough good things about our experience. I would have them tow me every day, but I would probably first buy a new car if that were the case. Great job Josh!

My brakes on my pickup went out when I was on vacation.I called AAA and they dispatched Kearney Towing. They were there quickly to load up the pickup and towed it back to their shop per my request.They fixed the brake lines quickly and at a reasonable price.I was very happy with their services and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Complete scammers. When your intelligence shows and you point out their double talk, they become very rude and dismissive. What youre told up front is not what they honor. Only visit them if you have no regards for you wallet. It would be better to take your car to somewhere like, Greg's Auto repair/ kearney AG Auto repair, Both these guys are way more honest and they don't try and empty your pockets while doing shabby work or even empty your pockets while trying to get out of doing the work at all.SMDH at Kearney Towing & Repaur Center. I will never agai, NEVER!!!!

Our roadside assistance company recommended Kearney Towing when my daughter blew a tire on her way back to college. The driver, Josh, was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The employees I spoke with in the service department were also very courteous and professional. We were very pleased with the service we received.
