I m new to the area. I took my car in to get 2 tires. My windshield was fine before I took it there. I didn t realize that it was broken until after I left. They were closed by the time I realized it. So, it would have been pointless to call. I called earlier today. SMH!!! The only thing I got out of that conversation was I don t know what you re trying to pull, but we didn t do it. I don t know what to tell you! First of all, I KNOW what my windshield looked like before it entered your shop! It was not cracked..FACTS!!! I m like you dude!!! I work hard for everything I got. Why would I destroy my vehicle to pay THE STUPID TAX ? Now what would you do if you were in my shoes? You were smart and disrespectful to me. I put keys in your worker s hands in good faith that nothing would happen to my car while in your shop. Y all sure wasn t being disrespectful when you took my money. And by the way, I don t know who you ve dealt with in the past that has lied to you. But, I was raised not to LIE because the truth always comes out!! For future reference to anybody in my shoes, if you go there, make sure you check your vehicle before you leave there. I will give you a one because I did get some decent tires. But, you get a zero for customer service.

Reasonable prices. I showed up early for my appointment they got me right in. 4 new tires in under a half an hour.

They literally picked up the phone and hung it up when I called just to see about an alignment. Very unprofessional

Very kind, helpful, informative, worked quickly, & offered affordable prices. Appreciated the entire experience. I most definitely suggest this shop as a go-to stop.

The prices for tires seem reasonable. However, Toby's manners aren't very kind. I'm sure that he does a great job.

Fixed my tire on a Saturday. Fixed, i mean fixed when all the other tire places said i needed a new tire! Total respect for this place! Will always return!

Toby and his "Lads" do good Tire work. Good suggestions and advice re: Tire replacements, options, etc. Service work is also good, fast, and complete.I have also had Toby refuse to mount a tire to certain rim, due to safety issues. Not many will do that.Currently, I have Cooper Radials on all my cars, it seems. Happy with Toby's price point and tire performance.

I will always be thankful for the man who helped me on Father's Day weekend .Was in real need of a tire and he opened a bay and a new tire was put on our car no wait time . Thanks for your service sir.

Toby knows his tires. He is a straight shooter, no high pressure sales. Honest people and they do good work. He suggested that I order my tires online as his distributors could not get them, he charged me for balance and mounting. They get all of my tire business.

Had a nail in my tire and it was almost their closing time. Got me in right away and took 15 minutes to get it fixed. Also very friendly. We've used Toby's for a number of our vehicles.

Everybody was helpful and friendly. I went to get a new tire on my spare and got a great deal along with some tire sizing education. Highly recommend

Best place in town to get tires, of course it's not the tires that bring me in, it's the people and their honest service. Toby is one of the most genuine and honest guys you'll meet.
