Recently spent $1800 on multiple things here. It took twice as long as it was supposed to for completion. I had no communication about it going to take longer. I had to ask to have work done that was not. I had to get out of work to take it back for rework. I had no communication about what rework was done and that it was complete. I had to follow up to find this out. Overall just a bad experience. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Very nice and accommodating. They helped me fix what another shop screwed up and did it quickly. Highly recommend them. Really nice people as well. Thank you for your work and your kindness

What an awesome first time experience! I came in to have my AC evaluated & Greg with high accuracy identified exactly where the leak was & fixed it right the 1st time!!! Works beautifully especially throughout this extremely hot summer!! I'm thrilled & plan on coming back for any other mechanical related issues with my 2009 Chevy Suburban ~ You Guys Rock!!

We were in great need of suspension repair and with another company quoting us for problems we didn t need we searched for a good auto repair shop and found this one. They diagnosed the correct problem with our car and only did to it what was needed. We also really appreciated how Greg made room in his business that was full of other customer car needs. We are very pleased with Greg s service and wouldn t hesitate to do business in the future here.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto maintenance

Cheapest tire prices in town. I went in on Tuesday, let him know what I wanted. Came in Thursday as scheduled and got me right in. Told me it would be 45 minutes and it was 45 minutes on the dot. Efficient, affordable, no issues at all!

My experience with Greg's Auto Repair was actually my first with a mechanic outside of my own family, and it was fantastic! I was really impressed with price, timeliness, and quality. Greg and his staff were actually able to get my car repaired a day earlier than expected, even without an appointment. The estimated cost beforehand was also really accurate. I was so impressed with the way I was treated. When I brought my van in they listened to me and took notes on everything that it was doing. Greg's Auto Repair got recommended to me because I had just had a terrible experience with a different local mechanic, and I am so glad I went. The problems with my van were actually figured out and fixed in a very timely manner and it runs good as new now! All I can say is thank you so much!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They took substantially longer than what we were told. Then they didn't put a hose clamp back on rightso the hose fell off and we lost all our coolant and we ended up stranded out of town. The business owner did absolutely nothing to make it right or really even apologize for their mistake. 10 out of 10 would not recommend and definitely will never use them again.

Had a brake seize up on my way through interstate 80 on a road trip and gave Greg a call, was able to limp my way there and he had me fixed up in an hour and a half so I could get back on the road. I was expecting to pay a premium for the quick service but was very glad for a reasonable bill. Definitely recommend this shop.

Greg has the most reasonable pricing in town. I got a second opinion on some 'required maintenance' that another shop in town said I needed. Greg and his crew inspected the vehicle, and about 80% of the work didn't need to be done. He tallied up everything like the other shop, and was less than half the cost of the competitor. Greg's is THE PLACE to go!

My 95 Bronco developed an issue with engine pulleys driving from Denver to Minneapolis. I found Greg's Auto Repair (easy location to highway) and Greg diagnosed my problem, gave me a fair estimate of time and money to fix, repaired the issue and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. I can't thank Greg and his staff enough for their honesty, hard work and integrity. I highly recommend his shop if you are in need of anything auto service related. Thanks again Greg

I just moved to kearney from omaha, and have only been here for 4 days and my car decided to make an ugly noise everytime I turned it on. I believed it was the starter. I took it to Greg's on recommendation from family, and I was not disappointed. They got my car in asap, fixed the issue, and it wasn't that expensive! I am happy u found a good car place here in kearney that I can take my car to when it needs serviced.Service: Electrical repair

I've gone to Greg's Auto for good quality, fair and honest work. Greg is the best there is in Kearney for jobs on both domestic or foreign, older or newer vehicles, major jobs or oil changes. Also he has great deals on tires.

I couldn't have asked for better service. I hit a deer at 3:30 am. Spoke to Greg by 8-am. The truck was towed, major repairs done, and delivered back to the motel I was stranded at 16 miles from town. I was back on the road by two pm. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Kind of hard to find a place to park but that's why they're busy.... I would say in my own opinion that this is one of the best in the city. I was recommended there for my friend and I've been a customer now for over 10 years.Fair and honest and most of all the staff is friendly...

I absolutely hate the fact that I had to put one star took my daughter-in-law's car in there today to have rear brake pads put on and specifically told them not to do anything else without calling me first because I was on a fixed income and when we got there to pay the bill it was a lot more than what they had quoted to me they had done other things to the car than what I asked to be done and never called me one time and when I went back all they had to say well no one told me why I thought he called you would not recommend to any female to go there because they feel like they can take advantage of the females that go in there it's pretty sad

Greg can be proud of his new building, but he is so busy the outside parking still sucks. Greg's auto is honest and prompt.

An honest mechanic who pulls no punches. Greg is genuine and helpful. The insightful, experienced, and hard working staff treat customers the same as Greg does (well).
