This place is awesome!! My daughter and I went to look at a car. Sadly it wasn't quite right for her. But Deron (sorry if I didn't spell your name correctly) got us the perfect vehicle for her!! I have never had as pleasant of an experience buying a vehicle as I did with Deron! Everyone at this dealership was really excellent and Deron made us completely happy and comfortable with our new vehicle!!Thank you to the team at Janssen! We will definitely be buying more vehicles from them in the future!

Thank you to all for helping me and my roommate with getting this awesome car! Drove it home today and man it is really nice! Everything that you said it was! This is the third vehicle I have bought from a janssens store. (One in mccook location, one in north platte location and the other in holdrege) Not trying to talk down on the other stores but the Holdrege store was the best car buying experience I have had hands down!! They make you feel like family and were so helpful!! Hands down recommend Janssens and son Ford!

We had a great experience at Janssen Ford. We were looking for some very specifics in a new pickup. Deron and Travis did a lot of searching. They kept us informed and worked to get our purchase in before the end of the year which helped us get the rebates. We appreciate their work and recommend Janssen Ford if you're looking for a vehicle

I am incredibly grateful to the staff at Janssen & Sons Ford, Jessie and Josh in particular, for their grace and diligence with my situation. My previous car had been stolen and subsequently totaled. I was pretty heartbroken and not eager to go through the car-buying process again, but these two made it as painless as possible and I never felt as if my needs weren t a priority to them. Every interaction was wonderful and we were able to resolve my issues pretty expeditiously. My new 2019 Ford Fusion is operating very well and I m happy to call it mine. Kudos!

Took car in for what turned out to be a recall situation on the drivers side front door. Told a new door was needed to fix the problem. Told door would come matching color of car. Door comes in, not correct color. Wasted trip again! Told door would be reordered, got phone call saying door was damaged and needed to be repaired before paint, wasn t informed they were going to paint it per previous information saying door would be correct color when ordered. Took car in on a Thursday to get painted door installed, two hour job I was told. Phone call, car not done until Friday, call on Friday saying not done until following Tuesday!!! Twenty days, or more to get two hour job done on my car!! Ridicules!!! Happy with salesman that sold car to me, service sucks!! This wasn t the first time when it has taken several appointments to get same issue fixed! So done with this dealerships service! Not hard to drive to Minden or Kearney for service since Holdrege can t ever seem to get it right the first, or second, or even the third time!!

We purchased two new vehicles from this dealership. Overall, the experience was pleasant. There's really nothing to complain about from our visit.The trade-in value that we got on our vehicles was a little underwhelming. However, it was fair.I personally worked with Jesse, and he was a very helpful and friendly individual. We were able to talk and chit-chat, and I will happily do business with him again. When purchasing my new pickup, I forgot a few things and made a few small mistakes on my end, and since then Jesse has been helping me out along the way, and he has worked with me to get certain personal belongings back to me and ensure that I am happy and satisfied with my experience. I appreciate his thoughtfulness and his communications with me and keeping me updated and in the loop.When purchasing two new vehicles, the process took longer than expected. We were at the dealership for about 5 hours, signing paperwork and waiting on the finance companies, including Ford Financials, to get back to us. However, in everybody's defense, this was a Saturday afternoon.So far, I have visited five different janssen's locations, and I have purchased vehicles from multiple of them. This location so far has given me the best experience from this company. I'm definitely going to buy future vehicles from this Holdrege location.

I was pleased that they got me in right away. I was VERY DISSATISFIED that too mechanics got my car and took it for a joyride after balancing one tire. There is no reason to take the car anywhere for a single tire rotation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store to treat their customer's vehicles respectfully. They were doing highway speeds before they reach the end of the property line.

Deron and everyone that was involved in our buying process was amazing. They took the the time and explained everything very well. We were treated like family. Deron knew alot about my Ford Bronco Sport and helped me setup everything to get me going on the road, even blue toothing phone/ Ford Pass app.

