Incredible experience!! A car dealership that cares is so refreshing, this is why I came from a neighboring state. My salesman Brad Spady is awesome. Always answers phone and has kept me updated on my new car purchase. You don t want to go anywhere else, trust me. Brad Spady is an A-1 salesman! Bought my first diesel truck from him in 2003 and he sold my daughter her first brand new 2022 Trailblazer. I had an airbag issue with my 2014 Buick Enclave, that could not be fixed from a different shop after 3 visits. Harchelroad motors became involved and found the issue quickly. They kept me informed of everything, had wonderful customer service, professionalism, and were fair! Would be my first choice next time.

Our vehicle was transfered to this dealership from a sister dealership in Ogallala.� Even though they were short staffed, these guys rose to the occasion to get a transmission delivered and installed in a timely fashion.� We were super impressed and greatly appreciated their ability to squeeze us in since we were stranded 13.5 hours from home towing a Jeep.

Friendly experience and they are all about customer service. Dillon hooked me up with a great vehicle and Alex got me through all the paperwork involved.I have bought two vehicles from them now. It has been a great experience both times. They were both new vehicles, a 2016 Equinox and a 2017 Colorado. It has been an awesome experience. I get my vehicles serviced there also and always have a good experience. They get me in quickly and help me out.

I was blown away by the service I received today on my Lexus! $99 for an incredible alignment that has improved the performance of my car 110%. But I also got a wash and polish job, complete with interior cleaning!! Great job Harchelroad team!! Service manager was tops!!

Tremendous people to work with and I was treated like Harchelroad Motors wanted me to be a customer right as I walked in the door. Quick and easy getting all the paperwork done. I live a couple hours away but I will for sure continue to buy vehicles from Brad and Dillon. Thanks again Harchelroad Motors!

This experience is how vehicle buying used to be. I traveled from Denver for this trade and purchase. I will make the trip again when we are ready for our next vehicle.Dillon delivered on everything he promised. The process was quick and easy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have to say that we had a good service everybody there was in a good mood makes you feel good and you feel like being there did everything to help get things put together ready to go recommend them for any other vehicles if you need them we're going to be looking for something a little newer later on for a car and we would look in there to see what they have

Used cars are over priced by $2,500 to $3,000 according to KBB. Dillon wouldn't call me back with any status updates with the malibu I was interested in. Taking business elsewhere
