This is a commercial and residential glass company. After a window was broken at our business right before 5 p.m. on Monday, Brad Schutte with Howard's Glass drove the 50 miles to our location, installed the new glass installed, cleaned everything up and vacuumed, and even hung the curtain back up on Tuesday afternoon. The folks in the office, as well as Brad, were incredibly polite and knowledgeable about options and costs. The great price for the job and the quick turnaround were icing on the cake. Thank you!Hopefully we can get Google to change their business category because they are NOT an auto glass company.Service: Installation

Contacted the company in mid Nov. about a simple window replacement. Asked to be given a heads up when they would be coming out as my wife sleeps during the day and I wanted to make sure I was there. They didn't. No biggie. The kid came out and measured stuff, told me they'd have to order the part. Also no biggie. I asked him to contact me with a price, he said he would. Fast forward to early January. Never heard back. Called today spoke to a very friendly guy who said there were some issues and apparently nothing was ever ordered and he'll call me back. Missed his call a short while later and when I called back the lady who answered acted as if I was bothering her. Forget it, I'll find someone else. Hope they can get their stuff together because I prefer to support local business but not if that means I have to make 10 calls and wait two months for something so trivial.

Their service was fast. The two ladies I spoke with was friendly and professional. I had a large living room window that was broken. A snow storm was to arrive in a few hours. I asked for service at 8 am. By 11 am the installers came to my home dismounted the window, took it to the shop and replaced the glass, came back and installed the repaired window. Total job was done within 3 hours.The men who did the repair and installation was prompt and professional. The price for the job was very reasonable. I will use Howard s Glass for my future window and glass repair.

Good service, great work. The receptionist seemed a little stressed out while we were in there, but they did quick work of adding panes to a set of doors for a price less than expected. Have been before, and will continue to give them our business for future glass needs.

Called and spoke with Nancy on getting an estimate done on some glass cutting/finishing. She was extremely rude and seemed to busy to answer my questions. She said someone would stop by to give the estimate, but nobody showed. Called the next week and spoke with Marge, a different receptionist. She was just as rude and abrupt as Nancy. Marge said she would talk with Nancy and find out when someone could get us the estimate. Never heard from either of them and now I'm taking my business elsewhere, even if that means going out of town. If anyone asks for recommendations on glass service(s), I will most definitely not suggest Howard's, due to the service I received.

I would really like to give them 0 stars. Rude, snotty receptionist doesn't seems all too interested in having your business. Told me it would be several WEEKS before they'd send someone. Do yourself a favor, call ANYONE else.

Awesome service. I needed a custom pane for the top of my aquarium and the day after I called it was ready. Receptionist are very courteous and friendly.

Although they were majorly swamped for business because of the hail, they actually got my window fixed a week earlier than they had thought they would.

It seems like they don't want my money. All I needed was 2 pains of glass and some hinges for a cabinet. It has now been two weeks weeks and they still don't have it done.

Locally owned and operated, the only Glass Service in town which means sometimes you may wait for awhile. They're very busy.
