Had popped in an hour after them opening for a tire repair. Had assumed the earlier hours would mean a quick turn around- ended up taking 2 and a half hours for what should have been a quick tire repair. That wasn't the worst part of the visit. As I was checking out, I watched the tech whip out of the garage and proceeded to do donuts in the parking lot. When I questioned the cashier, she claimed they have to 'drive' the vehicle to 'test it'.....more like mishandled. Don't ever recall any other tire shop doing this- a simple water dunk does the job. Next time I'll take my vehicle elsewhere - so I know my vehicle won't be mishandled....especially for the amount of time wasted.

Took an hour to find an employee. They said it'd take an hour and a half to get the car in and the oil changed. They took my phone number and told me they'd call me when they were done. After waiting for nearly 2 hours, I go back and they tell me it been done for an hour.I'm 8 months pregnant with a 2 year old. I've been walking this store for nearly 3 hours only to learn that I could have left an hour ago. They said they'd call me and they didn't.Service: Oil change

The people wouldn't help me and didn't know what they were doing at all. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere they know what they're doing.

Poor customer service. Bought 2 tires online went to have them installed was told it would be 4 hrs before they could start . I couldn t wait that day and Was told to come back early in the morning is best. Got there at 9 am on a different ttook 45 minutes just to check in. They called 3 hrs later to tell me they could not get the one tire off. Then took another hour to finish up. So needless to say 4 and half hours and have to go have it mounted somewhere else. Was charged for disposal of 2 tires when the one is still on the car. But at that point arguing over $1.50 was pointless!! Then we get home and noticed the tire they put on did not have a valve stem cover. Will never go back there again!!

Wouldn t recommend to anyone, service clerk is always grouch, the mechanic can t seem to take a simple lugnut off a tire. That I was able to take of with a simple turn of a four way, why could they just be truthfully and say they just didn t want to do it, because it was already 7:30 but I dropped the vehicle off at 5:57pm. Then it takes almost half hour just to put four lugnuts they took off. And thanks for marking sure the air in the tires were all at the proper psi !!! You even got that wrong.

Bought brand new tires with warranty , and not even 8 months in they re worn down so much that they re splitting. They claimed that their warranty doesn t cover this and many other issues. Not worth it.Service: TiresService: Tires

I took my van here for an oil change today and then decided against it for a few reasons. Manager was short with me and told me it would take an hour... It didn't look like there was another car in sight... He then went to a shopping cart full of cardboard boxes to cut them down? Apparently those boxes getting broken down was more important than a paying customer. I just walked off...

They got me in first thing in morning on Sunday after having a severe flat caused by a roundabout puncture. Courteous, unselfish, hardworking. Plus got bought road hazard for $10 so if something happens to tires it will be free. Awesome

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is an absolute rip off. They are very rude and slow. Staff I don t think know what they are doing. I just brought new tires there a year ago and had to already replace them. Not one but all four. If anything you want good service go to Big Os down the street. Very honest staff and very helpful!

I also actually got an oil change. Even though it was first thing on a Monday morning, the guys & gal working were very pleasant and helpful. Even though they didn't have my air filter in stock, they still got me taken care of. Much appreciated!

Very rude and crabby people. There was 1 vehicle ahead of us and it still took us almost 2 hours to get an oil change. Every time we looked in the shop they were just standing around. When asked what was taking so long kept being told it should be done in a few they are almost done. Then another 15 mins goes by and still nothing.

Coming from someone who actually got their oil changed, I am actually surprised that Walmart of all places takes care of you, in the tire and auto center, as best as they can. They spend equal time on all vehicles to ensure quality. Earned my five stars! sp

It's OK as far as Walmart can be.UPDATEWent in for a battery replacement under warranty. It took several hours to check the old battery and to replace the defective one. It took another 1/2 hour to do the paper work. Only one employee on the register and a line of people trying to check out. Understaffed and dispationet employees working for slave wages.

It's Walmart... I don't like to review big box stores or any retail chain for that matter but I got what I paid for. Not great not bad either.

Excellent service!Waiting time is a little bit longer than expected.Overall service surpasses other providers in the town. Totally recommended. Very reliable.

They made me wait for 3 hours and then they called me to tell me that the they didn't change the oil because the filter is too tight !!! , which is not true because I went to other store and it wasn't too tight, just an excuse because they don't want to work .They told me the same lie the last time I went there.

Do not go here for oil change. They didn't even drain my oil all the way. My oil was black as can be and 2 quarts overfilled.