Vehicle wouldn't start. I'm a new customer. Called Janssen and had it towed in. This was Saturday morning. They looked at it Monday morning and called by 11 with their findings. I approved the repair. And by Tuesday afternoon it was fixed. I picked up the truck after hours. I looked over the invoice and noticed that they had fixed s couple of recalls. I was very impressed with all they. I will be bringing all my repairs. Way better service than the two dealerships in the area. I will be telling all my friends to go to them for service.

The staff were pretty amazing here. Jessie was an amazing sales person and his boss was super helpful as well. With the help of the 2 of them they were able to help my mom and I get me into a new vehicle with very little hassle. I will be back in the future to purchase another vehicle from them

Jessie did us right A-Z with answers to all of our questions and allowing us to look at vehicles on your other lots as well. Being an "Old" sales guy from a different industry, Jessie's first impression was probably the difference maker. We had arrived on the lot at closing time a couple weeks back on our first visit to Janssen Ford. We knew it was closing time, but the pleasant surprise was Jessie taking time to acknowledge us out on the lot anyway. He gave us his card and we chatted for a few minutes as we were just window shopping at the time. Our experience all the way through to signing the papers was a pleasant one. No pressure or any "tactics" from anyone. Service in texts, calls, follow-ups and more shows you all care about the customer. Thank you Jessie. You made getting our vehicle a painless and easy process. Thanks also to all who were involved in the closing process as well. We'll be back for our vehicle maintenance and Janssen's will be our first stop on any future vehicle shopping needs ...... Todd & Teresa

We had been shopping around for a little while for a specific vehicle and one hit Janssen & Sons lot, which we found online. We put an inquiry in right away and were contacted the next day about it. The price we were offered was literally unbeatable anywhere as we resulted to Janssen & Sons due to prices in our state being a little outrageous! Travis and Mike over there took great care of us in completing the online sale and having everything arranged to make the purchase process nearly seamless! They even took care of a recall that came out for the vehicle one day before it was to be shipped. They remained in constant contact with us at all times and answered all our questions. If we are ever in the market again for another vehicle, we are surely going to start here before looking anywhere else. Due to the great service and prices here, we'll likely not have to look anywhere else anyway! Thanks everyone at Janssen & Sons!!!

This is the third vehicle that I've purchased through Janssen Ford in Holdrege. My daughter has also been a customer. They have always worked hard to meet our expectations and overcome obstacles. Travis Shriner makes it an easy buying experience and I always feel like I'm treated fairly. This last purchase was a little out of the ordinary but with the same great result. Thanks!

On 01/30/21 I was taking my mother from iowa to Arizona in a dodge truck. I was having issues with vibration and it was way to cold to work on the truck outside while traveling. They balanced and rotated my tires cleaned my truck everything. Looked it over knowing how far we were going. They were amazing and very awesome. I work on my own cars don't usually let anyone touch them. But I would never be afraid to take my vehicle here very honest and caring.

Not the best exsperiance had 2000 dollars worth of work for an elignment to be done on my work truck... There machine was not able to do it so instead of telling me they charged me and then two weeks later when I noticed the new tires getting eating is when they told me they new it wasnt done right and still charged me .... It honestly was a horrible experience.. they refunded the alignment and replaced a tire but the point being knowing you didn't fix something and then charge a customer for it and not say a word was very poor ethics and I don't recommend I will never go back for work on one my vehicles again

Great customer service! We found a vehicle Janssen had on their website but wasn't currently there. They went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was there to test drive. Great purchasing experience, and our salesman Deron was great! Thank you Janssen, we will be back for future purchases!

Again, dissatisfied customer with Janssen's ordered parts made it extremely clear that I needed them by the very next day. Show up the next day around noon to find out when they will be there. They inform me they were never ordered. I don't know why it's so difficult for this company to hire competent people in parts or sales every time I've dealt with this company. I've never had a good experience unless it's with the Dodge dealership in holdrege
