Great staff. Manager was able to help me out with title paperwork super quick. Never have issues here.People who rate them lower, just simply hate life. I ve come across numerous of copart locations and they are just rude and seem like they hate their job but not this one.Great service guys. Keep up the great work. Always a pleasure doing service with you guys.

I asked specifically for the plates/plate cover back to my car and they claim the cover that was with the plates was broken? I was also laughed at by two ladies (one was in training on 2/5 at 10:20am, blonde hair in a bun, the other wearing a yellow shirt and has brown hair and weird teeth) and no one entered in their notes that we did not get all of our property back. Claiming something was broken and saying sorry is unprofessional when I paid for that stuff out of my own pocket. A sorry doesn't replace an item that was still there after an accident with photo proof. The plates were in perfect condition why wouldn't the cover be as well? I think they stole it or lied to us to get us to forget about it. I dont recommend using this place with your insurance company, go somewhere else. Everyone looks crazy who works there as well, its uncomfortable. The owner needs to respond and see the negative reviews and customer service being given by the employees of your business. Do better and pay attention.

Some of the most incompetent staff I have had the misfortune of dealing with in recent times. They misdelivered one of our cars to the wrong location without contacting us. The secretary was insistent they had approved orders to do so from the owner. When I pointed out I was the owner and I didn't approve anything, she resorted to complaining that I was being rude. Fair enough, when you misdeliver a car and deny all responsibility, I can get peevish. When I asked her for the delivery paperwork she refused to provide it despite claiming she had "all the answers". Denying the owner of the vehicle the delivery paperwork is beyond childish and was her trying to cover her mistake. I expect this type of personal responsibility from grade schoolers not grown adults.

Racist DAVID, front desk customer service agent at COPARTThis happened today Friday, January 26, 2024 around 3:30 PM. This is my first time ever at CoPart. I came with my daughter to retrieve my personal belonging from my truck that was in a car accident. Walked in and there was one person ahead of me. 7 minutes in, an old lay walked in and asked me and my daughter if this was the line to get helped. We told her yes. Then she mentioned the waiting line long line. She then proceed to ask if we were here to pay for a vehicle. We told her, we are here to get our personal belongings for our truck that was in an accident. She then asked me and the gentleman that was in front of us in the waiting line; if it s okay to cut in front of us and delivered her check. Both myself and the gentleman in front of us nodded our heads yes.She got helped and thanks us for let her ahead of us. Then the gentleman in front of us got helped right after. When it came to our turn, David immediately said there is a person in queue I need to take care of. I said okay. Then there is not only one, but three different people who came after us David call out to help and we were in front of his face not evening acknowledging us. At this point I was visibly irritated and one of the ladies that was help other customers on the other windows noticed the whole encounters and asked me if she can help me.This kind of disturbing racist behavior exhibited by a customer service representative David at Copart car auction SHOULD BE ADDRESED. Numerous customers have recounted instances where David's conduct reflected discriminatory attitudes, creating an unwelcome and hostile environment for those seeking assistance. Such behavior is not only morally reprehensible but also goes against the principles of fairness and equality. Copart, as a reputable organization, should promptly address and rectify this issue to ensure that all customers are treated with dignity and respect. It is essential for companies to foster inclusive and respectful environments, condemning any form of discrimination, and taking decisive action against employees who engage in such unacceptable behavior.

Some of the Customer Service Reps needs to be retrained ! Especially Francis she is just rude and condescending thinks she has all the power behind the phone. Blamed me for a title issue incompetent people at Copart created. This was going to be a 1 star review until the Assistant General Manager Matthew Lahey got involved and de-escalated the situation. He handled all the title issues very professional and with respect.

