EDIT: THE NEW MANAGEMENT APPEARS TO BE TURNING THIS SHOP AROUND.My initial review is at the end. After the store reopened I had a long talk with the new owner about my experience and my disappointment with Honda overall. What happened before he took over the store couldn't be changed. But he proved to me that under his leadership this store will be better and will take great care of future customers. I am giving them the chance that they earned when the new owner was honest with me about my situation and made real efforts to improve my bad experience. Faith mostly restored, not 100%, but way better than it had been. 2 more stars for now. I bet they get back to 5 stars before to long. I hope so.BELOW WAS UNDER THE PREVIOUS LEADERSHIP.Horrible doesn't even describe it. Sales persons (2 of them) lied to me about my stuff being ready the next day. Forgot to tell me they were closed the next 2 days for inventory. Store number goes straight to voice-mail. Still says they will be closed for those days, even a week later. Honda finance and Honda Power Sports customer service said they can't do anything other than call the same number I have. Maybe this review will get a response. I DOUBT IT! unfortunately. Spent almost $20,000 on a Honda Africa and this is how they treat their customers. Sad. Thought Honda was a great product.

I really like this store. Bought my daugther a new bike there last summer. I enjoy how clean the store is and how the staff let's me look around without pressure. I also have some old school Honda dirt bikes that I like to keep OEM parts in and these guys always find parts for me. I think this is the best powersports store in the Tri-cities especially if your a Honda guy or gal.

This place is great! Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. They set me up with exactly the motorcycle I wanted. Their showroom is huge and the entire place including the back where the service gets completed is immaculate and organized! Check them out!!!

Just bought my first bike (Honda Grom) from here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a bike of their own!

This is a fantastic store! They have a big selection of Honda equipment, everything from small motors to larger bikes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the building is clean! Definitely a great addition to Hastings!

I called Honda dealers in 4 different states looking for a CRF 300L. No one had one and the wait list was months to get one. HFX had one on the floor and waited for me after hours to come get it. Great customer service! Nice people to deal with.

Purchased a new Honda Talon 1000-4 from them recently and could not be happier with my purchase. The whole staff helped me through the process and they made sure I had all the accessories and information on my new Talon. I would definitely recommend them for your next OHV purchase. I gave this a 2 star because they have good inventory and prices seem pretty good. Also the lady in the office was vey good. However my buying experience has been pretty one dimensional...bad.I ordered a UTV last fall and wanted a windshield, top snowblade and remote. The delivery date just kept getting pushed back farther and farther. I can somewhat understand this, especially with Covid but was told at one time it had been shipped but they had no way of tracking where it was. I called about a week later and still no UTV so whoever was driving the truck must have taken a cross-country trip with my UTV along for the ride. As I said, I will give them a pass on this.Next problem arose when I called later and told them to please call me when it DID come in. They assured me they would. Another 10 days. No call. So I called them. It was in! They just forgot to call me. Now they just needed to install things. To make a long story short, they didnt have all the parts for the blade. After that they informed me the blade was on but the remote had been "overlooked." Once it arrived I was told it needed to be wired in and t was "being worked on now and is the shops number 1 priority." So they had Fri. afternoon and Sat. to wire one remote in.As we sit now, the snow is supposed to start flying tonight and my UTV is still sitting in their shop where it has sat for 3 weeks!In addition, I can remember at least 3 times when I was told they would call me back...and didnt. I can understand Covid affecting deliveries but I dont think it infects phones. I was even told by an employee that this "...has been a fiasco, and not on your end either."I will update when I do get my UTV (probably around July) and let you know about the product. However my buying experience has been very underwhelming.UPDATEI have received my UTV and am happy to report this was handled very well. Employees did a fantastic job of showing me all the features of my purchase and how everything works. They were very personable and professional. They also delivered my UTV to my home. I am upgrading my rating to 4 star. There were to many problems (not Covid related) to give a 5 star but overall I am satisfied.

Besides being a Honda dealer, they have a very good selection of crash helmets. My helmet for riding my road bike was outdated and needed to be replaced. I found one that would fit my needs and had very good help from the staff selecting it. Have bought many different things in the past and will come back with future needs.

I have had my bike worked on several times and have ha nothing but great experiances, stopped in today to see about having some work done was treated VERY RUDE, didn't even want to waste their time. Sorry I'm not in your class of upity customers. Will never be back and will discourage anybody from dealing with them !

Great customer service! Awesome management and friendly staff. I purchased a Honda commercial lawn mower the manager took time to explain warranty information and proper service intervals.

I went into Hastings Honda to look at a UTV and get an idea of what I wanted. Josh, the associate that helped me was very knowlegable about the products, and their competitors products. Overall I am very pleased with the customer service I recieved. I would recomend doing buisness here.

Didn t carry anything for sport bikes inside the store. Like what. No bikes available or I would have loved to buy a CBR RR 900 or even 600cc but nada. Order only .
