I recently purchased a hook truck from Pioneer Equipment and the truck was 100 percent represented correctly from Brandon. I took a flight out from Michigan not knowing if the truck would be what they said it was. I did a pretrip of the truck and everything worked and we made it home safely.Thank you Brandon and Grandma for making this transaction nice and smooth and selling me a quality truck for my business.

Pioneer Equipment is the best in the business. I purchased a grain hopper sight unseen. There were several pictures showing every angle of the trailer and the descriptions of the trailer were honest and accurate. No matter where you're at, you can't go wrong buying equipment from these guys!

Purchased a straight truck to use as a bulk feed truck on our farm from Pioneer Equipment. Drove 5 hours to look it over. I had our mechanic on the phone and looked over the truck the best we could. They claimed the truck was Ready to work and had been through their shop and inspected properly. Purchased as it was and it and drove home knowing there was a few small things that needed attention. Brought the truck to our mechanics and there was a frightening long list of things that were just brushed over to make it look good on the lot. We spent over $17,000 to get it repaired properly. We reached out to Pioneer Equipment and they sent a check for about 10% of our repair bill. We got along with them alright, but would not recommend them in the future if their shop is willing to gloss over and hide issues that need attention.

We purchased a straight truck from Pioneer Equipment and had a tire blow out less than 10 miles on our way home. We drove back to Pioneer Equipment and they promptly(60 minutes) put on a different tire and replaced the inside tire as well do to some tire cracks and we where back on the road home. Great service Pioneer Equipment!!!

Have worked with Jeff and his employees closely for a while looking for just the right truck for my operation and I couldn't be any more satisfied. With my recommendation, Local Village bought a work truck for the utility department to use that had everything they needed. Rust Free, Low miles, and clean in (and out) both trucks. I look forward to continuing business with Jeff and his employees.

Bought a grain truck from here and had it delivered because I live 11 hours away and got the truck and they didnt fix either of the things we agreed to which was fixing a turn light and taking off the muffler. He said turn signal worked when it left the shop but somehow it must have quit on it's way over here on a trailer lol. Then he told me they thought it was loud enough with the muffler on so they didnt take it off either. I didnt realize I asked for their opinion on what they thought? Now a week and a half after I got it at my house it has a major motor problem, just puking oil out one side of the motor. I call him up and see if there's anything he can do to help me and as I expected nothing. This place is an absolute joke.

Great assistance on helping find the right pieces of equipment for our operation. We do business in person and online with Blue River Trucks. It s worth giving a call when looking for a truck or trailer.
