When I started going here, it was alright. I am happy with the parts department but not with the service department. Two out of the last three Itimes went in for a service or repair, I was not given a call after it was done. The last oil change appointment resulted in a check engine warning.

We enjoyed buying our vehicle from Chance. He's very personable and kind. The whole staff was so good to us and very accommodating. We traded in our old vehicle and Mike, who detailed it , found my mother's wedding ring that she had lost at least 5 years ago! She was so thrilled to get it back and we are so grateful for Mike's honesty. We feel everyone at Lee Janssen has made our experience worthwhile. Whenever we need a vehicle, that's the first place we'll go again.

Bought 2 cars from them and had them fix a vehicle to trade with them. Had a great experience and they even let me drive one of their cars while mine was there. The owner Dave is very friendly and treats you like a friend rather then just a payday!! Will keep going there first cause i know the job is done rite!!

The hard working and personable staff at Janssen Chevy really made the car buying experience quick and enjoyable. They listened to our requests and superseded our expectations! They knowing about respect or loyalty a joke of dealership and service I wouldn t trust a toy car with them even if it was still in the box!!!! My sister brought a vehicle from them that was great reliable it s been in their shop for 9 out of the 12 months she has owned it with them saying nothing is wrong or no word at all on what s going on take it some else to have a second opinion done almost 8000 dollars worth of work needing done on it take it back to them they still swore nothing was wrong till shown the other shops diagnosticThen they finally seen the issue we had to take it there due to the warranty then it took them months to even start working on it and still not running ok my mother took her vehicle there also and they priced her for the most expensive part it could be wrong with it without even moving it from the spot we parked it when dropped it off it was there for 3 months and never moved the battery was so died we had to replace when we decided to go get it because it still had been looked at every time we called we got the ran around or no one had no idea what vehicle we were talking about or told multiple time over months that the mechanic was on vacation sounds to me someone who truly cares about the community needs to take over there and get the bad apples out of that shop before the whole tree needs cut done I ve heard of many people having issues going there!

Great service! Very helpful in answering all my questions and explained every thing well; especially as a new buyer. Side note, do your research on vehicles and finances before walking in so you know value and good questions to get answered.Chance was great at checking in with new buyers post purchase.

i gave this 5 stars but i m now giving it 1. i bought a 16 chevy malibu in november from here. get home and one windshield wiper was broke, i had no spare tire or jack that came with my car (my fault for not checking) we had to call down to get my jack and spare tire. i m only complaining because of course i should of checked, but shouldn t that stuff be in there before you sell a vehicle? Anyways a couple days after i buy the car i have to buy 2 new tires for it, because there are big bulges in 2 of the tires. i bought the car with a broken grill and was told it was only about a $200 fix. i took it in, and turns out the whole bumper is broken, and if i ever want a grill to fit in correctly i will need to buy a whole new bumper. there is something obviously wrong with the transmission, it doesn t like to switch gears while speeding up or slowing down. Overall i m very disappointed how this car has turned out. i ve had it for 5 months and it s been nothing but problems. i m very disappointed as this was my first time buying a car.

Such great service and honesty! We traveled 3 hours away to buy a pickup from them! If you want great service and never felt pressured. Plus clean vehicles, you much shop here for a vehicle!! Ask for Chance and Grant!

We have a one month old baby and the misses needed a new car, I bought a Lincoln Navigator, although used it was a 2011 and was promised it was recently through their shop. I took the car home on a trailer and the next day the vehicle would not start. They told me I would have to trailer it back and I would have to pay them to fix it. While the price was a couple thousand higher than I ended up paying, I had just handed over a substantial amount of cash I've been saving for quite a long time. Haven't received any form of help. Still doesn't start in the morning.

This is the place to buy vehicles if you want a total customer service experience! I can't say enough about how pleased I am. I called and talked with Milan. He worked the deal and I am very happy. I worked with Joey in the business office. He made things easy. We had the deal done over the phone. When I arrived I was very welcoming. I met most of the staff, including the owner who thanked me for doing business with them. I am Very Pleased and would come back again and again.

I traveled 70 miles to Lee Janssen motor company, in Holdrege, mainly because Brandy the service person that helped me with my car and appointment setting was so accommodating and helpful.After arriving, Jason was very professional and Brandy was just as accommodating in person. I had been told by another shop that I needed a $3,200 transmission. Their technician Joe diagnosed my problem as engine mounts and I installed two brand new engine mount spending$250 instead of $3,000+.Would highly recommend this dealership and shop!
