Quick Lane is the only shop who has serviced my car since I purchased it new in 2018. They have always done a great job. They do a full inspection with each oil change. They alert me to up and coming problems and repairs. I appreciate there service and attention to details very much. They also offer a valet service of pick up and delivery of your vehical incase you find yourself unable to do so. I just used that valet service for the first time. It worked out great for me! I recommend it.

I have always had great experiences with their service. Whether emergency tire repair at 8 am or routine oil changes they have met expectations every time.

Jason was very friendly, and they were quick to fix my tire when I was in a hurry. Courtesy shuttle took me to grab some breakfast and the tire was ready by the time I got back. Price was lower than I have paid elsewhere. Superb and professional service

Nice quick place to get tires mounted and balanced. Checked to make sure the tires I had were correct since they were slightly less wide. Gave me a free inspection of my car and vacuumed it. I'll be back again when I need tires

I arrived a few minutes early 20 to be exact and they took my vehicle in right away. They called as soon as it was done. They were friendly, courteous, cooperative and very informative. Austin and his team today we're rock stars. My son had a low beam bulb burnt out on his durango. He's a college kiddo with no tools etc. He called Quick lane to see if they could help put the bulb he bought, in for him. He made an appointment, took it in and 30 minutes its done. They charged him only labor which was less than the light. WOW! No taking advantage of or any hassle whatsoever. Thank you for helping him out! They saved the day!

Way too expensive for full synthetic oil change. 107 bucks for Motorcraft. My windows were not cleaned, no vacuum and I bet the fluids were not topped off or even checked.I won't be back..Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The Quick Lane team is awesome. Very punctual and professional every time I go in. They offer a courtesy ride if I need to be anywhere during my service time. Couldn't recommend them enough! Started getting my vehicle service there several years ago and have gone there every time until I moved from Hastings. They even sent over my service history after I moved cities.

They took great care of my old Jeep I was needing some tires installed before winter they did check everything else out let me know my brakes were almost gone which I very much appreciate. Quick service just like the name says! I have had my work vehicle serviced here multiple times and the service is great. The techs, in my opinion, are above average for a quick lube. Coffee and pop available for customers during the wait. Comfy, plush chairs inside for the wait along with cable TV. Again, a great shop for a quick lube and tire rotate. They do have pretty good tire sales several times a year as well. Check it out!

called to see about getting my tires filled due to the fact that none of the three gas stations had a working air pump. My light was on and i needed it done before work. Filled for free and pretty fast too. Have also bought and got a new tire installed for a decent price. Always polite people.

Taylor was very professional and thorough in explaining the items that needed called to my attention during an oil change. This young man took the time to make my time as a valued customer feel very much appreciated and I know what to watch for after my service was performed. I would highly recommend the services of Hastings Ford Lincoln Quick Lane where the service was detailed and friendly at an affordable price. I will return and recommend that you give them a try for sure.

I continue to be impressed with Quick Lane! I took my daughter s car in early this morning for an oil change and to check a tire with low pressure. She lives out of town so I don t have much time to make sure her car is ready to go when she leaves. I showed up, worried about her tire especially, and left with the peace of mind that her car and tire were in good hands, and ready to drive safely for a few more thousand miles. Thank you Quick Lane! I enjoyed your company!

The service was Great but upon checkout the service writer went thru the things that were done and told me my cabin air filter was a little dirty at which time I advised him I had just changed it a week ago. I checked my glove compartment and nothing had been moved so it is hard to check when it is behind the glove compartment. I now question what was done. Was every thing done or not?Service: Oil change

I have now switched all of my vehicles to Quick Lane. The people working here are so informative and thorough. They are quick and honest. I appreciate how they conduct business and talk to people. I have told all of my friends about their price match on tires so they can check them out too.

Went to get a oil change, nice atmosphere and techs and employees. Got done with the oil change on my way back to Grand island were I reside, check engine light comes on I m freaking out I do not like that light... called back and spoke to the guy that set my oil change and gonna go there tomorrow which would be a Saturday informed me that maybe the tech bumped a sensor which triggers it possible. Honoring the can resolve the issue my first time coming here as well m.

I frequently get my oil changed here and recently got new tires from Quick Lanes. The manager made sure to get me the best tires for my car and driving situation at the most affordable price. The staff is always very agreeable, respectful, and conscientious of the customer.

I can not say enough about how helpful they are here. My son is is at school in Hastings and had problems with his truck. They were kind enough to go across the street, get his truck started and take it to the shop and fix. Sure, it's quick. But, if you want your brakes done right, then don't go there. I've never heard of or seen a professional shop do brakes by only changing out the pads, especially on rotors that had been hitting the squealers for awhile. They never asked us any questions about "saving money". We knew the rotors, at the least, needed turned, possibly replaced, neither was done. So, who knows how long the new pads will last. Not impressed and I wouldn't go back...except, of course, I got a warranty on my tires that also don't feel right, and I'm considering having them checked somewhere else. If they're wrong (aka wrong size, not balanced, etc) I'll update and remove the other star...

I am super pleased with Hastings Ford. The customer service is outstanding. I am female and love the way they treat me with respect and don't make me feel stupid and especially since I don't know anything about cars/trucks. Nick is the best guy ever and deserves a raise. Taylor, you are such a polite young man. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to and will continue to do so. Thanks guys!! We got tires from my son thru Nick and even my husband came home and said he knows why I like it here so much!!

Manager met me at the door stating they had no available appointments. He stated die to covid-19 the office was limited so did not permit me to enter the lobby. He offered a time several days out, which was not what I needed. I used a different garage to get the necessary oil change and rotation in grand island. Jiffy lube provides better service and value!

Came in to get a flat repair on one of my tires. Sat here for an hour and then finally someone comes to tell me that they can t get my tire off the wheel, I get that they are low profile but come on really? You re a tire and auto center you should be able to get a tire off the rim this is not the first time tires have come off the wheel so obviously it s possible. They said they will try again after I told them that it can definitely be done and I m sitting here an hour later and still nothing 2 and a half hours+ and I m still waiting for 1 tire to be repaired. This is unacceptable. I will not be come here againService: Tires

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and one of my lugs on my wheel was stripped out. In the process of trying to remove it, there was damaged to the wheel. So they replaced the lug, stud and wheel for no charge and no hassle on my end. And while they were ordering the new wheel, they gave us a brand new rental car free of charge! I appreciate their integrity and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you to all the hard working employees at Quick Lane.

Brad was awesome and very informative. Took my vehicle in for "the works" and ended up needing 2 new tires. He helped hook me up with 4 new tires, even price matched them for me and saved me money. My alignment was done ahead of schedule. Very satisfied

They are always the best. No hassle, no bs, no trying to sell you something that doesn't need to be done. Always honest and trustworthy. If I wasn't so far away it would be the only place I go to for oil and tires. Thanks for being awesome guys!

Very Trustworthy place. These guys were very honest and charged very fair for a simple fix in my car. I like how they are first come, first serve as well. They got me car in and out in a sufficient amount of time.

I just needed some air in a couple tires, a young man stopped what he was doing as soon as he saw me to find out what I needed. He quickly got what he needed and even answered a few questions I had. Very nice, professional, and speedy. I'll definitely be back!

I stopped in with the concern that my car was riding rough and ask them to check it out to make sure it was safe for me to drive home. I found out my tires were starting to wear out and winning replacement in the near future. Very professional and very kind helpful service technicians.
