Always pleasant deal with. Courteous and dropped me off at my work. Dropped the vehicle off at my work when completed. Straightforward and knowledgeable. Always willing to discuss all repairs. Highly recommend.

I had done business with Jerry for the last 3 years. I'd always been pleased until this last time. I have always paid in full each time for every service. He refused to order tires even though I'd pay weather they are under warranty or not. I'm stranded out of town. He refused to order until he sees them in person even though I bought the 4 tires from him I have on the car now. He insulted me . I was absolutely stunned at how rude he was. . I am more than disappointed .

Jerry is the owner and unfortunately he doesn't work with a guy named Tom. He now works with Professional tire people. I recently brought in an old pickup and he told me he couldn't replicate the problem. His team is good. The front entrance could use a little rearranging, but i will continue to employ their services.

I called them told them what going on. I told them when I push on the brake I heard rubbing noise. I took my vehicle up to Rapid Lube and the they brought me back to my apt. They brought my vehicle back to my apt when they got done with my vehicle. They have great customer service. Now it runs fine.No noise

I have been going to Rapid Lube for many years now. I can take my car in and get it serviced and if something else is needing fixed, they call and let me know, (now I trust them enough that they pretty much go ahead and fix something that needs fixed because they know I will want it fixed :) I am glad that I can be confident enough to have someone fix my car and be fair and trustworthy. Also, I like being able to go online to their website and request an appointment that way for the next day. Highly recommend.

The service was OK. The tires are very good. But the pricing is not good I can get tires online or other places for 25 to 50% cheaper this is not good. Also my truck is shimmying it's like I'm getting a massage while I'm driving 60 to 65 miles an hour it will go back in to get looked at. At any job once you get done repairing something you have to run it or take it out for a drive so you know that it works correctly I do that at my job. I expect nothing less on anything else that I take in to get repaired.

These guys are great! In the last couple of months we have used them twice for spur of the moment tire repairs. Always very accommodating and flexible. We highly recommended for all your tire needs.

Used to take my vehicles here for everything but recently took my new car to them to change the oil and they ended up scratching up the side of my car somehow and when I confronted them they denied it and are refusing to take care of the damages done! I would still continue business there and possibly recommend them but they are to irresponsible to own up and do what is right! And to top that off they are turning my bill over to collections because I told them I wasn t paying my bill until they take care of the damages done to my car!

Jerry and his staff very helpful. Had engine light come on, they got me right in. Told me in detail what the codes meant, and gave me advice on what to do.

From out of town was trying to get a price on brake pads the guy i talked to was telling me on the phone i need pads and rotors told him i just wanted pads he insites i nees rotors as well and i fold him i dont need rotors just the pads and if i was back in omaha id do it myself and he got real rude and hung up on me not the best coustmer service really disappointed in this id this is the way out of towners get treated when they come here