This doesn t even deserve a 1 star but today we were looking at a BMW (first time) and we called to make sure if we could drive it and we were told we can but just front and back and that was it. We got Glenn, Dave, and a lady coming after me and my dad and my dad barely knows any english (he does know but hardly understands) and they were severely aggressive and it was to the point Dave and Glenn started a screaming match with me and was super racist towards me and my dad and threatened us that they ll call the cops just because me and my dad were wondering why the oil gasket wasn t moving and we were told by Dave it was fine to move the vehicle and that is what we did and it was front and back and that was FINE. After the screaming match between Glenn and I because he refused to have a professional conversation with me. Glenn kicked us out and told his co worker that he s never seen someone this passive aggressive before and this is why he supports Israel. I m sorry but I was keeping this super professional and this is what we were told and this took it out of proportion because Glenn saw me and my dad aren t white with blonde hair and blue eyes.. Do not go there if you are muslim or anyone that is colored!

I buy a lot from Copart. Have never been so disrespected then at the Greenwood Nebraska location. I bought a truck that had body panels and bumper in great to condition. Plan was to sell them to offset the cost of the truck itself. After it fell off the forklift 4 times in parking lot cause operator was going to fast many parts got damaged. Before and after pictures was saved. Talked to the manager and was told if you re worry about things like that you shouldn t be buying from copart Upsets me to pay a 85.00 fee to load a vehicle for them to destroy. Talked to others and this IS a ongoing thing at this specific location. Lesson learned. I guess its ok for them to trash your investments.

We were late one hour and waited in line for less than 20 minutes. They didn t bring up nothing about the time we arrived and were quick to work with us. The person at the desk was polite and fast. We saw the price on the website, fees included and had a check for that exact amount. They didn t bring up any other fees and we were out of there with a title in hand and a new car. In less than an hour. Price was good and so were the people.

Buyers get treated like dirt. The Mobile App doesn't work. If you go there to preview cars expect to wait up to a hour.

This is hands down the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any of the multiple Coparts I've been to. I had an appointment at 4:30pm. I drove 6+ hours, some of that time through torrential rain storms slowing travel immensely and arrived and checked in at 4:46. The transporter app told me that my wait time was 5 minutes. After 12 minutes of waiting and no update on the app, I walked in and said hi there - I had an appointment at 4:30 and checked in so I'm just coming in to check on the wait time. The older lady with the glasses sitting at the back desk said you're late so you're not getting anything today. I apologized and explained that the storms slowed the highways to a stand still. She said well you should've been here at 4 and no later than 4:15 because all of the workers leave at 4:30. First of all, I saw quite a few workers driving forklifts in the yard still. And second of all, if that was the case then why are appointment times for 4:30 listed as an option ?? And thirdly, the notification on the transporter app states that if I'm not checked in by 5pm that my appointment would be cancelled. She told me to leave and it's not her problem it rained. I have never dealt with someone as cold and condescending as this person. I was in tears. Luckily outside we did approach one of your other employees, a younger red headed male who was super helpful and professional and he did make sure I was able to pick up my vehicle so thank God for him. As far as that woman, she definitely should not have a job dealing with the public. Even the younger black haired female put her head down when the hateful woman was talking to me obviously embarrassed by her coworkers demeanor and attitude. I advise potential customers to avoid this Copart until this employee retires or croaks.

So far, I ve gotten a few cars from CoPart and the Lincoln office here in Nebraska rocks! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and I m never waiting more than 20 minutes. Given how many people are there, the work involved in each transaction, and their huge lot of cars, less than 20 minutes wait time is actually pretty awesome. Good job, CoPart!

Not very happy at all with the friendliness of the operator with my staff. I was busy and trying to get a title a copy of the title sent to my email and I gave permission to my dis batcher to speak with co part for me and the first operator was ok, then she was transferred to the yard operator was insistent she couldn't talk to and would not talk to my staff even when i was on the phone with the operator and she was very rude to me as well. I work a lot with this company and would like to encounter better service in the future.

COART don't deserve even one star, for shipping a title they charge you $ 20 in side the city and $44 to give you a copy of the title to bring you car to the gate they charge you a arm and a leg also 99 percent the damage you car in the process.

