OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The Grenta store went out of their way to help us get back on the road when we were 3 hours from home, delivering our parts and even loaning us a few tools. We were so impressed with their kindness. Thank you NAPA!!

Went in to get a sensor (couldn't find motorcraft brand). Good service. Installed sensor made problem worse. Went to return and was accused of swapping the part out for another. Clerk said it doesn't look like ours.

The guys that work here are all very helpful. Went in on a rainy day 15 minutes before closing time to get new wiper blades. The nice man even put them on the car for me!
