Buying a vehicle is always stressful but I have to say, our salesman Michael and Travis who handles the paperwork made our purchase very easy. Michael did a great job with explaining features and answering questions we had! Travis was very thorough in explaining all the paper work and answered all questions regarding the warranty. Both of these men were great to work with. As to the dealership, they carry some beautiful and well cared vehicles. I definitely would highly recommend contacting Michael for your next vehicle purchase!

Shaun and Brad helped me buy my first off road vehicle. The Can-am Defender was in pristine condition and had numerous upgrades. With Shaun s overwhelming knowledge of these types of vehicles, he was able to provide a detailed walkthrough/test drive. Shaun also has an immense background with all types of vehicles and is a highly recommended salesman to work with!Brad was able to efficiently process my credit app and followed through with an amazing deal - I got a GREAT deal!Strongly recommend this dealership due to their wide variety of inventory and staff ready to help everyone find the right vehicle.

10/10 best experience we ve ever had purchasing a vehicle! We ve worked with a few dealerships in the Omaha area over the last 10 years and this was hands down the best experience we ve ever had. Our salesman Nick was top notch, no haggling or wasting our time. Our truck was purchased used and we had no issue requesting a few dent PDR repairs prior to purchase. Travis in finance was awesome to do business with as well, even though we were using our own lender he treated us no different. We were in and out, with a private test drive and signing all our paperwork in less than an hour. Phenomenal service! Couldn t be happier with our new addition!

I was pretty scared starting over with a new vehicle as my last experience with a previous dealership was horrid. But Gretna Auto made this super easy. Tyler was amazing. Communication was fantastic and made sure everything was taken care of. I m so impressed with this dealership.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have had!. I was in and out in less than three hours. I read some of the reviews and was uncertain whether I should check out the vehicle from there or not, but I did not witness any of the issues people have written about. Although, it is a used car dealership, so with any car, there will be issues at some point. The vehicle I purchases was clean and looked brand new for being three years old. Frank and Charlie were outstanding in making the sale. They were not pushy and I felt they were genuine. Something I have not felt from previous car buying experiences elsewhere. There are an as-is dealership, but I could tell buy how I was treated, that they would not purposely sell someone a car knowing it had issues. They both wanted to make sure I was happy and I was certain about the purchase before running my credit. Again, unlike other places, where they want to run your credit as soon as you walk in the door. Charlie is just learning car sales, and based on my experience, I feel like Frank is teaching him the right way. He did an excellent job making me feel comfortable. The only thing I would caution about, especially if you are travelling long distances, is if you take out a loan, you will have to come back and sign the title at a later date. Something that I wasn't aware of, but heck, Frank invited me to join in their Christmas dinner at the dealership, for my troubles of driving back to the dealership, so that made up for it. Definitely felt treated like family and I would encourage anyone interested in a vehicle at Gretna Auto to at least give them a chance and stop in. I will be going to them again in the future if when I am ready for another vehicle and they have one that interests me.

Nice facility. Not happy with my overall service.Bought truck as is but check engine light came on 3 days after purchase.Communication was poor. Agreed upon rust/paint repair issue. had brought my car in clean returned to me covered in dirt. The paint touch up was poor at best, they missed one spot completely. Overall disappointing.

Michael was great to work with and in general a good person. I told him I wanted a truck and nothing but a truck because other dealers where telling Me I couldn't afford a truck and he said he has just the thing and I actually got a really nice truck from them

I purchased a 2017 Suburban two weeks ago from this dealership, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The dealership changed the prices five times, and upon delivery, the back hatch was broken, two tires were bald, and the tail light didn't work due to water damage.Despite promises to fix these issues, they failed to deliver. The back hatch was supposedly fixed but broke again immediately as I got to the shop apparently (I tested it at the shop and it did not work I was told they tested it twenty times and it worked but magically didn t when I was there). They only fixed one of the bald tires initially, requiring multiple calls to address the second one. The promised repair for the tail light never happened, with unfulfilled commitments to set it up with an outside shop.One week after the purchase, the car became barely drivable, and numerous calls to the dealership went unanswered, particularly by the elusive general manager. Shockingly, the car is now at the shop with approximately $11,000 worth of issues, including a new transmission and oil line leaks.Speaking with the general manager today, he claimed ignorance of the situation, leaving me stuck with an undriveable car and ongoing payments. Unsure truly if this is the GMs fault as he told me he was unaware of the situation at all despite the week of phone calls to the dealership. I called three times today and left my information each time and he says he never received it. The finance manager's rude behavior and inconsistent information add to the frustration. Despite promises, accessing the owner has proven impossible. The finance manager stated you will not reach the owner as he hires general managers for a reason yet the owner has business cards with his cell number on the desk.This experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and I strongly caution anyone considering business with this dealership.I m currently awaiting to see if the extended warranty I bought will cover this. The finance manager made a comment they may cover it if not but I ve heard many lies from the company at this point and I believe nothing.The only good thing about the company is they did pay over value for my trade in.

Great dealership. My 2nd time around. Good vehicle's and good warranty available. Easy process and and financing available. I will be back again. Everyone is there to help and get you a comfortable payment and find your needs. If you have money down it's better, if not it's okay they will work with you. If you have a couple of hours to spare check em out. Do all your pre approval stuff on line and it will speed up the process. George.

