Jeff has been awesome to work with both times my truck has needed repaired. This last time, I went in without my vehicle as it wouldn't start and I was waiting for it to be taken to his shop. Even without my vehicle being there, he allowed me to take their loaner. They took their time to make sure that issue was resolved before telling me that I could pick my truck up. Jeff is always friendly and very easy to talk to.

Gosh, these guys are lifesavers. Traveling cross country and suddenly my car wouldn't start or shift. Called at lunch and they got me in as soon as the tow truck arrived with my car. Got me going again in no time flat. Explained everything well and charged a very fair rate. Great place!

Driving from Utah to Maine when my cars check engine light came on. Asked around town and found out they were the best and they were! My car was fixed in less than 24 hours. Jeff was super honest and up front with us about what was wrong with my car. Price was reasonable and everyone was super friendly! They even picked us up from our hotel when my car was done! We are super satisfied and highly recommend them to everyone! Great job, Whitaker Auto Repair!!

We were on a long road trip, and started having wheel issues near central NE. Jeff and his crew were able to take us in, quickly diagnose the problem, source parts (new wheel!) and have us back on the road in a couple of hours. Jeff advised me how to get it towed by AAA when their electronic notification didn't get to the towing service. He checked and determined what was needed on Saturday and replaced the radiator and thermostat on Monday. Very prompt, friendly, thorough, and I have confidence in his work. Cost was very reasonable and he recommended another issue that needed work when I get it back home to my local mechanic.

Was traveling from out of town on Sunday and my water pump went out on the side of the highway. Called Whitaker Auto Repair and he said they would get it look at in the am. They had my vehicle done by Monday early afternoon. Were very professional and fast.

Wasted my time had my car for 7 hours, and didn t do anything to it my interior was trashed with muddy boots, and also messed up a few times with what I told them to fix they charge me $50 to tell me what I already knew about my car would not recommend anyone going there

Honest, thorough, trustworthy and fair. You won't find a better mechanic to service your your vehicle. I've actually been getting my vehicles serviced by Jeff for over 30 years. He's my parent's go-to guy as well. He's done routine maintenance as well as some "big" repairs.
