They didn't have the part but were friendly, helpful and redirected me to other options. Appreciated the help as I was stranded two days in Holdrege w/a disabled car. Two thumbs up and 4 stars .

Attention! I don't mind telling you,in fact I am proud to tell you that the employees at this location went above and beyond good Samaritan status. While traveling I developed a coolant leak. I know a little about engines and their problems but I couldn't locate where the leak was originating. The feller at Napa looked as well and we think we know approximately where. The great part about them is that he told two of the ladies working there and they took time to call around and try to find a shop to take a look at my truck for me. I hadn't spent any money and they really went to bat for me. I'm sure they expected nothing in return. Hats off to these fine people.

This staff of Japan's are always busting out of energy to great you as you enter. Their service is beyond par! Thanx Dale/Ryan, you guys are the greatest.

Misleading labeling on a Napa battery charger lead me to think I was buying a 6v/12v. After reading tiny print after buying and unboxing the unit I find that the output is only ever 6v.

Great help and the counter guys gave me a great idea and turned a 120 dollar repair into about 6 bucks.
