What a joke. Daughter trying to get back to Omaha. Her battery light was on. Took in to check battery. They were asking her what they should do. You guys are supposed to know what to do, not her. When she picked it up they told her no charge for charging a battery. Car died on her outside of Omaha. Her boyfriend called Walmart in Hastings and they said they didn't charge the battery. They didn't do anything at all. I don't think they know much of anything there. I would give no stars if I could.

Every time I go there and deal with one employee named Chris the experience is not good. He is really rude to everyone he deals with. Can t have that many bad days. Always tells everyone it will be way longer then it actually takes like he is trying to turn customers away with long wait time. Was sitting in the waiting room and it seems he treats everyone rudely. Otherwise the other employees are not bad to deal with.Service: Tires

I wouldn't take a tricycle over there to have them work on it they don't take responsibility for screwing up I had them overfill my power steering pump and busted the hose and they're like we didn't do that The caliber the people they hire in the auto department is unbelievable

Walmart associates were very helpful, knowledgeable. Oil change was fast and friendly. I had a conversation with the manager apparently they have been super short staffed so some days there's a long wait. But that's what is happening everywhere, just need to be patient with people.

If you have 2 hours to waste come here, if you got things to do Hastings Ford Lincoln Service is just down the road a bit.

They didn't fix my tire. They refused and didn't even attempt to. I'm very disappointed with their lack of effort.

Places okay for changing tires, I wouldn't really trust them to do much more. I personally took my car there to get the oil changed once and my cigarette lighter ended up missing. My husband took his car there to get the oil changed and then never put the plug back in. My friend check her car there to have the wheels rotated and they never put back on her custom valve stem covers.

Was told 45 minutes to get my car in for a flat repair at 12:05pm. At 2 pm I got my car back. As a daughter to a mechanic didn't think it took over an hour to patch one leak.

Horrible experience, the worst customer service. Don't waste your time or money. It always takes 2 hrs longer then what they tell you and the manager doesn't do anything or apologize about it. They need to get management and workers that care about their jobs and customers.

If you need a battery tested request the big tester or they just tell you it's good, especially if it's warranty. Why bother using the small one if the test isn't accurate? ?

One of the biggest d-marts I have seen in a long time and the store still did not have any navy blue dress shirts. However, the store did have the oil that I needed for the jammer.

Never have enough people staffed in the auto center after 5... 3 times this last week I have gone in and been turned away because they told me they only had 1 guy working

It's pretty awsome store I love it there's nice workers there and they have the things I needed for cooking and stuff. It's just like any other store only cheaper
