We were traveling through, when we lost our transmission. This team was so helpful, did everything they could to get us back on the road. They went above and beyond to get us all fixed up as quickly as they could, and gave us a perfect estimation of when the work would be complete. So thankful for their diligent work. Highly recommend.

Todd is absolutely wonderful. Used karnes before we moved to Kansas and was able to call him up and ask about something we were having fixed where we live now. He explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand and retain.

Al (front office) is a good guy but the owner Todd himself is unprofessional and rude. Terrible encounter as he told me I was bringing his shop bad business when it was his shop that did the work. Blame game on the customer. Said he d shred the invoice to call it even for the work done. Hostile after asked about the job. Uncalled for and told me to leave. I did not yell and I was speechless after how he talked down to me in-front of his employees who stood there to listen.

This is the only place I have ever taken my car! Everyone who works there is super nice and knowledgeable. They are always able to fit me in right away and get any issues taken care of as soon as possible. They are very reasonably priced as well.

One of the best auto mechanics in Hastings. They are honest, skilled and knowledgeable. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else. They do not price gouge and always call and get express authorization before doing additional repairs. They don't have hidden costs or fees. Strongly recommend using them for all the vehicle repairs they can do.

Fast and friendly. Karnes has been my number one mechanic for over a year now. Since going to them they have always took such care of my van. They get your vehicle back to you sooner the later. All the men I have meet are nice and explain the issues in a understandable way giving very spot on quotes. There prices I have noticed are one of the lowest in town. What a great experience go to Karnes.

The greatest auto repair garage in Hastings and Nebraska for that matter! Had an engine go out and Todd fixed me up with a low mileage replacement engine for a price that couldn't be matched! Excellent service throughout; very thorough, and honest!! Also was very efficient, and had the motor back in and running within a couple of days! Very experienced and trustworthy, which is hard to come by these days!! I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my vehicles!!! Mark N.

Amazing service!! Family was in town for a funeral and our starter went out! They towed our van from our hotel and replaced the starter and had us on our way all within 3 hours!! Fair and reasonable pricing and exceptional service!! Thank you!!!

Rude and Unprofessional owner. Blamed the customer (who happens to be a single mother) for his mistake and raised his voice while his workers just watched.
