Typical oreillys but nicer staff, prices are INSANE. Oil on average is $10 more expensive for the large bottle then you'll find at walmart, that's a 33% or more markup which is insane, batteries are also awful, and Walmart batteries actually are better based on Independent tests. It wasn't like this 10 years ago and it's unreal how this is happening now

I ve gotten Great service every time I ve been to this location. They always have the parts I need when I go in here and if they don t have it in stock they order it in and it s there for me by the end of the day. They are always happy to help whether it s discarding or used oil, testing a dead battery for me, replacing a part, or purchasing something new.

Needed a part for my son's car. Made the call to this O'reilly's and they were quick to get us info on what we needed. When we got there, they pulled the part and we were in and out in 5 min. Great experience

Mathias was incredibly helpful. I had to buy a battery (which it seems is always somewhat unexpected) and the old one didn't want to come out. He basically wrestled it out and put the new one in for me. I'm very grateful.

This store has by far the most helpful friendly staff of any auto parts store around. My serpentine belt broke on the interstate and once I got to the store they went above and beyond offering advice, store loaner told and one guy even let me use one of his own personal tools. Well done guys!!!

The staff here is friendly and very helpful. One staff member showed us where to find the things we were looking for and even carried them to the counter for us.I believe the store must be very well managed, because I have had similar experiences each time I have been in the store.

Worst customer service I've ever seen! Basically locked the door in my face when I was stranded and needed and item that would have taken 30 seconds to buy! I spend roughly $30,000/year with O'Reilly's and got this kind of service! I've been in business for 34 years and I would fire Brandon immediately! I will be contacting their regional manager regarding Brandon's terrible customer service! I can't imagine how much business he costs that location! I would give that location 0 stars, but this will not post unless I give them at least 1 star!

Thank you Alex for letting me in the door as you were about to close up for the night. My truck's rear brake shoes had broken about an hour earlier that evening. As I was able to get to the store right at closing time, you could have sent me home until morning. Instead you let me in and had all the parts necessary for me to replace my brakes that evening. Really appreciated that!

Arrogant staff they think they know everything. Needed a battery changed for work vehicle and they handed me a wrench. I was told they would do it.Also unhelpful with finding paint codes.

Horrible customer service, had an employee tell me that s he s done more breaks in his life that I ve ever seen. Not professional at all. Not giving any tips or trying to help by any means. You can feel the ego of his personality across the room..

Got what I needed quickly. Reason for two stars is the gentleman whom helped me was arrogant. I came up to the counter and he acted like I interrupted him, and he had an attitude. Most definitely will not be shopping at the Gretna store anymore.

The guys at the Gretna location are excellent! I have been to every location in Omaha and CB many times and the gretna location is by far the most friendly and knowledgeable. They go over and beyond just handing parts over the counter.

I wish they would have honored my 4.99 purchase rather than having to buy another item to get my 5.00 Oreilly's reward coupon minimum 5.00; in the past they honored it.
