Was a bit busy due to the extreme weather conditions,but in all it was an good experience.No offense, but I honestly hope that I don't have to go back.Good people and fast service.

These guys are awesome. Very knowledgeable group of people. Got us in and out. Husband has a brand new APU that wouldn't work and they figured it out in a matter of minuets. Lines were hooked up wrong and they fixed it with no charge.

Charged me $1,000 dollars to diagnose and repair a bad burn chamber on my bunk heater. Nice people in the office but sincerely feel the tech milked the clock on me. Was told burn chambers were not cleanable and had to be replaced, found out elsewhere that was false.Would have been smarter to spend another couple hundred over the $1,000 on a whole new unit install and repair the old bunk heater myself then have a spare.

I had a good experience here. Stopped in for a new alternator for my unit. They had one and got me in and out quickly. Easy to find. Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend. Although no one likes to have problems, this was a positive outcome.

I called in looking for a part, and even though it was Saturday, Tracy ran out to the shop and confirmed that they had the part in stock that the driver needed. Driver is on his way to get the after hours service done. Professionalism and customer focus at its finest! I highly recommend this location.

Full apu troubleshoot and service in 2 hrs on a Friday with no appointment. Very professional shop and the customer service was excellent.

My Tri-pac wasn't cooling good enough. I called and they said we can get you in. 20 minutes from the time I got here I was done, they adjusted the parameters

This is what every shop should strive to be like! Called ahead, explained my issue with my APU and was told they could get me in soon. It was 3 hours before closing. Diagnosis turned out to definitely be in my favor and saved me a lot of money. AWESOME PLACE!!

Came in fri morn for my apu and heater to be serviced. They did that and diagnosed a fault I had two days prior. They got me in and out quickly. Also finally got the answer to why my unit smokes once in a while. No other shop could do that, all they could tell me was it s a diesel that s normal. This shop has the best customer service ever. They fix it right the first time and are the most knowledgeable ppl I ve ever come across. Thanks so much

Troy and the whole service team has always treated me good. Whenever I have a problem with my apu it's always quick service and good work. I call and they always get me right in. Great job guys and lady!

Was at this repair facility 2 15 22 received great service and was taken care of in a timely manner. Guys in the shop were great and answered all my questions. Id definitely trust this shop to fix equipment right the first time. Very knowledgeable. Thanks again, from Brandon the EW Wylie driver.

These guys installed my unit over 3 years ago, and every time, something has come up with it 1 call to the shop @ it's bring it in will get you fixed up. This most recent visit was fuel pump went out day b4 in Colorado, called and spoke to Troy asked if there was a chance of getting in when i came thru, sure no problem. That kind of service is almost extinct in today's world. Thanks Troy!!

Have exclusively used them the last 4 years to service and repair my APU. Yes labor seems a bit high, but you are paying for quality parts and service in my opinion. I will continue going to this location.

Needed a pm svc on APU. Great svc. Got me in and did the pm. They did not try and scam me with unneeded svc. APU is running great and ready for the hot summer ahead. This place really is honest and quick and will be going back in 6 months for another pm and make sure things are good for winter. Recommend this place for apu svc.

The staff is extremely professional. Jim thank you for your patience with all the questions I asked. A very fast service and at a good price. I arrived with problem on my TK SB-210 and quickly repaired it. I totally recommend this place for me it has 10 stars.

They were very quick and efficient. Good people and good at what they do. Had a short in my APU due to broken wires and the fixed then wires and fixed then problem that caused the brake in the first place.

Had issue with my apu..These peop3are beyond spectacular for service!!! Its 1st come 1st serve shop... Waited about 3 minutes to get in. Found the problem with a plastic builf fuel pump and replaced with a metal based one. Works great!! Needed bad with my trip to surprise az and 118 deg heat! Thanks!!!!!

Hey drivers. No worries about this Thermo King. I give it a thumbs up. I have an older APU that kept shutting down. I was there for most of the day and they went the extra mile to get it working. I walked away with a reasonable bill. The mechanics and management are amazing people!

Received excellent service getting the alternator replaced. They immediately diagnosed the problem and had the repair completed quickly. As a driver, I appreciate fast service and getting back on the road in a timely manner.

We only go there because of problems we discover and this location has never had one comeback. We send a lot of equipment through, so this is quite an outstanding recognition they deserve for caring for our equipment as if it were their own (rare find these days). If I could make a wish come true, it would be to run this team through a cloning machine and strategically place them at other locations around the country. Kudos to the entire Grand Island NE. Thermo King Christensen team!

I had a unit passing through Nebraska, throwing codes indicating a freon issue. I called the service department at 9:42 to let them know I had a loaded trailer having issues about 15 minutes away from them. At 10:14 I was called with a diagnosis and that the freon leak had been found, at 12:11 I was called for payment, unit was repaired. Trailer was stopped for a total of 2 hours and 19 minutes. Unbelievable service for a customer who had never come through their doors before. Service like this is not easy to find anymore.

Went in to have APU serviced. They were able to get us in quickly and was very nice ; they loved our Boston Terrier puppy. Thought it was bad alternator and was replacing it when they found the true culprit; it was a broken wire from alternator that was hard to locate visually. Most places would have fixed that and then charged for the new alternator as well, but these folks just put back in our original alternator and only charged for parts needed, since our original was still good. As I said, others would have replaced both and charged for both, unnecessarily. These folks did not, and I applaud that highly. Highly recommend this place!

I had my truck here to perform APU work, Eric was the mechanic Troy was there assisting and figuring out why the APU will not turn on, top notch service and I was treated with respect they did not waste my time they got right to work on the problem and fixed it, thank you very much for the service that I got while in your shop

I called ahead at 4:15pm while on my way due to an SPY problem. They said keep coming. They technically close about 5pm. Oh, company sent me to TK. He took lower panels off, felt around and found fuel pump lose. All 3 bolts were in the pan. After cleaning up all parts and putting apu back together, on the road in about 2hrs. They were great. Hope they had a great weekend. Thanks!
