I Had an oil change on Friday afternoon. I was greeted like royalty and the red carpet was rolled out! I have never felt so respected and important in my life! They made sure, I was well taken care of from the time I pulled up to the time I left with excellent customer service and attentionto detail. My Equinox was well serviced, topped off with the best car wash it has EVER had, ALL the bugs were off the grill it looked like brand new! Thank you Thank you!! It wasn't my first visit, I've been a customer since I moved to GI in 2015, it's always been great, but this late Friday afternoon crew was phenomenal!!!

Have had a great experience with the whole team here starting with buying the car last spring. The sales staff is exceptional, courteous, professional and understanding. The service staff I worked with to get a problem fixed with the tire was very understanding of my needs and time constraints and worked with me very closely. Mouro was great to work with and I ll highly recommend the TD dealership and service center.

Oil cooler lines leaking from Factory Crimp... The dealership got me in in a timely manner and got it fixed before my trip... got back and noticed oil again... cleaned it up to make sure it's not just oil from when they changed them... had been clean... then noticed a little more... currently monitoring it to make sure it wasn't just oil that sprayed on engine block when Removing engine cooler lines...

I was told all these different things were wrong with my car and it wasn t my BCM that was causing them, which costed me $1,500 to get it back with all the same issues despite having new parts put in when it was just the BCM all along. I was told the cost of the service would be discounted by Scott Smith, and he did not take anything off. He also gave me a loaner at no charge but my insurance is now being billed almost $300. Scott Smith does not stand behind his word and lied to me about the issues with my car as it does everything it did before even though the parts that were put in were supposed to fix a couple of the issues. But Scott saw what he thought was just a dumb 18 year old and took advantage, so much for the dinsdale honest service. He also was awful at communicating to the point i left a voicemail and called and he did not get back to me for a whole week until i drove 2 hours to get some information about my car.

I brought in the Yukon on 01/11 because it was having issues and was charged a diagnostic fee and told nothing was wrong. The check engine light came on and I brought it back in on 01/26. This time I was told it was a sensor that would be over $3k to repair, I was charged a diagnostic fee after being told it would be waived, and then noone mentioned there was a second issue. I m tired of the run around and will not be returning to this dealership.

Amazing place. Check engine light came on while hauling our fifth wheel across the country. This place was super accommodating, got us in within an hour on such short notice. Let us park our fifth wheel in their lot and even offered us to stay the night if it was going to be a big fix. Thank goodness that was not the case. We were out of there within 2 hours and back on the road. They had an amazing kids play area as we have two under 2. Scott was the one who helped us. Amazing place very understanding.

My husband is looking for a different truck and we stopped in to see what they had available. Worked with Alex, who was friendly and knowledgeable. Test drove 2 trucks and appreciated that we were able to do that alone. Alex was forthcoming with CarFax information, saved us from trying to do that on our own. Didn't pressure us to make a decision.

Was in there two different times to try to buy a vehicle and the salesperson said he would get back to me and never did. I went to an out-of-town dealership and purchased my vehicle from them on the first time walking in the doors. I've been doing business with Dinsale for years on both purchasing and service but probably will not again after this experience. This left a very bad taste in!

Terrible service will never go to them again.Found a vehicle we were interested in buying test drove it noticed something was wrong with the steering agreed on a price with them. They were going to have the steering looked at and fixed if we were going to buy we said yes didn t hear back from anyone for a week and half so I called left message no call back called again talk to the sales person we were dealing with and he said that they sent the car to wholesale because they didn t wanna fix it instead of calling me and letting me know beforehand. Courtesy call would ve been nice and making an effort to see if there is anything else we would be interested in or what our price range was but now they just left us high and dry. Worst customer service ever.

Well let s start here first things first when I bought my truck the sales person told me we can t do anything but 5 free oil changes we ll the time has came got 4 but the 5th one was not honored said that they don t to that and that no other place in the country has better deals then them long story short I had to argue with them about it and still ended up paying so if u do business here make sure u get written documentation of what u are paying for cause they will screw u over in the end then second thing I had bunch of routine maintenance done and the bill was little over a 1,000 dollars well I got I coupon brochure in the mail for 10% off routine maintenance then when I show them that they can only take 5% off. So for the scams and lies I will not be going back here and if u don t want to feel the same way I do then take ur business elsewhere they will make it sound good tell u sign the paper for ur msrp truck not take any money off and screw u in the end on everything else they said they would do to get u to sign the paper work what a joke! Very bad sales management and extremely bad customer service

The collision department made it very easy for me to schedule to get my car in and helped me navigate the insurance process as well. The hail damage I had to my vehicle was extensive, and my car looks like it did before the storm. I am very grateful for the ease in working with Rory and his team. Thank you!

I recently bought a used 2009 2500 cummins. When several issues were found, they went above and beyond to make things right. They completely replaced the transmission and drive shaft, and they covered 100% of it. Every employee we worked with was very pleasant and understanding about the whole situation. I really appreciated them being willing to work with me, even though I signed an "as is" agreement.

Alex Sackschewsky was the best ever! He knew exactly what we wanted and picked out the vehicle that my wife immediately fell in love with. He was super and I highly recommend him. He was honest and worked with us to make sure that we drove home with that specific vehicle. Most vehicle-purchasing experiences seem to always be such high-stress and high-pressure situations, but not here. It was very stress-free and may I say, even a relaxing experience!
