Terrible parts service, unless you're a regular that spends a lot of money in there and they are forced to help by management.Also have a buddy that has been waiting for a quote to repair his Gator for 3 months and they cant seem to coordinate enough between service and parts to get the quote completed.Strongly encourage everyone to find a different dealership.

I have a compact Ford tractor that wasn't starting right and had a slow tire leak. They diagnosed it as a fuel pump, and also recommended an oil change. Fuel pump was ordered and took several weeks to come in, no big deal. I understand that. They took the tire to the coop and had that fixed. Quoted me $250 for the fuel pump, which ended up being over $700 after labor. A little steep, but oh well, they diagnosed the problem as part of that.But the reason for the 2 stars is that the oil change cost me $330, which is highway robbery. Parts were $100 somehow, but the biggest kick in the pants was $220 in labor for an oil change. Unbelievable.

Great knowledge staff, very friendly. Ty did a wonderful job educating me on the zero turn & stand on mowers. Would highly recommend a visit here if you are in the market for new equipment. Two thumbs up to these guys!!

Great experience. Called in had exactly what I needed. Picked up belts 20 minutes later. These guys helped me put my machine back to work ASAP.

I have never had such a hard time giving people money. I went in to spend money (already approved for financing) and they seemed like I was bother by asking questions. Very disappointed. I would recommend going to Agrivision in Glenwood.

We go here for ag parts every once and a while and one of parts guys gets a real attitude. Other then that they usually have what we need.