Stole everything out of the middle console of my parents Toyota that was totaled right before new years, everything in the middle console, a $75 set of jumper cables, $50 dog car seat cover, $100 rug from Colorado for the back. And they had the nerve to then give both my parents attitude when asked where their stuff went. If you use Geico BEG them to take your car elsewhere, we WILL be going through Geico to get this resolved as the customer service at Copart is non existent as they don't care what you say hopefully letting Geico know one of their contractors is being unprofessional and stealing from their customers cars then someone will finally do something.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely the worst customer service in the world. I am a licensed dealer and bought a trailer off Copart, they said they didn't have updated copies of my license and had downgraded me to a consumer member rather than a business member. So instead of a $600 buyer fee, my fee was over $3,000!! When I tried to get in contact with them the first representative told me to hold off on paying the invoice until they could process documents. The documents weren't getting processed and were charging late fees. After a week I called and a different representative told me there was nothing that they could do and I was stuck with the larger buyer fee. So I make arrangements to pick up the equipment and then late at night receive an email that it wasn't picked up in time so it has been relisted, at a fee of $2,200!! I at least thought maybe if they would process the licenses I could buy it back at around the same price but get charged the lesser buyer fee to try and recoup my losses buy they still say pending two weeks later.... And if you call customer service they basically refuse to help you, tell you they'll call back and never do.. Just avoid this company and save yourself the grief.

Im a licensed salvage dealer . After over a year of not doing business with Copart due to poor customer service they contacted me multiple times requesting that i come back to bid in there auctions. After signing back up I called different times trying to get my business partner added to no avail. I tried to bid on vehicles but they limited me to 10 bids at a time. Prior to this i could bid on a 100 plus vehicles and would regularly win 15 to 25 every week. Now unless I give them a lot number I can only bid on 10 or less vehicles after spending close to an hour on the phone trying to get it straightened out I realised why I quit doing business with this company in the 1st place. WHAT A JOKE !

Good people to deal with but understand how fee structure works. Your maximum bid is what what your bid is not minimum. Automatically takes you to your max. If your going to pick up a day late you get charged even if you call to tell copart that. Lots of fees ......lot charge and such......make sure to read all items prior to bid submission.

Bought a car that said runs and drives and said it had keys. Went to pick it up and no keys. They said keys are not guaranteed but we would never have purchased without them. Did not let us out of bid and charged a relist fee. A new key and tow was $300+. BUYER BEWARE!!

Unprofessional & inconsiderate.Someone totaled my car last month and Copart works with Farmers Insurance to pick up wrecked vehicles - I can t get into my car because the battery died so I asked if Copart could break into it so I could finish clearing it out. They said they would send someone who could open the door on Friday, so a family member stayed home from work to clean out my car for me. Copart never showed up, and didn t even call.I called them several times that afternoon (during business hours) and didn t get to speak with a person, I was just stuck with hold music for five plus minutes every time.A driver called Monday morning to say they were on their way to pick up my car, I told them they couldn t because no one was home to grab my stuff from the car, and instead scheduled them Wednesday morning. The same family member stayed home from work for a second time and they never showed up.My dead car is still sitting on the street.

My insurance company uses this place to tow and store cars being evaluated. They siphoned my gas. They stole my license plates. They never contacted me to coordinate drop off of the vehicle. (I opted to buy it back) I got home on my lunch break and my undriveable vehicle with no plates was in front of my neighbors house parked diagonally blocking the street. Battery dead too and in 4 low for some reason. A solid 4 foot away from the curb. Tried to call them and they just put me on hold and never returned. My agent called them and they denied it all. Accused another business of taking the plates off. A business owned by my personal friend. I had to pay lonetree to tow it another 150 yards around the corner to my driveway and they even helped me get it into my garage so now its ready to be fixed! They also told my insurance agent that the dmv replaces lost plates for free and thats not true its $15. So they owe me $65 for the tow and $15 for plates. Getting into an accident is already stressful enough and they made it so much worse! If you need these types of services call H& H instead. Sloppy Thieves at Copart!

Absolute con men working at this company. Cars are listed incorrectly on purpose, lights are left on intentionally to drain batteries so that the consumer cannot even check the cars out for themselves. Employees tell a whole different tale of the corruption that is running rampant through this organization. Do not even sign up for an account you will be scammed.