I bought a 06 f250 and when looking at it I noticed there was oil under the truck I addressed it to the manager who said he would have it looked at and fixed before I bought it. I got the truck and was told it was it was the valve cover gasket and it was fixed. And took it home realized it was still leaking oil so I took it back and was told they fixed it again. Had to go back 4 different times and they said they fixed it and then they tell me it is not the valve cover and it is the head gasket which they knew before I bought it and decided to not mention anything till after paperwork was finalized and lied to me about it so they didn t have to fix it and took advantage of me be used I was young. And refuse to fix it because it was not in the paperwork that I signed.

Everyone was incredibly nice when I went to get a used car. However, the car I received has given me nothing but constant problems. It s been in the shop more times than I can count. It stalls when it idles for too long, the check engine light has come on twice now. Sometimes I wonder if they even made sure the car was okay and ready to be sold. I regret getting this car but now I have to deal with it. Just be careful when shopping, the car I got from them was honestly not worth the price especially with all the repairs that have had to be done on it. Mind you, I ve only had this car since February.

This is the worst experience I ve had with this dealer ship of autos I m not one to write or judge some one like a dealer of cars etc but this dealer takes the whole cake & I have to do my due diligence let s start with there lady s that answer your calls and texts Brittany and Ruthie terrible communicators hard to deal with big liars Don t communicate anything to anyone leave me hanging for days or weeks!!!! Terrible!!!! Who trains these people I don t know, but they need retraining and proper training!!! Now let s go to a big time liar his name is Chad this person is a big-time liar sneaky talks a big game sounds professional but in reality, he s not he s a fake liar said he would send me videos pictures of a truck I was interested in said he sent it to me in an hour lied had a call back after three days by then, I didn t wanna speak to him anymore. They want to do business with that guy anymore. Terrible terrible sales manager Chad I don t know how they run a business there? I will make sure I tell everybody not to go there and buy cars from these people. Terrible terrible business.

Gretna Auto is the best place to buy a vehicle at. Frank was our salesman and did not steer us wrong. Both Frank and Brad were very helpful and were like talking to someone I had known for years. The 2012 Silverado 1500 I bought was actually better then described. I am very pleased with both the service from Frank and Brad and also the delivery driver Cliff. Yes, they even delivered my vehicle to my front door. I highly recommend Gretna Auto and I know I will be going back to them for a car. Shopping for a car/truck on their website is so easy and honest. You gotta check them out. Just call and ask for Frank or Brad. They didn't steer me wrong

Read to the end Frank and Travis were everything you would hope in a sales and financing team. As a single mom, buying a car can be an intimidating process. I was pleasantly surprised, until FLASH FORWARD to 1 month with my 2015 Yukon XL with 166,000 miles for $21,000 and it needs a whole new transmission ($5k-$6k). With or without the purchase of their warranty, how can you sell hard working people something in this kind of shape? Do better Gretna Auto Outlet! BUYER BEWARE!!Now single Mom with 5 kids and a $27K price tag on a 2015 Yukon XL with 166,000. Wonder what they made on the deal?

My boyfriend came to check out a truck recently and back tires were completely flat, now that wouldn t be much of an issue if it weren t for the employee handling the situation, 100% unprofessional! after being told he was no longer interested due to flat tires, danny compared truck to getting a pretty girl and made jokes about ex wife and current wife? just a weird guy with lack of respect

My wife and I stopped in to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee they had on their website that they apparently just got in because it didn't have a price on it. When we arrived there were no employees to be found. Thinking that maybe they are all busy we walked around and found the Jeep we were looking for. They definitely had just gotten it in as it wasn't cleaned up which was no big deal, we get it. After looking at it we walked into the office to ask about it and get a price. Once in the office there was four employees, one was with other customers and the other three completely ignored us. After waiting for five ish minutes I walked up to one guy who was playing on his computer. I had to practically pry him away from it. I told him what we were looking at. He said it just came in and he'd have to go ask his manager for the price. When he went to talk with his manager the manager looked out at us and went back into his office. About ten minutes later the other guy came out and said the Jeep was $36,995. I responded by asking why so much for a 2017 with just under 100k miles. All he said is that's what it is and walked away. Stunned, my wife and I left in disbelief of how we were just treated. A few days later I was back on their site just to see if the price quoted was really what they were asking for that Jeep. I found they had it listed for $28,995. We're not sure why they quoted us so high when we were there but between that and how we were treated I would NOT recommend doing business with them. We certainly will not be.

I don t recommend buying anything from this place. They didn t tell us they were selling us a vehicle with a bad starter or glitched out touchscreen. They didn t check the battery before selling or the wipers. Getting them to fix anything has been like pulling teeth and now they re ignoring us.

Rob the salesman knew exactly what I needed. He was friendly and got me best deal.Travis the financial manager was just as awesome. He listened to my needs and tried getting me best offer. Best car shopping experience I ve ever had. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. I ve never walked into a dealership before where the owner was welcoming people in personally. The weather was very terrible that day and I was surprised at how cozy the inside of the dealership was . Extremely comfortable atmosphere everyone is extremely professional but laid back at the same time. Rocky was absolutely great and informative ever step of the process. I have never been in and out of a finance office faster in my life. I will be coming back with friends and family for years to come.

Today we bought a 2017 Dodge Cummings and we were very happy with our salesman Gage. He was not pushy nor did he try to sell us something we didn t want. When it was time for financing Travis was super fast and had everything ready for us. We had our 10 year old with us and he had a blast in the showroom. What a brilliant idea to the pass time.
