They quoted me a price and I accepted and made an appointment then I called the next day to see if I could come a day early. He told me that they didn't have y tires yet but he could sell me some that were 100$apiece more than the originals and I said I would go to wallmart.and hung up. 5 minutes later he called me and said they had been ordered and should be there at 10 am. I got there and tried to pay but he didn't want to take my money yet. They finished the job and tried to add a hundred bucks to the quoted price. I showed him the printed quote and he said that they didn't add a disposal fee I said that wasn't my problem I would only pay the quoted price and he said I would have to dispose of the tires myself and had his guy bring them out and stacked them behind my vehicle I got in and he asked if I wanted him to load them I said no and drove away leaving the tires right there. I will never shop there again and would recommend nobody does cause they bait and switch.very dishonest practices

I went to the Holdrege store for help getting a sheet metal screw out of my tire. I got on very short notice, the service was quick and good. The shop waiting area was clean. The man who helped me was friendly. The price was very reasonable. I am very happy with my experience.

Very professional, friendly and services rendered in a timely manner. Took my mother's as well as my car for a tire change. Answered all questions I had, service was great, and quick. Would highly recommend.

My experience was excellent. I was able to easily get an appointment, my vehicle was serviced promptly/at the scheduled time and the work was done thoroughly/professionally. Dylan was courteous and helpful. I will return again.

Low tire, small nail. No appointment. Got me right in (15 minute wait), tire fixed in about 15 minutes. Friendly service. I was very impressed.

Arrived Tuesday at 5:15 pm (posted closing time was 6pm) looking to purchase a set of tires as we were having trouble while crossing country. Apparently they must have closed early today which is their right to do.But once we realized two employees were inside watching us put a spare tire on even though they were supposed to be open based on their posted hours...Thanks for the help!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the two gentlemen that helped me today! I arrived about 20 minutes before closing with a suspicious whine in my right rear wheel. These guys found the problem in no time (bad brake pad) and stayed late to fix it! I am so grateful for their politeness. They could have easily been frustrated and short with me due to the time but treated me with kindness and respect! Thank you so much for helping me out!

Great Service. Pulled in at 12:45 pm. I figured they were eating lunch. I pulled in and just waited. Gentleman's came out and put me ahead of his lunch. By 1:06 pm flat was fixed and I was on my way to my next Dr. Appointment. I'll be back the next time I need some serviceFriendly, Professional, and curtious. Thank you again.

The employee that assisted on an after hours emergency, to fix a flat was awesome. His attentiveness, kindness, and willingness to help were great. It was imparitive that I got to my flight in Omaha and he made it happen. A+ to your team!

Great place when your in need of tires or maybe you just need to borrow a jack or something and can do the repair yourself. The service truck operator goes above and beyond to help everyone from what I heard and noticed. Wish there were more service truck operators just like him. Sad that he felt he needed to transfer stores to be successful. Now I have to find someone else to work on my stuff when I'm in the area. Good luck to the operater. I feel Nebraskaland in Holdrege has lost a great asset to their business and the Nebraskaland store he transfered to has gained a great asset to their business. Atleast I know when I'm on I-80 near Lexington I can call Nebraskaland Lexington and I'll have great service from people who care about me and my equipment. Thank you.
